This is good I'm glad you brought this up. You were able to use for force fields in sort of a "HE SHALL NOT PASS" scenario . . . but at the same time had the flu. It seems you could have deflected viruses too if necessary. But this didn't happen, apparently. Some other folks here have been very adamant about using a "God-Given immune system". Do you happen to understand what these folks are getting at? Perhaps you could shed some light on the matter by explaining how you were able to protect yourself in one area, but not another?

I think it's obvious that some people can easily influence or manipulate others and have no idea that they are doing it . . . They just take it for granted. They think it's normal. It's not all about cunning, intelligence (cognitive or emotional), or even awareness. People in a different reality and make decisions for reasons that don't occur to others. VPW was or became the center of a cult, the center of a fantasy world. His motivation was obtaining supply. Like an animal, he went where the food was. It could be noted narcissists and other Cluster B's can pick up on facial expressions, body language cues, better than most. That is from years of practice, born of necessity.

Preparation meets opportunity, right? I think that's a very interesting question. I've heard many stories at HQ how VPW just went around starting things. He never saw them through. Others did it for him. If he was damaged as and infant . . . he then adapted a different mode of life for survival based around that psychological amputation . . . he was then practiced in a way to do things and seized opportunities as they arose. If he didn't do PFAL he would have done something else . . . more evil, less evil, but still evil. He just wouldn't have planned to do things the way rest of us might plan a task . . . because he was internally . . . different than the majority.

Yes, they get you to fall in love with the projection of yourself onto them. a Male narcissist, for example, will act childish (out of habit, not cognitively), playing to the natural motherly instincts of his partner. She wanted to be a mommy . . . and now she is . . but not in the way she thought she would be.

I had a phone that had to be charged all the time. Another where the battery began to swell. I went into a "cell phone store" and tried to get answers about replacing a battery a year or two ago . . . eventually leading up to me letting them know I didn't appreciate their non-answers and conspiracy theory ideas. Eventually I found some better answers as to why. Solution? Get off the grid . . . live in a mud hut.

I feel it's easier to arm-chair diagnose VPW. . . . I'm guessing LCM developed some sort of complex with El Profesor. He doesn't sound to have a very diverse set of behaviors. Like his mind is in the movie Groundhog's Day.

But why can't we all just accept responsibility for our failure to be perfect at all times and in all things? It's not PFAL's fault . . .

Much of the point of The Law of Believing is Ego Inflation. When you practice The Law of Believing . . . you are making yourself more susceptible to The Confidence Game . . . part of a tactic of a Con Artist.

There's a video somewhere on this thing called the internet. Jim Carrey is having a round table discussion with several other well known actors. They were discussing their careers, the profession and themselves. Mr. Carrey honestly described himself as a broken person. He said he is just a bunch of pieces inside. I find that is a description of the self a borderline, an internal self that never congeals, but I have no idea if that is the case with Mr. Carrey. He said acting is a way to play with all those pieces and put them together in various and new ways.

There are threads about his child hood. Narcississm (PD) is thought to be caused by severe neglect by the mother in infancy. VPW was acting to get through every day of his life. It was a miserable existence.

The video I posted was of Megan Markle. Others besides The Body Language guy I believe label her a narcissist and I think would agree she is a con artist. She has subdued a prince. She's been shown to dress like the late Princess Diana to get Harry's attention and cater to his mommy issues. She wears masks, an act. Waysider pointed out there's different types of acting. I think VPW was a malignant narcissist. That puts him under the con artist umbrella. Narcissists wear masks, they act, because they lack a stable sense of self, and have to obtain narcissistic supply like a medication to soothe that eternal internal conflict.

If it is really LCM he's still using cultspeak in those tweets. He's apologizing in terms of a fantasy and not in terms of consequences as others would perceive.

I agree there's a definite stick aspect in a parental-like relationship (actually there was a literal stick but that is a tangent) There was the carrots, too. Earlier I quoted LCM using SIT to say when you SIT you are perfect. Like a parent might say to a child they are Ironman. In that fantasy world. . . The leaders and followers are children when they should be adults . . . And posing as adults over matters that don't matter.

Yeah . . . In that "clunkiness" I think is an emotional language. It's obviously nonsense when approached critically or rationally. But teasing out from that noise he is speaking to other parts of the mind. It often sounds childish. . . . But that is likely the point IMO

So was Hitler's internal world. Yet there is no end to the studies on him. His mind greatly affected the shape of the modern world.

LCM is saying SIT is a precursor to the renewed mind. I don't remember that before.

He references "something he's been working on for 20 years" . . . Which would be back to the time of the lawsuit

Any good story telling there is going to be identifying of the audience with a character. It just feels he is doing more than that.
