Getting older isn't bad. I am 48. I started out the 40's by giving birth to my last child, out of 4. I lost my first at when I was 26. Having children later on in life is challenging and refreshing. Helps to keep you young, to see things new thru their eyes. Granted I am not running beside them. No! I think the hardest thing was gaining weight later in life and not being able to get it off like I would like. But time is my friend and I will plug away....I am needed and pulled in a lot of directions but am learning to find time to refresh and renew myself. Praise God, He is there for me cause I could not do this on my own. He is my strength. He hears my cries. He is a lamp unto my feet. I have so much more to give...and with that I get very thankful. To see what the Lord has in store,,,,,will be awesome.

Chatty Kathy In regards to: Paw and Ca_dreaming, Where did you get to stand on the bridge of the Enterprise at? How does it look facing the audience. Paw was there not me. But for me meeting Patrick Stewart that would be fun. Never have though.

You know I review the forum page.... I scan over this question...... I shout out loud,, HECK YES! There I finally said it. The next thing I do is ask myself WHY? They were a part of my life. the process, that got me where I am today and who I am now. I sit back, think, and say thank you. A toast to life. Oenophile---I've also heard that our past loves were all broken roads that lead us to the right one. I like that. I AGREE! :)

I am donating my body to science and wouldn't care if that's what they did with it. It's not like I'm using it. Belle, I would agree with you. They can take what they want. Although my husband shudders at the thought!

I just finished watching all of the Q episodes on Dvd. We have movie marathons here one day a week when most of us are home. I liked the Q from the Next Generations episodes best......Next will be those of the Borg. My father liked watching this when I was much younger,,,better than the Twilight Zone..some of those where weird.Probably because at that age I thought it was real..... Just like when my mother would shop for cereal....I really thought the stawberries came with because it was pictured on the box. Funny how we think and percieve things as a child! Hey Bluzman you really are a Trekkie! Never been to a convention though. That's a litlle over the edge for me. But the movie Galaxy Quest..is a stitch to watch. What a crew. Tim Allen .... Jason Nesmith Sigourney Weaver .... Gwen DeMarco Alan Rickman (he is a interesting actor) .... Alexander Dane Tony Shalhoub .... Fred Kwan Sam Rockwell .... Guy Fleegman Daryl Mitchell .... Tommy Webber Enrico Colantoni .... Mathesar Better go, I am rattling..
