  1. Just wondering cause not many show up. Though I haven't at all of them. It's a wonderful experience to actually talk with each other. You know instead of typing. It has brought those who participated to a better understanding of each other imo. There has been a great lack of involvement compared to the number of people here. I would love to hear and interact with more people. Any ideas or comments? I know time is a factor and doing things we all need to get done. I just think it's a great way to learn from each other. You can use a Mic and speakers if you separate them far enough apart to prevent feedback. Best is to use a headset with a mic, but we need you either way. Skype is another way to conference chat live, and a few do, me included. In fact you can call into talkshoe with skype. It's charge for calling any thing other then another skype user is $30 a year including long distance. Unlimited calling. There's other plans too like per call basis, having an account that is per minute. And for talkshoe you can call from your home phone also, lots of people have free long distance with their land lines. Would love to see us get together more. But not pushing ya, just suggesting............... Maybe a different time or day..i don't know......
  2. To me it's a place to interact with people who have come to know me. And it's a place to share my ideas with others who are interested. Anyone else care to comment?

    WIPE OUT!

You don't have to be upset to state your opinion.

    WIPE OUT!

Tell me Bump. How could you possibly know what would help another? And decide what to delete and save for others to benefit?

    WIPE OUT!

From past posts... Adding up all the errors taught and looking at the structure of pfal begins to reveal how exactly wierwille pulled it off. The results of pfal; 1. Wierwille is the man of God of the World 2. pfal has defined who God is 3. pfal has defined how God communicates to men 4. pfal has defined what fellowship with God is 5. pfal has defined the structure of the bible 6. pfal has defined the structure of the church today (in favor of wierwille and twi) Methods used---MATH Formulas A=B=C=D=E=F = RESULT wrong thinking or believing as defined by pfal equals out of alignment and harmony equals out of fellowship equals sin equals You are against God and any term used in the bible that describes someone who is against God can be used against you to get you back to what wierwille and pfal has defined as right believing and thinking. How pfal came up with what is right believing can be found with some of the same Math. I suspect Bullingers influence had a lot to do with it. And that Wierwille may have even thought he was right. But just looking at the results should be a giant red flag! If a scripture did not fit into Wierwilles formulas then it was twisted or changed or "held in abeyance". Same with the holy spirit field. pfal is the root and base of wrong application and interpretation of scripture. By the end of the class Wierwille had us by the nuts (sorry ladies). pfal is in error
  6. With "God" treated as some separate entity from one's self, it is no wonder he is unreachable for some. The auto biography of the soul is partly in the bible from Genesis 1:1, just what was being spoken into being here? And so the question of 'why' do these things happen. Free will, my foot, it's built into us, what we do with it is already incorporated into us good and bad. Why do you think they ate of the tree? And where do you think that tree is?
  7. These may help you Dot, Though I'm not saying what I agree to at this point. http://www.gurus.com/dougdeb/Courses/bests...hner/BTmain.htm http://www.amazon.com/When-Things-Happen-G...e/dp/0380603926

    I am in a Quandry

hope you are getting some of this rascal
  9. You may be mistaking what I say as condescending or something. No buttons have been pushed at all. Still figuring this stuff out myself also. Typed words are hard to convey my heart, as it is for others. Some can do it well while I suck at it.
  10. Yes I know you did, might be all you get for now, don't know though. Rereading some things help, reflecting on them. Not just these but other posts and things as well. It is a selfless act and moving of the Spirit. And it's in this thread. As it is in many others, though it's sometimes missed. Tongues are not tongues anymore if it's understood.
  11. "Not to derail my own thread.... just biding time until others weigh in on the real issues" A Dan, you must have missed a few then. A life giving sound is sensual as Shifra points out. Sirguessalot's post is outstanding. Perhaps 1 Cor 14 could be read along with it. Not many have a handle on tongues. Read the few that do.

    I am in a Quandry

lol..rascal.. Not unusual for Arkansas to go over a month without rain in the dog days of summer. Temps over 100 every day, such is August and even into September sometimes. Sure we all want rain, though I'm in Ohio now. We got one hour of rain this month. But I've lived through many rainless summers in Arkansas. So did the Farmers. Hang in there Tennessee.
  15. Getting knocked out is an experience that would put your problems on the back burner so to speak. Kind of like what sky is saying. It's like a stubbed toe and a car wreck, which would make you forget the other? Also there is this freedom to let all your emotions out in a group that isn't paying attention to you. Emotions are powerful and spiritual. I think the emotion of fear has a lot to do with this 'slain in the spirit' deal. And of acceptance. In the spirit is something I believe. Being slain in the spirit is something that has that label, but what it is can vary imo.
  16. Keep looking though, just take it easy on yourself. There's quite a few here that can help also. It's in listening and hearing the spirit speak.
  17. Love is the key Dot. You will not find it in scripture. You will find the Word in yourself when you let go of the bible. The comforter will bring it to your remembrance, it cannot be force fed into you. Relax, ok.... You already know plenty of scripture, let the Spirit work with it. Get out of it's way. Quit thinkin so much and let that spirit work. That's not to say there is something that you will be led to do wrong. But you will know, without forcing the scripture when the Word, the Spirit leads you to a door. It's in you, but you have to open the door, it's your decision to step into the Spirit. And it may seem foolish, but it is not. And I'm not talking about 'slain in the spirit'. But being 'in the spirit'. Your will becomes Christ's will and change occurs. Fear will make you hesitate, don't let that bother you, that's normal. You will know when the time comes. Take it easy on yourself. It's not your fault. Love and Peace, hang on to them, you will need them.

    Idolatry

Quite right Bramble. Somehow I think an idol being worshiped is rebellion though. But I'm not in to getting too technical about it. The bible God is an idol imo, when trying to figure it out from the bible only.

    Idolatry

lol oaks, it is witchcrafting sin? well. that'll be done away with, even now depends...................

    Idolatry

Idolatry, as the sin of witchcraft... About the same I reckon.
  21. Tongues are in a known language to you. Though what is said is missed because of no interpretation. 'If there be no interpreter' then keep it to yourself. You'll know if someone can interpret it for themselves, at least part of the message. For one thing you are listening to yourself also. 1Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. 2For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 3But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. 4He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. 5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying. 6 Now, brethren, if I come unto you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, except I shall speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine? 7And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped? 8For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle? 9So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air. 10 There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification. 11Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me. 12Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church. 13Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. 14For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. Interpretation is different then understanding. Understanding is fruitful mainly. And not without edification at times. While interpretation is edification, not that understanding is not there, it's more then that. It's an inner knowing, an inner universe being opened. And it's not without the rest of the manifestations and fruit of the spirit. And there is fruit of the Spirit with good old understanding also, if we let it.
  22. "So until people learn that the religions of today each have something to teach about the journey to God, they will be like the people living at the base of the mountain!" Chester beamed. The master stodd up and said, "Exactly." +=t :")
  23. As a son, you radiate the glory of God; but when you return, you are that glory, you are that God. God the Father transforms his sons into himself by giving us his own son, who reveals our true identity. This is the mystery of life through death. Darren : Lifestyle Builder Darren Meade I don't really have the tongue you might need, but I do know there is life in the Spirit in you and each person. It's not in some far away place called heaven. And heaven and earth is you and me. To battle over the right words to describe something that is not describable is merely practicing and testing your own God. Cause this God is with you in you and is you without you. Inescapable no matter what you do. The Home of the Spirit is within man and not somebody that can be put aside. The first two commandments are self describing. Never leaving you or forsaking you. The good bad and ugly. It's all there to explore and find the true riches of the inheritance IN the saints. What is this glory that is to be revealed in us? Each and every one of us. Peace, Clay
