I was getting an error message something along the lines posting rights removed. And we all know what a quiet and polite person I am. But I did click to e-mail and e-mailed about the error. But darn it, all of a sudden I could post again. I'm thinking maybe there could be a lot of behind the scenes tweaking going on and sometimes stuff gets bumped. Either that or THEY are out to get us!!!!

Some leaving the walls of Zion with their TWI rose colored glasses absolutely can't believe some of the stories people come up with concerning their beloved ministry and ministers. Many of the most damaged don't have a voice of their own to speak up against the abusers. No one has a right to be elevated to a place of mogdom where they are allowed speak unchallenged like LCM. As one that didn't believe a negative concerning VPW and the good old days, challenging the stories turned this skeptic into a "true believer". During this process some of those that told their stories grew in their ability to proclaim their story. While it's not always a pretty process, it has worked numerous times over the years more than not. To see disagreement and even down right down and dirty discussions can be quite healing for those forced to follow the party line in silence. But then there use to be a standard things posted were required to be factual; the childish rants of generalities often run off some of those that need to stick around the most and learn. Closed corporation is what we left behind……..

I had always held fond memories of Tom M, and that guy had a daughter! But this is the value of real life experiences being told; some of those most loving and wonderful leaders get exposed for the evil in their lives. While some like to do childish rants; its the who's; what's and where's that really get the eyes open. And Shellon; how could anyone see you as anything other than quiet and unassuming......... Someone posted that facebook used their isp to suggest "friends", friends from their older account when they opened a 2nd account. Facebook is not all that secure and not for everyone....

Very valid points brainfixed; I tried facebook and had to deactivate my account. Family members made sure to "innocently" steer the conversation to expose what a heathen I am according to the doctrine we were raised in. Some still have a need to remain private and I felt that need was protected here; at least in public.

Use TWI-light only if you'd like to disappoint all those teen girls looking for their favorite vampire series..........

My memory is a little fuzzie, well so am I; anyway.... ExCult site or what ever it was called, the anti Way internet magazine; wasn't it getting sued by TWI over the name the way being in it's original name? I know unfortunately the owner has passed away; but it seems TWI was going after him all the time. I'm not a tech but would be willing to help in any way possible. How about WeirillesVey.com??? or how ever it's spelled....... I would hate to hear the reports of how faithfulness in the household stopped the adversary even on the evil internet.

I would say when the FC called my parents nursing home room to make sure I was keeping to my schedule they set in motion the wheels to exit TWI. Oh and the FC wasn't happy when I pointed out I was going camping for a week and wouldn't have a phone close by. His wife pointed out there had to be a phone some place or could find cell service o check in each day. They were not happy when I told them they were stepping over the line when they were trying to make me use a business cell phone for private business. The RC agreed with me but they did call Mom and asked for me. Even the staff of the nursing home thought a none emergency call was extremely rude.

With his family and his future with “god’s ministry” on the line I have often questioned Loy being that stupid or that he couldn’t easily find one of his loving women to service him and keep it secret. Nothing like jumping in with both feet! When I left back in 99 I had some real wild emotional things happen and going on. Someone pointed out that over 20 years dedicated to a lost cause and then finding it to be a lost cause was much like the loss of a dearly loved one. Grieving goes through stages and anger and lashing out are healthy steps. But those first few breathes of freedom and all that follow make it all worth while....

There are all sorts of crimes and civil suits that have statutes of limitation on them but murder is not one of them. Hiding a corpse, not allowing closure for years or even decades for the victim's family is a hideous act. Human life really can't be replaced making it impossible to put a monetary value on it. Selfishly going about your life and just not killing again doesn't make up for the human life you took. Running to confess when the body is found shows no remorse. I worked with a man that was an assistant minister and youth minister. Dave high as a kite one night years before walked into a bar with a 12 gauge double barrel and blew the pimp's head off that had been putting his stripper wife out for tricks. With a bar full of witnesses Dave went to the pen for life. While appealing his conviction he became born again and believed with all his heart he deserved to be executed. After only 5 years his conviction was overturned and he was released. He would gladly tell you but for the grace and mercy of God he deserved to die and he lives his live in service because he is on borrowed time. I think there is no excuse or reason that outweighs the taking of a life. In my friend's case he went through the judicial system and had to give the glory to God for being alive. Even Dave still admitted he was a murdered……..

Memorial will be the 13th; Ireland was quite accommodating to Aunties survivors allowing cremation and then ashes shipped back. But; no will to be found anywhere so battle lines are being drawn and even the mother of her only nephew and nieces has shown favorites and excluded a loved step child. I hate this stuff; it ruined my father with the equal dividing of my grandparents' estate. Dad got all the work and all the siblings enjoyed the fruit of his labor. I do extensive structural repairs for HOAs that are paid for by settlements from litigation that the HOA has brought against builders for construction defects. Endless stories of meetings not attended but by a few and then the super whining by a few disgruntles that wont lift a finger or get involved until all the work has been done by non-paid board members. Last meeting I attended a wonderful little lady stood up declaring in a broken Polish accent that she survived the Nazi camps and the board members were all fascist Nazi Hitlers! This was because she couldn't have plants in the camps and now no plants on her deck! Her deck is being completely removed and replaced. All 5 board members are Jewish and all had relatives in the camps. :unsure:

Looks like it will be about 3 weeks; a co-workers grandfather died in Sicily on vacation about 2 years ago. He was with wife and many family members and they had will in hand. Law prevented them from cremating and returning the ashes, foreigners must be embalmed and shipped whole by their law. Not sure if Irish law is the same.

Thanks all; Next of kin (my children's mother) was notified Friday; soon after the State Dept was contacted to find out with time difference anything in Ireland was closed and it will be Tuesday before offices are open again. She left a will, locked up in a safe deposit box making her sister executor. They will have to hire a lawyer and get a court order to get the will; it was made online, printed and then locked up. Once all the legal stuff is in order and her remains can be cremated as she wished; then that can be returned. The best time frame my adult children can get is 2 to 3 weeks minimum. This is adding a great amount of frustration to all on top of the loss. I never was close and only saw this lady a half dozen times; but she was very good to my children and they were all close.

Kids favorite Auntie was killed in car crash in Ireland. Anyone have an idea as to how long it will take to return the remains? Their Mother is making arrangements; but is having a terrible time as can be imagined. No one seems to have answers as when plans might be made so they can take time off work and school. I have been unsuccessful finding useful information via my feable searches. Thanks
