I think he definitely learned Buddhism and meditation and other stuff. What Jesus did we can do as well. Why would he journey to the desert for a long period of time? To meet or further God and the Holy Spirit, the fire of God in his life. Well.... what else shall be left out or included in evaluating writings as scripture. I've seen scripture in lots of places. It's a life long quest to understand and see. Why didn't Jesus just stay home and study scripture full time? He didn't, he traveled to meet the great seers of his time, in India, and other far east places including Russia.

It doesn't say "second" coming. The coming of Christ, revelation of Christ and other phrases are used to describe a more sure word of prophecy.

Your whole post is an interesting walk-through idea about death and spirit. I don't think the spirit can be killed or die, but it can be sleeping and then awakened. My friend, sirguessalot, could say more about the subjects. I have experienced a little of it, or a lot, but can't find the words yet. If one is dead then there needs to be a birth or awakening, like a seed in the ground, goes in without life and sprouts into life.
