Thats what I don't understand about some things said by some of you.. sometimes !! Who said he had a 'healing ministry' either ?!

I know their annual teen camp has now been consistently 'booked out'.They had over a hundred at the last one.

I don't think I ever remember VPW referred to as a 'prophet' for starters, but rather an apostle and teacher. Tricked by Satan, yes, one of satans' seed men..? get real!! why would satan allow so MANY to get born again, saved by way of VPWs' ministry and don't try to excuse it, MANY did, including myself and I am still very thankful I didn't get born-again in one of these fri**in 'fruitcake' other instituitions !! Be honest and give (some)credit where credit is due, peace dudes, Allan.

I was meant to have gone to the international conference just before the family reunion, but had some family issues come up, so I emailed John, Wayne letting them know..Sorry, can't make it. The old 'waybrain' says "don't even want to read the reply email'!! But they emailed back a very understanding reply.

To answer simply, I believe the ministry itself and what it had to offer in the way of facilitating Gods' Word and offering 'deliverance' to many who were non-churched and many (lest we forget) who came from other denominations was VERY GOOD.The people running it past and present were/are VERY BAD. p.s. how many know that it was actually Rev. Wayne Clapp(now at CFFM) who finally confronted Craig Martindale FACE TO FACE over what had been going on ?!, take my hat off to him.

Rascal, I don't really connect 'thankful for things learnt' with 'praising twi'! I am being honest in saying that myself and selina are thankful for what we learnt and are still enjoying 21 years of marriage, maybe because we're still 'moving the Word' and I know that remark probably leaves me wide open but the truth is even we have said we would not still be together if we weren't doing what we're doing. We sold our home to go 'in-res',I have been assaulted,we have had our names trashed before family members..we're over it, but that doesn't mean stopping warning people about twi. For the sake of getting people saved I would direct them to a pentecostal church before I directed them twi way.

Second James, well said !! I wasn't dumb enough to take ALL the .... thrown at me from leader.... flingers in twi, I wasn't dumb enough to let it 'eat away' at me for eons afterwards and I'm certainly not dumb enough to blame God for my dumbness !!

I have warm fuzzies about the good people that were in TWI,yes even the satooris and grouchos and long gones, I'd have a beer wit yo all any day of da week ! I just didn't get warm fuzzies over LCM.In fact one time when he was sharing in the Indiana chapel, he pulled his sleeve back to (inadvertantly)display a jewelled bracelet he was wearing and I nearly physically passed out, yes I absolutely believe serious devil spirits hanging around the joint.Interestingly enough, talking with Wayne Clapp about it recently, he said he had had similar experiences around LCM !

I believe I am better off for having learnt the 'good stuff' I did along with Selina whilst in TWI. As in Johnny Lingos thread, plenty of miracles big and small that some are comforted by calling 'lucky, coincidental,able to be rationalised' etcc.. A question for ya..did Jesus believe in believing ?

I remember Pau* Mosqu**a opening up a meeting by chewing the corps out because he had just been to have a dump and when he went to wipe his butt, realised the last person hadn't replaced the empty toilet roll !! Then he proceeded to teach about corps not being spiritually sharp enough !!

Turned out later we heard she was..wonder what finally gave the game away ??!!

Selina and I were visiting h.q. walking along a driveway. Woman ministry bus driver hopped off bus and walked by us. I said to Selina, I think she's butch. Selina agreed; the woman was quite dumpy,wearing mens' jeans, shirt, had a short mans' styled haircut. When we got to the end of the driveway we turned to look again and she had stopped already and was staring at us..doo doo doo doo!!

I see the 'rational society' arrived right on schedule !! One thing that bugs me and the 'rationalists' haven't been able to answer this one, Who are we, where did we come from, how did we get here, what is our purpose and where are we going ??

Ex- fiance can state anything they want,whilst they are 'promoting' KNOWN sexual predators and VIOLENT,base men to 'higher' positions within their hierachy in the recent leadership changes, I will have to keep denying their claims of becoming more 'nicer'. In fact, I would say just by these latest promotions, they are becoming more insidious, twisted,and sexually depraved. If they really got honest they would headline their Way rag with something like "The Decade of Decadence" or "The Decade of Prevailing Depravity" or "The Decade of Debauchery" etc...

My suggestion would be to just keep things as 'normal' as possible at the moment,don't arouse any 'suspicion'.And start leaving little hints around ?! For example, greasespots web address on a piece of paper somewhere where they may pick it up. You can actually have a bit of fun with it , even though it is obviously not a funny situation. I'm happy to just email the website name with nothing else attached, they probably wouldn't know me from a tin of Kiwi shoe polish !! Bless ya !!, Allan.

God is good, no matter what the 'rationalization society' tries to say !! Answered prayers in Employment, jobs landed without 'degrees' where at least a degree was needed. Housing, Health, ladies fractured wrist healed during a meeting when the teacher(!) shared record about man with withered arm. Selinas' niece pretty much instantaneously out of a coma (shared about that before) Too many to mention, thank God for God !! p.s. no car miracles unfortunately !!

A good part of 'worship' to me is not only the s.i.t. but the praise & worship singing & dancing & raising hands & hearts,we are ENJOYING our praise & worship side of our service !!

I guess it does boil down to who you really believe Jesus Christ was/is. Was he just a carpenters' son, a nice man, another prophet etc..what you think of him determines where you'll go eternally..

Dizzy Dog.. summed things up beautifully,also another thing I noticed too was a lot of selfishness that comes through,a lot of focus on me,me,me.Sheesh, no wonder some 'struggle' to get over things. Also, a lot of "well I would like to hear a lot more recognition given to Bullinger, Stiles etc.. in the offshoots ! my reply is "how the sweet Jesus would you know when you don't even go along and have a look-see !!Stand on the side lines and tear down. Prophetic churches ? Been there, experienced a few.What a bunch of phooey,always the same stuff "you are going to be a great warrior for the lord, you are going to preach to thousands etcc..Didn't someone once preach that God is big enough to tell you something first ! That still holds true.Very thankful for that and MANY other doctrinal truths learnt whilst in.

There are plenty of people getting healed(miraculously) in plenty of churches and there are still others who 'don't make it'. I have personally been involved in a young girl coming out of a coma pretty much instantaneously. Selina and I were once at a beach doing some 'witnessing' and I was sitting a way off. I clearly heard God say to me " look in Leahs mouth" (Leah was our 'baby at the time)(and no there was no snow around !!) I looked over at her and my eyes seemed to 'pan in' on her mouth (they were about 20 yards away)In her mouth on a piece of apple that Selina was feeding her was a wasp !!. I yelled out and sprinted over and hooked it out of her mouth, thank God. Many more 'instances' to relay.I still believe God is GOOD ALWAYS, the devil is BAD ALWAYS and Myself, Selina, Leah (who is now 13y.o.) and the rest of our kids are still declaring it.
