Inspiration and the inerrancy of Scripture
cman replied to roberterasmus's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
What scripture would you like to discuss RE. I'll be willing to talk with you. The current canon as prescribed by most or others. It don't matter to me. Whatever is discussed will have an affect. If another perception or view can be considered. Which does not require changing your own. Translations are not as important as what it says to you. And interpretations are subject to change, even while the former is also true. -
There has been mixed reports about WSE, from bad to good. Personally for a free anti virus solution, I would choose Avira or Avast. http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/ http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/

depends on what you are listening for and from and not some textual source, at least not by itself even without texts, whatever it is, is still here it does take people i think but the catalyst is neither textual or people so what is being sought?
-
yes i agree as well sirg, without quoting scripture maybe talk can occur and tongues happen as they do without notice as a thief in the night 'they shall' it says about many things and when that happens - how - will it be interpreted even by those that are doing what is promised somehow some connect and see it in themselves and others they shall seek death and not find it a temporary thing that seems to last a lifetime even after tasting it i tell you..... sometimes this dang sucks.... and sometimes i can sleep well but most of the time i rest better without knowing too much....

i'll try what i can...see what happens fullsize from ImageShack By cmpm at 2010-01-29 here is a link to it from it's options http://yfrog.com/1gcppp

so to talk to god you gotta talk to your spirit then your spirit talks to god freakin insane what if your mind is spirit, as the scriptures point out
-
such is the meanings of the scriptures written in tongues as i mentioned and you know of that within them, the eye of the beholder sees what it can
-
i'm not so sure about that one sirg for instance, Bob's approach is "the historical/ grammatical/logic hermeneutic along with- the God (and gods) of the Scriptures of the Hebrews and Christians" i would think that somewhere along the line it would touch upon interpretations of the same and different nature some where in it's workings there would be a cross road to another or more interpretations and if seen, would they be followed, or discarded,
-
yes, thanks waysider and Bob, tongues are certainly biblical with the majority of scripture written in tongues
-
Bob, you claim scriptural Hermeneutics here- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermeneutics But a much broader vision is involved then scriptures alone. To which sirg has opened the door to communication to it, and not limited to it alone. Deism or a particular Theism is a small part of a greater understanding. Neither can they be counted out of any broader discussion. But also need not even be touched upon. To limit what has been opened to unlimited communication is your misunderstanding. Knowing sirg, I know his very broad knowledge of more fields of study then I care to list. His point being as stated to have some common ground to start with, not to stay in. If the intention is to stay in one field or another then it's nonproductive. Because there are so many that overlap that they are to be considered as well, if it's an honest attempt at growth, and not to build walls of separation, ignoring what is blatantly apparent in all fields of study.

The meaning, or interpretation as it is referred to here, is not translation to me. And putting any events into the future makes their meanings quite unattainable. Conveniently leaving open any man's opinion on the matter without actual evidence. Which brings me to the point, that these things have happened are happening and will happen again. Otherwise why even bring it up. Lack of understanding Time has left prophesy without it's true nature. One can only tell the future if they have been there.....now.

Well...hm, the Atlantis site is not working for some reason. Here's AbiWord that will work on Linux and OpenOffice as Rumrunner pointed out. http://www.filehippo.com/download_abiword/ http://www.filehippo.com/download_openoffice/ AbiWord is just a word processor, but it's good with a lot of plugins to add if you like. OpenOffice is a full suite of applications like msoffice.
-
Yeah, I have Open Office, SoftMaker10, MSOffice07 as well as other word programs. But this Atlantis Nova is FAST for start up time and convenient. Any file saved with it can be opened with any other word type programs.

I think the major failure in twi's s.i.t. is in tongues being unknown to the one who is speaking. Why was it set to be that the "unknown tongue" is unknown by the one speaking, when the scriptures more clearly state that it's unknown to the one hearing, not the one speaking.
-
I wonder if anyone ever uses these programs I post.
-
http://www.atlantiswordprocessor.com/en/nova.htm simple free word processor, fast startup and enough extras for being useful-windows
-
Try it from here. http://www.mediafire.com/?gnzymtyyoza It should work from here as well as Syncplicity. You may need to turn off any 'Flash Block' add on or program.
-
It should download on any computer. What was the problem? What are you using for a PC? Anyone else have a problem with this download, let me know, cause I would need to fix it. Thanks.

Yes, nice sirg.... and in this silence lies our demons as well that is why we must practice it to an art otherwise these will remove the silence, peace, and will to see that even in the demons of our own inner darkness is light to be discovered destroying (changing) that which frightened to that which heals
