I am going to break my silence as I just learned a lot about this subject from a true expert in this field. Don't derail this thread as this subject is too important. (To late I see the thread was all ready derailed) I have a new assistant whose lovely wife has many initials following her name. She works in an almost secret juvenile hall whose residents are all girls that have been sexually abused. As this lady puts it, the girls have had every orifice and other parts of their bodies violated. She confirms everything Catcup says and more. Three things stood out in the conversation I had with this professional. One is that many victims of childhood sexual abuse actually lose the ability to say no to any and all sexual advances, the abuse removed all boundaries and the ability to set those boundaries. The second is the answer to no matter what the question is, is SEX! The third is a type of detachment from reality during the actual act, very similar to being drugged; they experience a sort of out of body experience. Believe it or not, all those that beg to differ about the victims not turning down the advances of a sick self serving pervert claiming gawd's will was to "do" him, many of his targets lost the simple ability to say no. That and the answer always being SEX, then sex with a MOG being healing isn't such a ridiculous thought to many of his targets. The girls my assistant's wife works with are placed in this home and very closely guarded and regulated as they are getting the professional help they need. They have a good chance to a normal life forsaking the self-destruction. VPW's "ministering" made matters worse. There can't be a lower form of scum. OK, except for the bus driving pimp……….

Even in the selection of shows what I was thinking and what was brought up are two completely different things. Idol? I was thinking more along the lines of Survivor Greasespot; let the council vote me out of the booth or allow me to stay. But then I don't watch reality shows, can't stand them. The timing was perfect for this little break as this last week was extremely demanding at work. You see the college educated idiots with their degrees and professional licenses couldn't cut the mustard on the few multi-million dollar budgeted projects I am running. They quit and we had to find new engineers to take over. Mean while the paychecks for 60 good men and women were hanging in the balance, no engineers and no inspections, then we all go home. Being called a by an esteemed and "respected" poster, I have decided to allow the members of the Cafe to decide the fate of Ductape. Does he stay or does he not let the door hit him where the good lord split him? You decide!Ductape will not accept options of conforming or changing or any other group think mentality. Ductape will abide by the majorities decision and if voted out will not return under another name. In one week the "general embarrassment" will return and accept his fate.

I do think some like to jump to quickly on new people that show up here and still hold fond memories of TWI. Give them some time geezzzzzzz.

The answer to that question is no, not everyone here is Christian and then there are many different doctrines among those that claim or are Christian. This is not a like minded thinking tank and some have to learn to stand their ground and speak their mind. Thick skin helps.

No I was implying removing hope for the person suffering and for some reason the medical profession can't help. But I have to agree that some of the well meaning "fixers" do more damage than fix things.

Could the removal of possible spiritual causes also cause damage to those rare individuals who don't find the help they need from medicine? Because someone doesn't like the terms used should everyone stop using those terms? The hopeless often tend to try to remove hope from others. Could there be the possibility that what was intended isn't to condemn; but to give hope for deliverance?

Sorry, but I really thought a maybe was a big move in the right direction for an ex-TWI bunch. LCM dealt in absolutes not possibilities. I have a relative that is a great intelligent person disabled by mental illness. I know ex-TWI folks that are told stay away from these boards as they are all on meds. and they continue to blindly follow VPW.

From what I have heard Vic "did" all the girls he could and then some and wasn't that good when he "did it" The glory days were a bunch of young girls he could prey on instead of pray for.
