  1. This I didn't know, a doublet. I remember those years, lot of stick and spurt talk. My folks (current innies) don't remember anything different about that time. They'll even brag about it.
  2. Isn't it taboo for a lady to be giving out her age? :) . . . . . What was that one skit the "moron relay", the had to jump over a matchbox and take the bra off a manikin? I try to think of others' feelings. MP games? There's one called "spank the virgin", like when you hit the gopher heads, only different
  3. there's the fog @86-87 lcm dethroned @2000 okay that's two, were there others? Was there a big one in 82-83? or in the 70s?
  4. Back then I wasn't allowed to look outside The Way. Hard to focus on life and school with a countrywide network of inbreds always wondering what you're doing right now. Thought about the marines, thought I'd go face the dragon (more of a skink really), waste of time. Clear your mind of anything way, never think of them again.
  5. Gen, you should use your helicopter skills to fly over HQ and drop farm animals on them. Make sure to overfeed the animals prior.
  6. okay I went an looked it up:
  7. *not mentioning something so as not to make nyunknown feel old*
  8. I had the computer game . . . wish I still did. You know how you sometimes register software "name, company . . ." maybe one more question. This one had at least 120 to answer before you could begin. I think they asked several ways if I knew anyone in Australia named "Bruce". Friggin' hilarious game.
  9. If anyone knows what the heck I'm talking about, you got the video or something, . . . please drop me an IM.
  10. And Rosie probably understood that? Or is that giving her too much credit?
  11. Oh, I'm referring to his filmed foundational class, saw it a number of times. You'd think they'd have caught that, with their detailed frontal lobes and all.
  12. I wasn't there for vpw, I don't think he was a necessary ingredient. Catalyst maybe. One could pull it off with another holy book I would assume
  13. In the context of twi, I don't know that "The Word" or "The Truth" is something that can be described in words. It'd be interesting to watch people try.
  14. that's okay . . . did you ever see leash marks on his neck though?
  15. Anyone on earth who wanted the word had access to it in some way. This usually meant, outside the U.S., there was a U.S. military base with a "believer" stationed there that unbelievers, who wanted to know, could contact. Most everyone else on earth doesn't really want to know the truth, so the word didn't need to go there.
  16. I just remember, though foggy, a different title and completely different interpretation from vpw than from what I find on the internet. I don't think he mentioned verbal wounds, though he may have. I think he focused more on "The Father's" ability to heal wounds. Maybe he was lightly slamming the poem. I dunno.
  17. So, uh, was anyone here around for this?
  18. since you're into nails and hammering mice . . . do you remember the poem with the boy and the fence post and the nails?
  19. great, now I have to go look in a bible . . . wait . . . is that when that lady invited that dude into her tent and killed him?
  20. foundational, intermediate, advanced defeating the dork, sex is great, rise and explosion were others 'basic' I guess these have been remade a few times. . . there are others
  21. well, I ain't been around forever . . . guess I can't say either way . . . but how could it?
