  1. Which means the reason stated isn't the reason . . . analogous to the behavior of the followers of TWI . . . and a reason to unpack why
  2. Seeking agency . . . Looking for someone behind the curtain . . . Are often what's behind belief in a conspiracy theory. . . . It gives a (false) feeling of control or understanding. . . . Often in response to anxiety . . . Which the vaccine will hopefully help alleviate in time
  3. What I posted showed statistics about the number of vaccinations numerous countries in southeast Asia and that it appears to transcend politics. Don't think I even mentioned politics. The point being the "anti-vaxxers" can't seem to explain why they are antivaxxers. The source material remains in the thread by the quoted poster though . . .
  4. Migration is also an issue. Illegal immigrant? Free citizenship with a vaccination! Tax deductions for the vaxxed maybe? Stimulus checks could have been used to encourage those on the fence about vaccinations . . . no vaccine . . . no stimulus . . . you don't have to if you don't want too . . . just sayin'
  5. Decline in birthrates happened too. Lives that never were that may have been. Who's gonna pay social security NOW?
  6. Let's not forget cancer and heart disease is what's going to kill most us. Not Covid. The delivery system for the vaccine I asked about earlier . . . these were talked about years ago in cancer treatment. Get the right drug to the right cell. That is huge and f'ng fascinating.
  7. I remember when this all started and toilet paper suddenly became a scare commodity. I waited outside the grocery store for half an hour to get diapers or something and then this line starts to form. Everyone has to get six feet a apart and all. I get in line and these this lady starts yelling loud how I've cut her in line and then this other lady shows up out of nowhere and starts yelling I need to social distance more and then the other tells her thank you and they both give verbal high fives cause they are saving lives by screaming at strangers for no reason. I never said a word and just moved further back in line even though I was there way before the screamers. Not like anyone died for their freedom to screem. At least now I can say I'm vaxxed so go STFU.
  8. I'm not specifically seeing superstitious thinking. Maybe there is. If vaccines are seen as about the GROUP . . . and I think what Oldies is getting at is the INDIVIDUAL . . . which is a lot of the argument I think This gets into types of rights . . . because some rights - like medical care - are about telling others what to do
  9. I believe Oldies brought up "God-given" and that appears to be taken multiple ways.
  10. http://www.ithinkwell.org/autism-correlation-does-not-equal-correlation/ Probably related . . .
  11. Never wear a helmet . . . cause God gave you a skull. "God-given" doesn't immediately mean supernatural cause. It can just be an expression for something else. Maybe someone will clarify.
  12. . . . . I wasn't informative. I asked a question.
  13. Look at all the options https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7744276/
  14. You've got to deliver the mRNA without it being destroyed. Everytime we eat we are devouring mRNA . . . but we aren't worried about an mRNA messing up our cells.
  15. Yes but how does it cross the cell membrane? Cells have boundaries. Without those boundaries the cell is pointless. Is that where the $$$ really is? You know what else ignores boundaries? Narcissists . .
  16. At about 2:12 into the video it just magically crosses . . .
  17. The mRNA itself is a great idea but targeting what cells? The mRNA is encapsulated so they've got to have the right proteins to match the cell membrane for transport across, right?
  18. I took it too mean mRNA versus pieces of the virus . . . sometimes I hear an argument about if it is really a vaccine . . . as far as I know it's still a vaccine . . . just not what most people are used to
  19. Body Language Guy I think this gentleman is informative and entertaining. Steven Pinker, you made have heard of, often discusses neurolinguistics and how it shapes our perceptions. Along a similar vein, The Body Language guy, (He pronounces his name really cool and I won't attempt to try) discusses how body language can affect neurolinguistics. The above link is just one of many videos he has. These threads often discuss WaySpeak and how it works toward "mind control" and "brainwashing". The color blue LINK might be a good example of how words affect the mind. Body language does too.
  20. Covid knocked me out for about 4-5 days. Think I got it from the same place where it killed one the others. Was in full contact with my kids and they didn't get it. The "vaccine" shots each knocked me out for a day or two. I don't take vitamins. I take naps.
  21. Actually it's a bird flip for working grounds at The Way. All that time SIT keeping the grass spiritually in line.
