this is real simple but good pork chops 1/4 cup brown sugar pinch of white sugar pinch of cinnoman white wine add wine to dry ingredence to desolve paint the chops and broil or grill them for ham use pineapple or orange juice in place of the wine

a favorite for the kids..they can help deep fried ice cream take scoops of vannila ive cream and pack them like you would a snow ball put back in freezer for 20 min or so for the coating use crushed corn flakes {you can but them pre crushed add sugar and cinnoman to taste get the ice cream balls out of the freezer and coat them with the mixture and refreeze for 20 min get your deep frier to 350 and drop the balls in for 2 or 3 seconds yum yum

ah yes doo cooking is indeed an art but baking is a science! i can cook most any thing and if i screw it up.. i can usually fix it BUT.. if you are baking and screw up it's gone!! i can't bake my way out of an oven!!! i think a reciepe would be a great asset to gsc! who will do it? I could be useful i think as i was a cerified ex chef it would be fun we all love different recipies

again customer service is alive and well in rumford maine upon returnig home early from a halloween party last night my bride and i discoverd about 2 feel of water on our street a culvert was backed up we had an indoor pool in the cellar i called our furnace people and they were here in20 mins to remove the motor from the furnace with a smile!!! this was at 10 pm the the fire co came in another 10 mins to pump out the cellar they were here for almost 3 hours and so very frindly the bride and i had to vacate the house for about 2 hours because of the danger of carbon minoxide build up from the pumps we spent til about midnight in the garage drinking wine my how romantic!! the fire co and the furnace guy came back today to make sure every thing was ok yes customer service is alive and well in rumford maine
