I tell ya what! First Cowgirl comes back and says hi then this morning my heart leapt with joy as I see Ala and Shell have come as well. I'll let the other side of his heart reply on that Shell but I had to say hi dear girl! btw...that new avatar you have is beauty in picture form.

Geo, this was a favorite of mine from that site. And thank you also! The real lyrics were: "Lay, lady, lay Lay across my big brass bed." But I misheard them as: Lay, lady, lay Play it for a big funky brass band."
-
SaintGeorge, the answer is no I'm quite sure. But he is probably the most loyal to this group of anyone on the board. Ala, yes they are fairly new releases of theirs. Both on a 2001 CD I have and it noted that both were previously unreleased. They are lovely aren't they! I hope Paw enjoys them.

This is for Paw! wav or mp3 wav or mp3

Geo, Hi buddy! I'll try that tonight. I'm pressed for time right now and should return to work. As much as I honestly would prefer not to. :)
-
Great tunes y'all. And I love that misread lyrics thing y'all had going on. I remember not understanding what the Doors were saying when they said And our love become a funeral pyre. I thought pyre was fire which made no sense to me I recall. Moon Girl you're pretty sharp. And Rick if you play that song I asked you to please warn me before I click on it cause I don't want to cry just anywhere ya know.
-
Um, I'm kinda late in returning. I'll listen to y'alls links in a few but wanted to say mornin' to ya!
-
I can't play yet but did quickly read and what a fun day here. :) Welcome back Cowgirl. And I thought of you today when a friend and I went to a local Western store and they had awesome blouses that said Cowgirl on them. No lie this place was like going into Christmas. I fell in love with these deep purple boots...OMG...but 179.00 is too deep purple for my pocket book. (sigh) Back in a bit.

Sudo, You probably knew I didn't know it. Morning to y'all. I need a nap already.

Strange brew gets boring. You better wash your mouth out with soap Mister. Speaking of blues I'd not known this artist before Rick introduced me to her and she's got to be one of the best blues singers ever IMHO. Thanks But No Thanks wav or Thanks But No Thanks mp3

Sudo, I didn't think you would much care for that Cream song. You and I are passionate about some of the same songs then we go to opposites almost. Although that is a lovely song you gave our dear Moon Girl who was sad she lost 1,000. Moon Girl, That's why I posted what I did under you to capture you having it here on this thread. As for myself I posted like a crazy person when I first came here, I don't even remember passing 1,000. :) Ken, Welcome again even if you preferred Paper Moon over Strange Brew. :) I think I've done this before but I wanted to give something before I headed back out. I made it to 1000! And no better way to celebrate 1000, than to respond to you Kathy. jump.gif dance.gif -------------------- Bring me the coffee and nobody gets hurt. And to save it as it was because your next post will alter this moment in time.....here is the post. :)

Okay, I had to bring a favorite here and it's later in the morning now. He'd already gotten my attention by now but I flat out fell in love with him when he came out with this Cream song. wav or mp3
-
But I've some really mellow cream ya know. But you're up entirely too early for a Saturday and now I see that morning bird Sushi reading. Hey Moon Girl your next post will make it 1000! This is way too many smilies for this early isn't it!
-
:) I've done some funny things around here myself. And your reason for not naming it was very nice Ken. I love Cream. Well I take that back. I hate some of their stuff. I will fast forward it in a heart beat but then I play some tracks so often I swear I can see it in the CD. I'm moving these eyes away from this screen so y'all rest well.

Like look at this here, you don't even know who I was talking to or what the person said. I guess you should do quotes then that wouldn't happen. It feels odd heading a page. Okay I'll stop talking about it now. <_<
-
Go for it! Ya know what being on the top of the page really is odd to me.
-
I'm glad Moon Girl, that was what I was hoping for. :)

Sudo the western you linked includes an actor that joined Troy Donahue in inspiring a character on The Simpsons called Troy.... It's Friday night and I'm thankful for that. So I thought I'd bring a smile perhaps, maybe even a chuckle or two. Noah Right! Noah And The Neighbor Noah Me And You Lord

Hi Ken, Welcome to our cool hang out spot. And beings the new kid on the block it is your duty to keep this dadburn thing to the top. Moon Girl and I can only do some much ya know. I hope you come to love it here like I do. SaintGeorge, Thanks for letting Ken know what movie it came from. Talk to y'all when I can.......
-
I can't stay but yup, you have it there.
-
Stumping (is that a word) you is fun. :)
-
Hmmm, I think you're thinking of another one. But I could be wrong. Another clue on this one was they went from black and white to color then back to black in white as a last ditch effort to recover themselves but the viewers were turned off by it. That was their last season. All have a good day.
-
Now doesn't that show I have no clue about the Stooges. Here's a clue on my western link. One of the characters played with John Wayne quite a bit. And that may be a weak clue perhaps. You know the movie that second picture is from for certain. What a strange movie it was.
-
Even still this is quite fun. Which reminds me of this movie. Anyone recognize it? And I reckon I should be linking these to my account rather than live to the sites. I'll work on that.
