  1. Happy Birthday WhiteDove! I Hope that Your birthday is as Wonderful as You are! Filled with love and generosity and kindness from dear friends and family! Thank You for all You contribute to our lives! I Love You WhiteDove, RainbowsGirl
  2. Thank You Roy, This is a Great subject! Talking about growing up spiritually, as well as mentally and physically. Walking in love and in light and learning how to see with our hearts. Being able to be forbearing and forgiving of one another in love! Grown up in my humble opinion is caring enough to walk a mile in another's shoes as Belle's example indicates! Being willing and able to go the extra mile to enrich and impact another's life unselfishly and without any other expectations; Just because you see their heart, their life, their struggles, their joys and their challenges! Knowing that reaching out a hand to help or comfort another helps us all! Like the theory in the movie "Pay It Forward" 1Cr 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become [as] sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 1Cr 13:2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 1Cr 13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed [the poor], and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. 1Cr 13:4 Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 1Cr 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 1Cr 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 1Cr 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 1Cr 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether [there be] prophecies, they shall fail; whether [there be] tongues, they shall cease; whether [there be] knowledge, it shall vanish away. 1Cr 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 1Cr 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 1Cr 13:11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 1Cr 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 1Cr 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these [is] charity.

  14. Supertramp - The Logical Song. This is for You Copenhagen since You Brought it up in Your Thread: "No Fellowship Like The Old Fellowship" I can relate to what you say in Your thread and this song. Those memories were legitimate and real for the most part; but no matter how good or bad that our memories are; We still need to proceed on with the here and now... and follow GOD... and our Dreams! It is still very possible to have friends and a place to fellowship similar to the past, but not identical to it...Maybe even better! GOD knows what You need, want and miss...Take HIS hand; He will help You find it in the best place and way for You! Love You Copenhagen, RainbowsGirl "this is a song by supertramp that sums up my life in the way" Copenhagen When I was youngIt seemed thaA miracle, oh it was beautiful, magicalAnd all the birds in the treesWell they'd be singing so happilyOh joyfully, oh playfully watching meBut then they sent me awayTo teach me how to be sensibleLogical, oh responsible, practicalAnd they showed me a worldWhere I could be so dependableOh clinical, oh intellectual, cynicalThere are times when all the world's asleepThe questions run too deepFor such a simple manWon't you please, please tell me what we've learnedI know it sounds absurdBut please tell me who I amNow watch what you sayOr they'll be calling you a radicalA liberal, oh fanatical, criminalOh won't you sign up your nameWe'd like to feel you'reAcceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetableAt night when all the world's asleepThe questions run so deepFor such a simple manWon't you please, please tell me what we've learnedI know it sounds absurdBut please tell me who I am, who I am, who I am, who I amt life was so wonderful
  15. Thank You for the tip Greasy Tech!
  16. Dear (((((Bow)))), I am so very happy that your bondage is lifted and that You have found a place to comfortably study and fellowship again! :)
  17. Dear ((((((((Sunesis))))))))) and (((((((((((((((((All here))))))))))))! As I said I do Love and Respect You All very much! I understand what you are saying...and I appreciate it. I do wish that You perhaps, understood a little better what I have said...and what Abi has said and why we said it! Whenever I do reply to a thread, I read it through and think about each post and poster. I try to see their perspective, and their heart Then I think through my reply....and edit it a zillion x's from grammar, spelling typos to content you name it.! My focus in a reply is to say what I mean and be as happy with it as I can be. But even before that my goal is to please GOD. So then, I think about all the Word that I know and what is pleasing to Him; so that I can reply in that manner! I do this because I know that we do not all agree and if someone is attacking or being rude or whatever it may be, they usually stop; and hear You out if what you do and say is done in love and compassion, mingled generiously with respect and genuine concern. I believe that we do not have to ignite people's fuses; and that more often than we think, We can diffuse situations far better than We do! An assumption of mine, true or not? Is that you All think I am too flowery and too over the top; a blinded by Love "Love Child"! Well I do definitely say too flowery and too over the top things... a little gushy, but genuinely meant from my heart...believe it or not! We are All uniquely different parts of the Body of Christ and I do not claim to understand Everyone's particular function fully either. .1Cr 12:18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 1Cr 12:19 And if they were all one member, where [were] the body? 1Cr 12:20 But now [are they] many members, yet but one body. 1Cr 12:21 And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 1Cr 12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 1Cr 12:23 And those [members] of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely [parts] have more abundant comeliness. 1Cr 12:24 For our comely [parts] have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that [part] which lacked: 1Cr 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but [that] the members should have the same care one for another. 1Cr 12:26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 1Cr 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 1Cr 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues Yet their are many sides and aspects to all of us, never just one! I am also very strong person; It takes a lot to breech my love and trust; yet it is breechable. I don't sanction premeditated personal attacks or false accussations and in this thread and in many other threads as well, I see these tactics used. I don't see one side being totally right either. I try to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. I believe that what I said and what Abi said is true and valuable. What you and All the other's said is valuable too. We are all human; and yet, capable of handling things far better than we often do...no matter who is right or who is wrong! Gal 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted Not generally could one of Us perhaps, handle being in each others shoes or even understand anothers shoes.. We all have different pains and challenges. Yet, that to me makes no one person more worthy than another to be treated with Love, Respect Compassion and Dignity None of us have the market cornered on pain and tradgedy, but out of our Love and strengths we can walk a mile in each others shoes and endevor to truly help each other and not hinder ourselves or others either in the process! To do the least harm and the most good possible! Things are rarely as they seem here in cyberspace...so We have to be more carefully, thorough and precise in our thoughts, actions, and heart! We do not see any one in any real depth and some like me are not as good at conveying it as others are.
  18. Thank you my((((((((((( Dear Friend))))))))))))))), That was truly soothing ,moving and inspirational! !
  19. All I can say Dear ((((((((Wrdsandworks)))))))) is that I think that you are an amazing person with an extra-ordinary heart that is beautiful to behold. A wonderfully intelligent and insightful person! I enjoy reading all your posts....even the one you recently deleted...it was okay to say it as you did...it would have cause no one harm...even yourself! Please don't think that I am being flowery or over the top or looking to garner anything from you or anyone else....saying this! I do mean it and I like to tell every one where I stand and how I feel while they are alive and can hear it!
  20. Thank You both! Dan I enjoyed reading your poosted piece...it was very moving; & Wrdsandwrks your link was very moving as well! They both provides a lot of insight for me concerning the "Days of Awe" and Christian practises in relationship to them! I am going to check out more about this now, thank You both again!
  21. Does anyone here ever think that we all make a lot of assumptons about people, with very few, if any facts to back these assumption up with? Or am I a lone in this?
  22. (((((Nandon)))))), I see your point; and yet all sides of this point! Tragedy no matter when it hits or whom it hits, is devastating! There is no one that I know of or have heard of, who has not been affected by tragedy! The Pain it causes hurts; and inflicted pain hurts even more than an accidentally caused pain! Whether the tragedies may be large or small; it doesn't change the amount of pain that any individual is left to carry! What truly affects the pain is when someone loves us enough to help us carry it or lift it off of us!
  23. Happy Birthday((((((((((Patriot)))))))))))))))), I hope that Your special Day is full of peace love and joys overflowing to the start of a great new year for You! I Love You Patriot, RainbowsGirl
  24. Cman, Dan and Abi, Well done! I hope that you don't mind that I post these scriptures that you posted in another thread Dan as it applies here as well. 1Pe 3:8 Finally, [be ye] all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, [be] pitiful, [be] courteous: 1Pe 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. 1Pe 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: 1Pe 3:11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 1Pe 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord [are] over the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord [is] against them that do evil. 1Pe 3:13 And who [is] he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? 1Pe 3:14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy [are ye]: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; 1Pe 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 1Pe 3:16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. 1Pe 3:17 For [it is] better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. 1Pe 3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:
