Oh I know those aren't salamanders, I was just saying I couldn't stand those. And I won't bring a picture here because I can't even go looking for them. Yuck! You certainly know how to use a camera. I don't, but I can recognize the skill. Go here :) http://www.greasespotcafe.com/ipb/index.ph...=si&img=279

  7. I heard this on the way to work this morning. And it was one of those days where the people that make me nuts were not in front of me. It was very pleasant. But I can't find it to bring here. :(

T-Bone, beautiful bass. I could see me buying it. :) Cept I can't play a bass. That breed of dog is so easy to love on. You have a wonderful home from what can be seen and quite the impressive book collection. I've not seen that often.
  9. I'm not the hiwayman but if it is the movie I think it is based on your clues I have never seen it. After it's known tell me a little about it if you would please.

    OHIO

The area we live in was a dry until the past year or so. Folks in these parts knew the closest state agency liquor store, or place that sold beer. I think a business on the outskirts of such an advantage would be a wise one, until the area lifts the ban on dry. Ain't that the way of free enterprise. Because beer (for the greater part) could be served it brought a new look to our downtown, which is quite small and brick and wonderful. It brought pubs and artsy kind of shops in also. And they just merged in and found open buildings anywhere they could. I actually think it's a wonderful addition. And we are pretty anal about downtown. A local chain pharmacy (the best of two here) wanted to move from just outside that boundary to inside of it and it became a big ole deal. Finally allowed they had to retain a portion of the church that sat where they do now and blend it into the look of the store. It is very nice, I love going there to get my freaking drugs. People in this area don't have some of the same distractions as others do. And we are a service rich area, that whole scene entails drinks after hours.
  11. I believe there is godly compassion towards the individual in ways I'll never understand. Had my mother aborted after being raped at 15 I'd not be here. I don't believe it would be right to choose the child over the mother in cases of difficult births. I had such a one, in fact was not to have ever been able to have children, hubby had to sign off on who he wanted the doctors to save (me) as they felt both couldn't be. Our son was born 36 hours later, much to my exhaustion and overwhelming joy. Not posted by me before. My sister also was raped at a very young age and became pregnant. Without my mother telling her what was happening she took her to a doctor and just before they arrived she explained to my sister what the doctor was going to do and how she was too young to carry a baby. My sister was then taken in and the deed done. For the balance of my sister's life she felt burdened. And when she lost a set of twins, then a boy before she had her 2 sons she felt it was a punishment for having taken a life. My mother carried that plus the fact those extra things they had to do to my sister to enable her to carry her boys full term was what might have introduced the cancer that later took her life. I believe God is big enough to have exceptions written into his word for us. I just don't know fully how to read it all. But I believe it is a living soul the second it begins forming. As to scripture, sorry I provided only opinions and experience but felt others had so why not.
