I'm not going to display it. Bumpy seems to enjoy having fun making digs at me -- I did the same thing for him with that notice. And he has been suspended numerous times for the exact same thing. We are not going to hold a public trial. And the fact that he has been in contact with me, this thread is now moot. And that email was sent days ago, by the way, Jonny. Bumpy really has you at his disposal.

Linda, if I did that there would be a thread for each action that I have taken. I generally tell the person being suspended and that's it.

Rhino, I'm not going to try to track down Bumpy. But I used the email in his profile, if that isn't correct not much I can do. he may remember calling someone something that exterminators search for. Not the first time he's done it

Opinions have not been suppressed. As far as going "against the mission of GS Cafe". That's a phrase I've used a few times. In particular, on the Losing the Way thread, I felt that some were being disrespectful unnecessarily to Kristen and to posters that were clearly victims. The thread was a discussion of her journey through the Way, NOT a thread on how great VP Wierwille was. That person is free to start his own thread on that subject. What was violated, in my opinion, not respecting the rights of other posters. The two posters, oldiesman and White Dove, will be hard pressed to say I do much censoring of them, but they probably won't volunteer that info. The other instance was with MIKE. He, admittedly, has his own mission. I've told him to keep the doctrinal conversations in the doctrinal section. In About the Way, his posts generally derail meaningful discussions. We are not suppressing or controlling anyone, that is in your mind.

Linda, are you asking me to publicly state what someone did to get suspended? I will not publicly embarrass someone like that. And that is where Lingo was headed in my opinion. I wouldn't do it to Jonny when he got suspended. I sent an email to Bumpy which he could have responded to, but hasn't. In public, a simple question gets blown out of proportion. And suddenly, with this thread, I have volumes to answer based on assumptions. Nothing has changed philosophically with GS, but someone like Bumpy is putting those thoughts in threads and people start believing them. I'll do another post to cover that.

Has he considered emailing me? I don't see how emailing you would rectify anything. In fact, why would you start a thread instead of sending me a PM?

Mark, It allows those that haven't been in TWI, to get a feel for what it is like to get involved. So reading the book brings back many of your own personal memories. I read it over a period of about 3 weeks. Some memories were painful to dredge back up, but it was good to process them. So yes it can be painful, but I believe it to be cathartic also.

Has anyone gotten the book yet?

I have given you lots of leeway over the years and very seldom do anything to stop your postings and you know that is true. I have not stopped you from saying the contrary, have I? Oldies, your post deletion was preemptive. How you can possibly say that this has been going on for weeks is beyond me. When posters mentioned your sister inappropriately, wasn't I quick to remove the offending post? You remember what you want. Bumpy, as usual, you are doing what you do best, stir the pot.

I removed posts by White Dove and oldiesman. They took an important subject and did a bait and switch which they are both good at doing. It violated the forum rules and mission of GS. Their utter disrespect for a victim is sickening.

I remember there were Political WOW's sent up to help Hayes. POW WOW's, I think that they were called. I know at least one GSer was one. That was one of those decisions that, while very patriotic, was way out of the realm of TWI's scope.
