As I understand this... The Ebay seller [second person] received this class from someone else [first person], not from TWI If TWI had a written contract agreement with that first person, they could go after that first individual. [assuming they even know who it is]. Also, the second person could have obtained these forever ago in a garage sale or give away, or even thrift store that had no idea what it was! Because TWI never had a written agreement with second person, they are out of luck as far as the limits of the law go. Yes???

I think this is true of many of the Offshoots when it comes to their religious and spiritual training.

We used to have 3am fire drills when i lived in the college dorms. It was strictly precautionary to ensure that we could act appropriately during an emergency. I never thought it was such a big deal, but then again, it wasn't at the hands of TWI either!

I was honestly seeking to KNOW God. I was raised in a very loving home with great family and friends. But being raised Catholic left me feeling separated from Him, rather than knowing Him. I went to many different Christian churches seeking His wisdom and knowledge, but they were more about ceremony and maintaining appearances. Not much bible depth at all. When I met a WOW, they said "The Class" would teach me how to read the bible and understand it for myself. That is what got me hooked. Sure, we were given the "keys" to understanding the bible, but in hindsight, TWI did the same thing..."read and understand it as we have taught you to do." No questioning allowed because questions imply a doubter. Talk about subtle spiritual abuse set down early in the learning!

Wow, I was at Emporia during those times. It is interesting to see pictures of Donna and LCM, when they were young and "relatively" untainted. VP really was evil. Regarding "CES, look at it's dogmatic short history..........within a few short years the CES leadership was implementing Momentus, a highly contraversial method of "intervention" or whatever. It had disastorous and lasting effects on many. Later, this CES hierarchy moved towards a Prophet Council, a High Prophetess, personal prophecy, nose-spiders, slanderous "prophecies," marriage mettling, etc. etc" It seems that Momentus was about getting people to publicly discuss all their personal issues/angers/problems. And, often those things were brought up and used against an individual. "Personal prophecy" was somewhat used by TWI when they would perform their children dedication ceremonies...a word of prophecy for that child was spoken. The Personal Prophecy used by CES was a whole new level of darkness and damage. I was surprised at their level of non-wisdom in trying to sell this junk. If they were so "spiritually discerning" they would have known better.

LOVE this yogurt!! It's low/no fat, lower calories, very low carbohydrate and super thick and satisfying. In addition to fruit, I will use it as a replacement for sour cream on potatoes, or add seasonings for a veggie dip. So very versatile and good tasting.
