more and more surgeons are realizing that in order to save lives other means must be employed because of religious beliefs there is nothing wrong with blood transfusions you could die of most any type surgery or not even having surgery it's like bramble said just another hoop to jump through no real biblical evidence at all and it don't matter who knew what when what matters is saving lives if you don't get that physically you probably won't see it spiritually either

Great points Belle. This has not been addressed either- So it's pick and choose i guess as the religion dictates. Done with dictators myself...... And hey if they could make a blood transfusion into a pill, that would save a lot of lives quickly!!!

ok, you are saying the soul is in the blood right so? the soul cannot be seen nor can it be removed by something seen if you get someone elses blood that doesn't mean you get their soul kind of vampire type thinking don't you think? just because the life is in the blood don't make that life transferable it's talking about atonement not transfering souls

to go by someone elses words is religion not spirit and i'm quite done with religion, so no thanks and for the record i'll take a transfusion to save the life i have or anyone elses life in this world it has no bearing or matter on the spirit or soul
