  1. And speaking of poodles---- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2yxnEIUrio
  2. I'm not sure what to make of the rings thing. To me, at least, it seems to suggest a serial nature to his deeds. We've probably all seen these TV shows where the serial killer keeps an ear or a finger or lock of hair from each victim. I think it was probably along those same lines. Scary, though, that he had a whole bunch of them yet to be given away. You have to wonder if he eventually gave them away and to whom.
  3. Sounds a bit like a baiting tactic to me, but then what do I know?
  4. I can never seem to get enough Sonny and Brownie. (Or Memphis Minnie, for that matter.) Guess I'm Just A White Boy Lost In The Blues.
  5. Doesn't it just warm your heart to know that your ABS helped fund these things?
  6. We did the same thing in FLO, except the rocks were already residing, happily undisturbed, at the bottom of a creek. (Waist deep at some parts.) But,at least the leeches and water snakes found it entertaining.
  7. Lions and tigers and bars, oh my!
  8. Would that be Magic Carpet Ride-----------Steppenwolf?
  9. Rattlesnakes!! Ask if they have a burlap sack of them stashed in the back room. (It's important to get little trivia like that out of the way as early as possible.)
  10. It's my opinion that they had the guns and dogs because they knew that what they were involved in was wrong and weren't taking any chances on having the deal go south. If a big drug dealer packs heat, no one is the least bit surprised. Same thing, really. Lot's of big money at stake there. A friend of mine was telling people in his area (quite vocally) about some inconsistencies he had seen at HQ that he found alarming. He quickly had armed thugs appear at his door(hundreds of miles from HQ) and tell him, in no uncertain terms, he had better keep his mouth shut if he knew what was good for him. This was in the late 1970's.
  11. Yes-------- the ability to admit to yourself that your "hero" was a second rate flim-flam man who used the scriptures deceitfully in order to satisfy his own lustful perversions. Even in his grave, he continues to "use" you to further his perversion of the so called "Truth". Am I missing something?
  12. This is the same dangerous (in my opinion) stance that was taken in TWI. TWI refused to acknowledge that, although depression can be a temporary state brought on by circumstances, it is frequently the result of actual chemical imbalances in the brain. Removing "negatives" from the person's life( ie:finding root "issues") has no effect on this type of depression. In fact, you may be doing the person great harm by denying them the treatment they require. And the devil spirit approach? Might as well just drill holes in the person's head so the evil spirits will have an escape route.
  13. William Clarke----Your Love Is Real
  14. I saw an article some years ago (can't remember where now) that said the Pope had a special transmitter fitted in that rather large piece of head wear he sports, that enables him freely to commune with celestial aliens (or secretly infiltrate the thoughts of Non-Catholic riff-raff in a plot to take over The World.) via a special brain wave frequency generator. It wasn't a very large article, only made the second or third page. (First page was already taken by an amazing story of a pig with three heads that roams the streets of Upper Bullsheetskava after the Sun sets. I never heard anything else about it. (The transmitter, that is.)
  15. Well, WhiteDove, It's pretty clear to me now why it's impossible for you to understand. You simply weren't there. You were off in some dream world they told you to live in. Got to be like minded, ya know. Yup, speak a scripture and your troubles will magically melt away. Life must be quite simple in that dream world, where reality can be ignored and lechers ride white horses like knights in shining armor. Nope, no room for fear at this little dream world's inn; denial has already rented that room.
  16. One must wonder what this discussion would be like had the incident taken place under the auspices of, let's say, a bass fishing club. And, suppose the villainous person at the heart of it been some joker named Hector Szublefrickenhumptypup. Would "The Bible" still play a key role in the discussion? And what about Mr. Zsublefrickenhumptypup?
  17. Thanks, Caveman It makes me feel much better to know we were following the leadership of someone who was merely "harassed" by devils and not someone who was "possessed" by them, though it is a bit disconcerting to recall him specifically saying these things were devil possession. (Advanced Class)
  18. And the "correct" translation would be---------------------??? How about cancer. Is that devil spirit possession? How about alcoholism. Is that devil spirit possession? How about sexual predation. Is that devil spirit possession? Or are those just "mistranslations"? Seems like old VP was chock full of "mistranslations".
  19. It's my understanding that VPW obtained much of his conspiracy "knowledge" through his(documented) direct association with The Liberty Lobby, though he was quite willing to let us believe he got these insights by "revelation". Kinda makes one wonder how much of the ABS secretly funded this stuff. Here's one of Gary Allen's books. http://reactor-core.org/none-dare.html Wiki about Liberty Lobby: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_Lobby
  20. One has to wonder why someone who, by their own testimony, suggests they were never a subject of TWI's behavioral control methods, would have ever stayed at all. Puzzling, isn't it?
  21. People suffered immensely at the hands of one VP Wierwille. (I thought it would be apropos to "bind" that in blue.)
