I was thinking I could leave twi and its doctrines behind. I'm concerned that I'm going to have to know PFAL inside out just to avoid believing it again in another church.

I was talking to someone recently about weirwille's plagerism and they gave the same old "who cares its the word that matters" response. Then they said those other guys (Leonard, Kenyon, Bullinger, Stiles) didn't get their info. out as effectively as Weirwille anyway, so thank wierwille. I started googling these names and found that other folks have plagerized Kenyon. The Copelands teach similar points that stiles did. I found a lot on Word-Faith and realized those men did get their teachings out. Many big names today (joyce meyer, osteen, copelands, and more) teach what Kenyon taught. I found websites denouncing Kenyon's works. (nothing to do with wierwille either) I just thought others out there might have been looking into this longer than I have. so maybe someone has more insights? (just throwing this out there)

Haven't read this whole thread. Maybe this post is off topic. Perhaps it was already posted that a woman who worked on Staff died in an auto accident this past winter. I was told they didn't go into how she didn't believe right or anything, and (this person speaking) was happy that HQ refrained from that. They also said that HQ leadership made a bigger stink out of fish dying in the PWA than this woman. Maybe too much is read into this, but HQ sure does make things more important than people.

did you check to see if the carton was bulging? why did you decide to go to that store? why did you decide to buy milk? Is this milk going to Glorify God? Did you bless the milk first? where you two by two when at the store? did you check with leadership first? Perhaps God had already provided the milk. obviously you missed something.

Is "Free Will" even a biblical concept? what are its boundries?

Your right Oldies, we are free to choose. We can't control our options. Decisions made to commit to twi are based on a trust, words and actions taken by twi are deceptive, pushy, and threatening. I think the frustration concerning free will has to do with the fact that we made choices based on bad info. I'm probably being redundant.

I was just gonna ask YOU!!!! I "watch" most of my games via the computer (mlb.com). I saw the score in about the sixth or seventh, went back to my homework, came back later to look at the boxes. I rubbed my eyes three or four times with disbelief. What a game to miss. ahem .. . . LET'S GO RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!!!

whoa whoa, did you say there was a lawsuit against twi filed June 2006??? Where did you find this info? Anyone else know this?
