Thanks for the concern waysider, I really do appreciate it. I ignore her bullying but I will report it as needed. And she knows it now, I guess?(quite insane they are), so she just sits and fumes. I like my job, so I'm not going to let her run me off like she has done to others. My employers know about it too, so that is a big help and relief. You are right, but I'm not stupid, and she does not know that. Besides I beat twi at it's own game, I can handle this wannabe. world war z https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFcbdMrtmzc

What I'm seeing is that the threat of losing your job is constantly pointed out. And the threat does not exist. The bully (a woman) has made it so that if you don't think the way she does and do things the way she wants it done, that you are at risk of a lost job. She wants you to kiss her butt, or the threat of her wrath is on you. Again there is not a threat of losing the job at all, until she starts lying to your employers. That's when you have to point out the bullying, I believe. Or at least I had to point it out to my employer. It was and is very weird. This bully has been doing this for 20 years. I had to point it out. Quite a few people did not do anything about this bullying, because of fear of her wrath and lies. Once I did point it out, I found out that most already knew what she was and had been doing. It's not illegal, so they get away with doing it. I'll just keep pointing it out when I need to. I think the worst part is that the bully rallies other employees against you. I was really thankful to find that article on workplace bullying. It laid it all out what she and her mini bullies have been doing for so many years. I knew about the "Isolation and Control" tactics, cause of a 'previous life' :)/> . The best way to deal with her (and her 2 little bitches, which includes a man) for me right now is to treat her presence as if she is a zombie, and I'm immune from zombies. See "World War Z".

That's a good point. The bully will lie about intent. Probably cause the bully does not really know, and would not admit, that it's a power/control/ego/bastard type thing.
-
I was thinking more the horizontal type bullying. It's this type that goes undetected, even by the victim. And it's much harder to prove. The "perpetrated by management" is easier to detect and document. imo

I think this fits twi, and more, since the workplace was everywhere, all the time. Workplace Bullying

maybe it was not a "fall" at all with Jesus the second Adam finishing what the first started figurative, literal or even a fantastic mural of life to be seen now -
yeah.... some in aa are pushy, but not the majority that i know of you can find the aa book online to download i'm just saying what I've seen that worked for me not exclusive to aa, that's for sure more exclusive to me or others i can only control my own mind (sometimes :) ) not anyone elses
-
one of the things that helped me in aa was the help of having others to talk to who were experiencing the same type of situation it helped me to not stay or go all introverted with my problems if any soul could find that kind of help,it makes a big difference similar to what many have found here at gsc if you think your case is special-it is special, you are special if you think you are alone-you are surprisingly alone with many loners your journey can be helped with some soul support

Why was Satan in the Garden of Eden?

the serpent, the devil, or Satan whatever it is is wherever man is "important to man understanding his own nature" i agree waysider implying or saying that this is part of our nature gets some folks bothered directly dealing with ourselves is a path few will follow -
Maybe in the western protestant religions, but that is not the "common view in the religious world".
-
Probably one of the biggest things I learned in aa, was to stop fighting everybody and everything. here are some non-12step programs by way of Wikipedia all the info needed is there http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LifeRing_Secular_Recovery http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moderation_Management http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narconon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pagans_In_Recovery http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secular_Organizations_for_Sobriety http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMART_Recovery http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_For_Sobriety http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cenikor_Foundation

btw, having trouble with alcohol or drugs or even religion is not a character flaw but it's a problem so common that some of the help to beat it becomes a problem in itself keeping that in mind in time you see the baits and hooks of vices in your own life different for each person not so much 'perfectly', but for yourself, you can get a handle on it and still live free from the cause and effect of more then just the targeted vice
-
the 12 steps can be boiled down to two decide you have a problem and stop drinking easier said then done in my experience it can be done if one decides to there are thousands of reasons to drink those thousands can't over run the decision to stop unless you let it it's down to you no one else not some external God to dump on you are the God
-
more like a human principal
-
well, not so much God as we were taught, or some 'biblical principle' more a greater power than you.....in you that greater power is helped being with others who beat it dumping it all on some god don't work didn't for me anyway being ready to not know what's next will happen being unsure, even lost, 'till things open up 1 day at a time, 1 minute, 1 moment to decide, "I'm not going to take a drink" one will get tired of those moments but if you keep it up eventually you won't be counting them any more
-
I humbly ask you why not the 12 step program? Yes, there are 12 step fan-boys in the program that reminded me of twi. But there were some that were not. I was in it for 30 days, and about 50 meetings. But it took a few years to beat it in my mind and body. Years before I didn't think about wanting a drink. A long time till the intense uneasiness in me subsided. The 12 steps are there to help you see the problem, and to talk and hang out with others with the same problem. The rest is you, and reclaiming yourself. And whatever you may find beating an addiction. I'm not promoting it, just asking cause you brought it up. I'm always on your side, whatever you do.

Christ is not limited by or to christianity. Just pointing that out, not agreeing or disagreeing.

I have to think of genesis 1, 2, and 3 when thinking about what was in the arks. Mostly gen 1. And what the arks are. I lean toward the things in the arks, and the arks, as not symbolic, though the language to communicate may be.
-
considering the Ark of the Covenant and Noah's Ark those who look for it in what direction should one look? or be forever without answers? were the things inside them real?

Speaking up for Christ vs the silent witness
cman replied to Kit Sober's topic in Doctrinal: Exploring the Bible
To be able to speak of Christ equals what we can speak of ourselves. Since Christ's home is in us. I do appreciate what I've learned from Watchman Nee's words. And from Alfred North Whitehead as well as many others. Or everyone. It does get down to seeing Christ, in everything, perceived either to be good or bad, our perception must evolve.
