  1. Exploring our feelings and why we feel a certain way is quite the task. I can feel 'guilty' or like I've done something wrong even when I haven't. Finding the reasons is and has been interesting. Like I could feel something that doesn't seem to be about me at all, but about something that will show it's self eventually. Just life I reckon. I quit worrying about how I feel and more about finding out why I feel a certain way, sometimes. Sometimes I see why and sometimes I don't. Doing things that need done or just doing anything helps with good feelings. Sometimes even a little drive or walk to get out and away from my self and thoughts helps. That's what I thought of from the title more then the content. Everyone is different but kind of the same ya know.
  2. this is a cool browser http://www.fenrir-inc.com/other/sleipnir/ Sleipnir can use the trident engine (IE engine) or the Firefox engine (gecko) so there are some firefox plugins that will work with it as well. So if you are testing, this one is worth a look.
  3. I really don't know what it is to pray for anyone. Or what some may mean by praying. I can do a few positive things, like, think the best for them, love them, help in anyway I can. Or whatever is brought to my attention. Want good things to come their way. Shoot, these are some things I try to do with myself. Maybe that's love your neighbor as yourself, I don't know.
  4. the calvary is not excluding you geisha in fact quite the opposite for instance here's a question- how can you separate the man from what he says? without the man with what comes out of his mouth, or 'the message' whoever the man is, what he speaks is who he is or part anyway unless he's a liar i suppose
  5. to add to sirg's suggestion for dialog we could eliminate the us and them mentality or the I know-you don't and explore both what we don't know and what we do or suspect or whatever is putting one above another in some sort of weird way
  6. And to add, Jesus did not promote himself at all.
  7. Most Christian doctrines promoted in organized religion really suck anyway. Though they touch on a few things, it's not likely that any even see it. Including the speaker. Oakspear and Bramble make more sense then this Jesus promoting doctrine. Of which for the most part Jesus is not understood as the man he was and is and the Christ he became and is. Jesus is shoved in without even knowing what he was talking about, did and taught by his life. Nor is it required to hear from God. But it can be heard and understood if man's bs is shut down long enough for the Spirit/God/Christ/ or whatever is there to get a word in. Which takes being quiet on the inside for however long it takes to hear what is ready and willing and talking from within. And it takes time to even figure out what is heard, which needs more listening. Then your own efforts can be seen for what they have provided. Others can help inspire, but not dictate anyone's thoughts/beliefs/actions or results. As I recently heard, we have a built in ability to discern. If one is honest enough to be honest with themselves. I can see it, and have, just thought I'd mention someone else saying it. And Oakspear, I'm not trying to blow up your ego or anything like that, but your honesty with what you know and just as important or more, what you don't know. As I've seen in many here at GSC. Is refreshing. Because if you know you don't know about something, you just might be looking for it. Generally speaking and not telling anyone what to do. A decision to look lies within the person. As well as which direction.
  8. Not much, I'd say Bramble. Even so, progressing past that would yield a unique individual with a capacity to see some things that others may not. And possibly be able to communicate them, in time. To communicate-not to replay or relive or 'my story'-but using words of a nature that inspire thought in another. And not so much about one subject or another. But a more broader perspective, or simply different. And yes the innocence would be quite realized.
  9. There's nothing unusual about knowing what's in your own self. That which is common to all. So the question 'How would you know?'. Can be answered on your own. As in 'How would you find out?'. If you want to know. It's your question to answer. Not mine. If I was to answer, then why would anyone go by my answers and not their own. I don't expect anyone to go by anything I say. But I can put forth what I know. It can be considered or not by others. That isn't my choice. I will also add - 'self gratification, regardless of the well being of others' or 'without any thought or consideration of the consequences to themselves or others'
  10. whores hump anything they can where ever they can for self gratification and an illusion of power
  11. hm, yeah in a productive way presented a balance a 'place holder' to open what's in plain sight it's still there....other words can be used have a great evening bro, i heard ya.....
  12. why do you think that is what i said? i didn't.
  13. kind of interesting how 'taboo' it was with certain times and cultures it is, but not, they say, yet it has it's value giving qualities..... seems familiar... zero just to see what is not, and is- giving
  14. ahhh- complications, complications distractions, distractions Tom, Zero is not an absence of anything. But the guarantee of infinity. If it can be considered simply. Even with the definitions of zero. The action, or what zero actual does to anything. Or with anything. Then it's value becomes clearer. The value is there, a very strong value. I'm not sure if that's clear. It's the basic idea though. Just in math- 0, 10, 100, 1000 how far can it go?
  15. that's not so bad..... destroy is an interesting word as well as hell that means what? ----- so has anyone looked up zero in any reference work? i guess it might be 'none' in the kjv the wiki links are interesting ---- well, hell, interesting topic here.....

  17. i don't know about science much but 0+1=1 sounds a bit like I and my Father are one
  18. why blame anyone anyway if the bible is the only source that is perceived as 'doctrine' (whatever doctrine means) then not understanding it is the only course maybe it wasn't meant to be the all in all friggin obvious that more of SOMETHING is needed
  19. a joke huh... here anyway... how did u find it if you were walking in darkness or read it :)
  20. why do you think we are in utter darkness?
  21. the whore of babylon reminds me of the man of sin just a different selfishness that hides when the light is turned on trick is to bring it out and see it for what it is cause how can you deal with it if you don't have a clue not really a trick but more of a determined move the things you see in yourself the good the bad or whatever is that not a faith with substance? certainly we want the good and focus on it what is all there is the mystery that keeps us looking and we see things that we turn away from at times facing them changes them in us this must be where wisdom and understanding hides what would we need these qualities for if all was good the whore, the sin, selfish things included in the self by design, as in something to see improved to witness a transformation in yourself only by a decision to look is that faith?
  22. To seek and pursue and question and search the living can and will resurrect the dead that are alive for reconciliation in the heart of the universe of the spirit, the soul, the life of the one, the many, the all. Enlightenment revives and sees that which is alive. In this the thoughts of the ancients continue to live and activate. Ready and willing to live in souls of men to open the eye and ear.
  23. I'll input that we are all of one blood. And that to be destroyed or killed or die, is not what it may seem to be. Christ himself said he would destroy this temple and raise it up. So for something to be destroyed, killed or die doesn't mean it's gone, or annihilated forever. I don't understand what you mean, or pointing out, by Noah being of the bloodline of Cain. Maybe I missed a comment or verse somewhere. As for blood, you may recall that Abel's blood cried from the ground. 10And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. 11And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand Certainly more to see then what's on the surface, but it seems that 'blood' has some sort of life to it. Hoping to steer a bit away from the life of the flesh is in the blood and more toward life itself and the fact that it continues. 'Earth' seems quite significant as well as it is doing something here. Which has me thinking about the flood covering the earth. Of which the flood has many different perspectives of what it actually was and what really happened. I can even think of the Earth entering into a womb of a sort....concerning the flood - or covering even.
