Looks like Doojable plagiarzed Wikipedia.

Its very simple for me Doojable. If TWI gets blamed when bad things happen there, its only fair they get some credit when good things happen there.

I can't concur with a statement like that. It's something like saying "I went to a Yankee game but it was separate from Yankee Stadium."

If I were paying someone to hear my problems, they better be interested! :) But I think you're average Joe Doaks doesn't care all that much. There's an old saying "laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone." I think the average person doesn't want to hear mourning and whining especially over decades old events; they probably figure the page should be turned already. They have their own problems to deal with as well. For me, understanding the fact that God is always there and people are not, helps. Scriptures I learned in twi help, like "casting all your care upon Him for he careth for you". "You become what you look at", somebody said that once. :) "Turn your eyes upon Jesus"...

Nice post Jonny. I remember meeting Kris back in December of 1973 at a live CFS camp with Dr. Wierwille. If memory serves, I was walking along in the early morning and she stopped me to tell me that there was a flag raising happening. Very nice person. Those early days were something weren't they? Of a truth God and Christ were among us. It was a privilege being a part of it.

Honestly I thought they'd be dissolved by now, but apparently they're still around and always have the capability of a comeback in numbers. This is the United States of America, with freedom of religion as one of its beloved tenets... if folks wish to fellowship in The Way its no skin off my nose. I have no hard feelings, live and let live. It is not my chosen religion at this time, but I believe they're part of that one body of Christ. I wish them well.

We didn't go over the line or break any rules, unless new rules are being enforced. Show me what rule I broke will you? My post was against the GS Mission? Well whooped de-freakin do... 99.9% of my posts have been against the GS Mission for years. I'll stop whining now...
-
Oh come on Rascal, what repercussions? Look who's whining now. We're talking about an opinion forum here, and there are so few pro-Wierwille/twi opinions as it is, to get alarmed about. So, are the few diverging, opposing non-conforming-with-the-GS-Mission opinions that much feared and distruptive that they cannot be tolerated any longer?
-
This new "rule" did not exist for years, or at least it was not enforced.... but WhiteDove and I are recipients of its enforcement in the last few weeks; apparently one of our crimes is basically not being in alignment and harmony with the GS Mission. Some of our unsatisfactory statements (said respectfully BTW) are being censored out apparently being due to our contrary opinions notwithstanding. This is new in my GS posting experience. For years, contrary opinions were allowed. For years, I thought GS Cafe was a great place to freely express one's opinion, even mine contrary as it is, as long as it was done with respect. Due to my experience the last few weeks, I have seen that the free expression of ideas (posted respectfully) has been lost here.

DWBH, I can't speak for WhiteDove, but my answer to your attack on WhiteDove is as follows: when and where Dr. Wierwille rightly divided the word of truth, he taught the true Word; when and where he wrongly divided the word of truth, he taught error. (I think Jonny Lingo agrees wtih me on this as well.) Why you DWBH are so adamantly opposed to folks holding fast to those portions of rightly divided truth VP taught, is beyond me. Sounds like a personal vendetta you have against VP. But am open to hearing more. Gotta go now and enjoy the weekend. Have a good one.

Welcome back Jonny.

It's quite possible the illuminati wasn't discussed as much in the late 80's & 90's... but it was popular in twi in the 70's. Below is a short clip about it. (I didn't know about the little owl on the dollar bill. :o ). BTW, I think VP was teaching this stuff in the early 70's way before CG became his consultant.)

I currently ride a BMW R1200 GS (1200 CC) that gets me around 40-45 mpg depending on how fast I go. I used to have a BMW F650 CS (650 CC) that got 60 MPG.

Poughkeepsie New York -- $4.43 (super) Danbury Connecticut -- $4.58 (super) ( I use super in my motorcycle. I've been driving slower lately and getting better mileage.)

Lots of goodies and sound advice in there. Here's a clip from the health section "why so many are sick".

What about Schoenheit??

Maybe they just don't want to get into endless verbal arguments mean harassments and harangues by former friends who once loved them but now are corrupted with hate and venom against them? -
How did the ordination of clergy thing work in TWI?
oldiesman replied to fooledagainII's topic in About The Way
Some of you seem to be forgetting that it was early VP/twi research and teaching and fellowship that bonded all the good stuff together and greatly contributed to "the ministry of Doop", "the ministry of Heefner", "the ministry of McN". That's why these early fellowships flourished, because of the simple love and believing of the good seed which was PFAL and other teachings taught by Wierwille and others. It was the love and believing and practical application of the true doctrine that was the nourishment that sustained and made available the true revival, working in coordination with Jesus and the holy spirit. That's why I continue to believe that VP's ministry was of the true God and one of the common denominators of that early revival. -
Jeff, you asked the question: "Why would anyone who wants to speak for God, as this poster seems to want to, admit to spin? I don't get it!" If you're referring to me, I have not claimed a want or need to speak for God on the forums, or even want to take on that responsibility. I'm here to post opinions, nothing more, nothing less. Similarly, I view all posters' opinions in that light, they are opinions. Nothing more, nothing less. That's where I stand, so you know where I'm coming from.
