How frickin' cute is that?! Thanks for the chuckle.

I believe the name of the song is "Welcome Back" and the artist is John Sebastian? If I'm not mistaken, this song was the theme song for Welcome Back Kotter - or as one of the characters used to say (maybe John Travolta's) Mr. Ka-Tear.

More clues: If you had just a minute to breathe And they granted you one final wish Would you ask for something like another chance? Another clue: The percentage you're paying is too high priced While you're living beyond all you means

The lyrics sound familiar, and I've probably heard it numerous times, but I got nothin'. A jolly pirate donut??? LOL

Happy Birthday George!!

Ahh, now that I know the lyrics, it all makes sense. Sometimes it's difficult to understand Ian, but he sure does play a mean flute! New Tune: If you had just a minute to breathe And they granted you one final wish

The artist is Jethro Tull, but I don't know the name of the song, even though I've mulled it over for a day. I know it was quite a popular song, and I've got the melody and some of the lyrics, but I just can't grasp the lyrics that would tell me the name. And then I think, I have never known the name of this song. So, the artist is as far as I can take it.

Yup, that would be the Queen of Soul herself... Your turn, WW.

WW, Absolutely correct! Your up.

Waysider: I'm kinda surprised I thought this was a gimme... Some people I know argue that this is the best song ever (which I don't agree with) And one of the best lead guitarists ever (which I do agree with).

Just for some clarification: There are two websites for SOWERS - This is the "fancy" website with the "floating" goals and the photo slideshow with musical accompaniment - http://www.dougmcmullan.com/sowers.html This is the plain vanilla website - http://sowersonline.com/default.aspx Both sites have the same recycled 5 corpse principles for "goals", and the same contact person, V2P2. Looks to me like they are making a fairly serious attempt to market their SOWER program.

My crazy Spaniard friend loves this song, so every time he comes to town, we listen to it over and over and over again - at full volume! "Ring of Fire" - Johnny Cash New song: L.A. proved to much for the man

GSG - You are correct. I also like The Blues Brothers (John Belushi and Dan Akroyd) cover - especially when they did it on SNL. If you'd like to reminisce, here's the link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ea9mV9EhPvE Just watching them dance is so worth it! Your turn...
