Others are repeating that information.

I don't know what enrolled here means but I'm trying establish what evidence there is besides posts on a forum by a single person.

Here you go Mike, Jumping to concussions: The Power of Pentecost Island

Think of how easy it would be to replace a person with a machine in that dynamic.

How is it documented? (posting to a forum is documentation of post, that's it . . . GSC cites itself)
-
From GSC I gather VPW was motivated to do what he did by Rosalind Rinker.
-
I was just wondering if VPW was telling more stories.

This thread is find out Rosalind Rinker's relationship, if any, to The Way International. Here is one source saying Rosalind was influenced by Agnes Sanford, of which there a negative opinions. Dave: Tom, the teachings (and we don’t make this up - these are in her books; this is in writing) the teachings of Agnes Sanford are so incredibly unbiblical and directly occult that I don’t see how anyone can possibly deny it, and yet she is the mother, you could say - I call her the “Mary…— Tom: I did say that… Dave: …I call her the “Mary Baker Eddy of the Charismatic movement.” She is, indeed, the mother of the inner healing movement. She trained all of these people – well, she didn’t train all of them; the ones she trained, trained the rest, such as Ruth Carter Stapleton, Rosalind Rinker, John and Paula Sandford - who are still all over the country involved in inner healing; William Vaswig, Rita Bennett, and you’ve probably got other names you could add to it. Rosalind Rinker apparently had an affair with VPW, influenced his snowstorm story, talking to God, and titles such as PFAL. Rosalind has apparently had a far greater influence than VPW ever could. Unless I have the wrong Rosalind Rinker.

We can't say for certain VPW ever even met Rosalind Rinker?
-
Rosalind Rinker returned to TWI in the 80s? Or someone else?
-
Is Rosalind mentioned in these letters? *sighs and reads*
-
. . . more please

I'm starting to not like this Rosalind character. Seems VPW was Rosalind's b!tc# Again . . . how is this known??
-
Steamy? . . . . *cleans up vomit* If VPW was an NPD, they apparently have more intense relations with certain other types of PDs. Which doesn't look good for Rosalind. But how on earth do we even know this?
-
Hi DWBH, how is this known? Rinker appears to be quite the influence, being his "first".
-
Worldwolf's quote on July 10, 2016 link Rosalind visited in August of 1942 and VPW had his "promise" in September. I hadn't realized VPW's "conversation with God" went on more than a day. Rosalind, having her own snowstorm eureka moment appears to be where VPW got the idea. Since he couldn't have ideas of his own. Rosalind's idea was about having a "conversation with God". Where Rosalind drew inspiration for this could be from Agnes but that is TBD. (This is going off the accounts of a big-fat-liar's letters and Whitesides documentation of the same big-fat-liar)
-
That Rosalind, a supposedly devout person, would get that intimate with VPW, a married man, tells me she wasn't a source for good values. (VPW himself was a douchebag, if that is not clear)

The Law of Believing ultimately is about controlling God and The Universe and your annoying neighbor. About Agnes: A number of sights claim Rosalind Rinker was influenced by Agnes Sanford but I am unclear how. Rosalind Rinker had a flash of incite during a snowstorm . . . and apparently influenced VPW . . . I'll have to review DWBH's input on all that.
-
Rosalind Rinker supposedly was influenced by Agnes Sandford. Rinker apparently made popular an idea that prayer is a conversation with God. I don't know how anyone is supposed to pray, but on the surface that sounds like making God an equal. Which is probably wrong on some level.

That line sounds like the speaker was suggesting that subjective truth trumps objective truth.

Mike is talking about power again. Power for abundant living Power power power Love is a power source? Well it doesn't pay the bills.
-
In PFAL VPW described a guy pointing blindly to random verses for instruction on what to do with himself. I remember one verse being "and Judas went out and hanged himself" and the next was "what though doest do quickly". Or something like that. Apparently, this is called Bibliomancy. A book is picked that is believed to hold truth. It is balanced on its spine and allowed to fall open. A passage is picked, with the eyes closed. Not that different from how everything was done.

You made a comment September 21, 2022. It seems odd to me Rosalind was too dumb to know not to be alone with vpw like that.
