yep I got "reproved" by a certain cabinet person for not recognizing Donna's car. I finally walked up to the stupid thing, opened up the gas door and found the damned yellow sticker. This, after "harassing" a young staffer for not having his yellow sticker on the lower (right/left?) corner of the window. He thought it would be cool to have it in the center. Anal fu#@s we were. But no, Donna was the exception.
