Ala, one of her best goofball moments, not to imply you are a goofball mind ya. :P Ala just said this was a favorite of hers.
-
You two cause smiles in case ya didn't know it already. :)

Moon Girl, sadly my memory is definitely aging. :( Sudo, that was a lovely way of describing that. Abi, I was just fixin' to reply to ya also. Could it be you are Sushi? You two crack me up! :) Too funny, I waited too long to reply. Oh yeah, I was gonna say we saw him in concert in the early 70's in Philly. He was awesome!

I found it, I went looking cause I couldn't remember. Well it was a whole day ago Ala, I mean what ya want from me huh! :P ;) And I don't know the answer still, sorry!

Thanks Moon Girl, I've observed the same. I trust you are well and warmer than us, as well protected. I spoke with my mother-in-law last night and they are still without power but her phone had been restored. She said it looked like a war zone, 100 year old trees uprooted lying in the middle of the road, lines at the gas station ran 4-5 hours in wait. No ice to be bought therefore no storing of food and of course all was lost that was refrigerated naturally. She said the McDonalds opened back up and she had a cup of coffee and it had to be one of the finest things she'd tasted. She was thankful for what she had but was notably stressed. It looks like everything has been guessed at if I'm not mistaken. :) As for Sean Connery.....the guy just gets better! As for hair....one of the sexiest men alive is Patrick Stewart. ;) I loved Night Court. The characters were just outstanding. I agree Sudo that it'd be nice if you could guess for a change. I'll be away but let me talk myself into messing with this dang thing that hinders my posting more songs. Ala, sure you can pick my brain at your own risk of course. :) Y'all have a wonderful morning please.

Wow, I'm so behind. I have to catch up with you weenie roasting prospective folk you. And btw what does it mean when we see this as someone logged in Google.com? I'll be back and catch up soon.

Ala, I don't know the answer. Sorry. But good morning to you. And thanks for the adventure in your words. Too many emoticons eh! ;) And yup it was mind expanding substances I was speaking of. :o Sushi, I see there is you, me and 4 guests on board. Gosh, it's kinda lonely ain't it?

I suspect Moon Girl has it. :) This is the movie you're talking about right? It looks familiar. And I agree that you're an agreeable sort. B) Gosh, I should have converted those links in your quote.

Morning all. I'll try to stick to Nostalgia subjects for awhile. Nah, can't promise that either. ;) Oh yeah act2, if #3 had driven a Ford I think hubby could have handled it eh? :)

We were so beat by the time we hit the sack we'd of never known it. :) The silent auction was fun also wasn't it? Next year I'm bringing two Fiesta pieces (the old stuff) to contribute for it. I never use them, they were just awesome finds, what that foundation does with it's money is worth more than sitting on a shelf to me. I'll not promise to behave though. Night-Night, I must get some study work done and then sandman land. Okay I'll get a #6, cause he really was pretty nice about it all. ;)

Act2, I'm just thrilled by them. I have looked at them three times each in a row just to remember and enjoy the experience of it all. And I feel so comfortable in your home because I can wear my old #3 Nascar TShirt and your hubby only ask me to cover it with a pillow while sitting on the couch. Y'all are so cool to hang with. :) Gosh, can I come back?

Well truth be told today I bought 2 chicken breasts from Popeye's so I could have one tomorrow for lunch also. So it's safely tucked away in the fridge at work. Black bean and that local sausage of ours....oh yeah now that works! What is wrong with us, are we hungry or something? :D I should be doing something so I may not reply if you do okeedokee.
-
Sudo, I'm sad that your clues couldn't make up for my just flat out not recognizing it. But I suspect Moon Girl might have it. The visuals would work with that movie. :) Ala, I've paid money to feel like what you just described. Had to come back again and add this: I'm talking to Ala right now on instant message. She's away for the moment, but she just said what do you mean you paid money to feel like.... :P ....shall I tell her..... :D Ted and Moon Girl, Okay let's do it this way. I'll eat your piece of chicken Ted and you eat my bean soup and Moon Girl I have no idea what you can eat cause I don't know. But I ain't eating no chicken that was cooked in bean soup and I'm beating Ted that you really ain't gonna eat bean soup that was cooked with chicken. Can we have beer brats instead? Man for a piece of chicken right now. B)
-
Sudo, I'll have to wait and listen to it at home, but thank you for giving me another shot at guessing it. Your un-named soldier story was sweet. Be well today.
-
No, please I promise I'll eat anything but please not bean soup. OMG I thought we were becoming friends. ;) Can I hide the bean soup in Ted's bowl and take his chicken? OMG have you ever made a typo and nearly killed yourself laughing....hahahahahaha

Happy Birthday, Mr. Hammeroni
ChattyKathy replied to jardinero's topic in Birthdays and Anniversaries
He's offering a birthday treat. You'll have to fill in the blanks on imagination though I reckon. Happy Birthday Mr. Hammeroni. I hope this year turns out to be your best. -
Channel 53 Bravo had the Eagles on tonight and goodness they were awesome when they made this reunion concert (year ? Bravo missed that point). Their horn group was dressed in black with hats and dark glasses, a real Blues Brothers feel. Excellent interview/concert I understand but I just saw the last 15 minutes. Fascinating how this group of people wanted holy freedom. I love seeing how it was important before I was around. And this is not to be mistaken for love of history. I sucked in history. Which I did in general unless it related to not being in school. What a waste. :( Sudo, That last tune is wonderful. I enjoyed it very much. Ted has a Russian friend who writes music and you should hear some of his stuff. It is absolutely haunting and will take your breath away nearly.

Ala, I've little time now but wanted to thank you for those last two posts, both were outstanding in their own way.
-
Sudo, Sorry but neither ring a bell yet. :( And I agree with Sushi in regards to hiway's accident. :)

In our neck of the woods that place gives ya gas Mark. My favorite fast food joint and one I passed up yesterday in route from KY to home thinking I'd find anohter but never did. (sigh) I don't know much about Ronald though Groucho. And like Ron I'll take a Popeye's over any other option, if no Chick-fil-A. Oh man now I want some fried chicken, is it too early for that? :)
-
Evening y'all. I'm kinda beat and can't stay but wanted to say hi. And Sudo I listened to both and am just tired cause I didn't recognize either. I'll listen again tomorrow. I had a wonderful time with act2. We went till we dropped come the end of the day, we had a wonderful time just being together and catching up face to face. Night to ya.

Morning! Moon Girl, he's pretty handy when it comes to electric things (especially if related to music) so he might notice the neighborhood has electricitiy but you. ;) I hope y'all find the perfect house for your needs. And I hope you like been soup! :D Sorry 'bout that but you'll have to ask Ted about his mother and me in regards to that. :) Talk to y'all in a bit, we don't have to go in till later today cause it's designed to wait for the church folks before we start back up. :o :)

I hope all your days will be filled with music! Happy Birthday David!
