Well, you know what they say, a bird in the hand is worth two in the....uh, ...

It's not WD's POV people object to, it is the stalking and harrassing, and the thread derailment. What he's done lately on threads is reprehensible and calulous, he NEEDS to be moderated at the first sign of these actions or limited in general on where he can post. If he puts up a fight or stays rebelious, then the consequences of his "rights" to run threads will be in jeopardy. No one wants to see him do this again.

Maybe its time for a poll on GS's take on WD.... More moderation takes more time and there should be compensation for that via more advertizing, donations, or registration fees. This website is one of a kind, our contributing posters wouldn't go anywhere else if they were disturbed and frustrated with the board, they would simply stop posting, which we've already seen here.

Even a classroom teacher has rules. I too post on other web boards where the fights break out on a regular basis, because they are for profit websites that's when the mods go into action, in order to keep the contributing posters from going to another web board, most moderators will give time outs and ban destructive thread chasers immediately. Because we're different here, this board has been way over on the softer side of doing this, if Paw decides to get tougher, it will be a good move, he certainly has many here interested in seeing it happen....maybe its time for a poll....? edited for clarity..

If he's such a stalker, we should ban him outright. If we don't end up banning him, then he should be limited to certain forums to read only and not allowed to post in the Open forum, or About the Way, Radio, Decaf, 101, Archive, Doctrinal, My Story and Soap Opera. If he is stalking and lacks credibility and self controll we have no other recourse.

GS is changing the world, one post at a time! I'm sure Mr Hammeroni will also be interested in the new additions to their website too, who knew all of us ex-twi's $'s would be so wanted in the twi afterlife by all these offshoots! It warms the heart doesn't it? :) (I think some of them actually lost dollars from the GS community after all these letters got posted.)

There's great hotels, food, night life (for the adults), and wonderful beaches. If you want to drive north, there's also Cape Canaveral and the possibility of a shuttle launch, Epcot Center is great for adults and of course there's Disney World, Bush Gardens is nearby, and the beaches on the gulf side are picture perfect. Joe's Stone Crab is a landmark very popular restaurant, and make sure you eat some Grouper while you're in Florida, very good fish. There's so many good cuban cafes and restaurants all over Miami, a good old, popular one to go to is Versailles, they even have a walk up coffee window, another one is the Little Havana restaurant. WD, that would be fine if you stopped there, where you go wrong is you then call the testimony of the eye witness into question, that is wrong by your own definition. If you truely thought it through your response should be to say we don't know the answers and you would not draw a conclusion either way. You do attack the testimony of the eye witness' which breaks your own rule, making you a hypocrit.

Wow krysilis, that's a lot for someone to handle, your son must have been at his whit's end while he was dealing with all this. These "leaders" were so preverted, we had no clue. I was sucker punched by these A - holes at headquarters too, the word that comes to mind to describe them is-ruthless, friken ruthless to people. I hope your son is doing well now, I'm sure it takes a while to heal from something like this, I sure felt that my heart was being ripped out of me for a long time afterward. There is no excuse for tearing apart families like this, how sad this happened to you and your son. I'm wondering whether the guns were used as a source of intimidation or were they supossed to be used on people if a fight broke out? Depending on who and how its used, brandishing a firearm is a criminal offense, there are rules and laws on how weapons can be displayed. Kyrsilis, a lot of peole's stories have been villainized and surpressed by twi, GS is a place to set the record straight. I am sorry that you and your family suffered at the hands of twi. I hope you will find healing in the telling of your story, your son sounds like a brave man, so many were abused and hung out to dry with no one standing up for them, your son was one of the few who didn't cowtow to those creeps!

I'm glad you started this thread too Groucho, you took a lot of heat sticking your neck out like this, from posters questioning your motivation to assigning character faults to you, just for posting your opinion concerning protecting the rights of all posters. Great thread!

One good thing that happened here is the board did self regulate to a certain extent, those involved with the poster after some interaction, did decide not to continue to play with the poster, whether it goes on for another 2-4 pages will be determined.....

Are we just going to sit here and allow another troll flamebaiter poster to do the same to us today and play us for a fool, while mocking us as they write lying words in order to harass the true victims and pull another fast one on the contributing GS posters?
