Jesus Christ is our Savior because of what he did not how he was born. He broke the Law from the beginning all through his life and therefore fullfilled it. When it's very clear that between the angels appearing between Mary and Joseph, Mary got pregnant. The only way this can happen is by intercourse at that time. Joseph being the Father. God being his Heavenly Father, and carrying out His Will by choice as a Man. This same type of thinking that is about religous bs has blinded, kept people in the dark for years. When will the blinders be dared to be taken off? What's being ignored Larry, is common sense. I don't need the Bible to tell me that God didn't create seed in Mary when it doesn't say it did. It's the common 'christian' belief that God introduced 'somehow' which is not explained. I posted the common sense of what happened in the physical and partly in the spiritual. She is blessed above all women because she allowed Joseph to have intercourse with her while in the Spirit, Her entire being being Spiritually renewed as the Sperm entered and became part of her as well. There is not one soul here that can explain this without being overshadowed and the Spirit coming upon them. And there it sets for the carnal book worms to fight over while the actual occurence alludes the seemingly wise. And 'knew her not' could very well apply to another pregnancy or intercourse. The meaning of 'knew her not' has never been established. Joseph and Mary had sex, and enjoyed it too before their marriage ceremony. While Mary was 'overshadowed' and 'in the Spirit'. And was told before that it would happen-Be it unto me according to thy will. A person is entirely engulfed while in the spirit-body, soul, mind and spirit.

You are interpreting that as meaning impregnating Mary when it is not. The Spirt overshadowing and coming upon someone is not a new thing. What is unique is that it happened during intercourse with Joseph. As the seed of Joseph inpregnated Mary. Mary was in the spirit, totally. Sanctified, holy, and a special birth like no other.

If holy means without sin then in every place this could be applied. I think holy has a much deeper broader perspective. It says the Holy Spirit would 'overshadow' Mary. Does mean the same as impregnate? 15Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them. 16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one. Well...no...because it doesn't say. But it doesn't say God put a seed in Mary's egg to make a person either. Something to consider- The angels appeared to Mary before conception. The angel appeared to Joseph after conception. At which Joseph did not question who the father was, at least there is no record of it. Also 'as was supposed' in that one verse is subject to translation, as well as he became the Son of God when God announced it imo. By Spiritual birth. Even Jesus had to be born of water and spirit. He said so himself.

What would 'unto Christ' mean to you? It lists Jesus then unto Christ. Two separate things in the list. The seeds in Genesis are not what we were taught in pfal. Certainly not with the biased explanation.

I'd say all godliness would somehow be related to, if not directly linked to forgiveness. And as sirg pointed out that death is the approaching inescapable reality, that upon death, there will be forgiveness to face.
