Y'all can read the story yourself of course but this was one gem: One of 1,700 Les Pauls made by Gibson in 1959, King's guitar is now valued at $40,000. "They are in a world all by themselves," he says. "To a guitar player like myself who grew up in the '60s and '70s, the 1959 Les Paul was the ultimate blues guitar. The guitar seems to play itself; it can cry and scream and evoke almost any emotion you can imagine. There isn't any guitar being made today that can do that."

Had it been the first and only time it has been said on this board perhaps Rick and his friends (which include me btw) wouldn't have made the point to mention it. Nor would have Sudo. It really is possible to just talk about something without putting someone down to do it.

It dances around imposing on liberties, like other things have before, that will be its failing I suspect.

There are holes in it, without question, but it isn't required to insult us in order to talk about this subject.
