Is someone implying that KAG was doing "crank" while she had these visions?...actually, if this were the case, a good rehab clinic would help her out immensely...however, I suspect that she was not on drugs but in reality "tapping into" her "clean and sober" mind...and the impications of THAT are very disturbing indeed...the only time that I ever heard KAG speak, she was relating how she used to be involved with S&M...but was "delivered" from it...hmmmm. Just wondering...Does repressed sexual deviancy manifest itself with psychotic visions?

I must say that it IS interesting to see the people who promoted "Momentus" having such difficulties themselves now... ...Maybe it's just a coincidence that the folks who were so heavily into this psyco babble crap are seeing visions of spiders coming out of people's noses?...these same folks are now bitterly divided and even suing each other? Yeah, right...sign me up...who do I get to throw out of the lifeboat?

Lousy weather here...icy roads, sleet, snow, wind...if everything in the state closes, I will STILL have to go to work! My store never closes...ever. driving to work this morning at 5:30 AM...I live on a dirt road that the snow plows do not even know exists...my driveway is 100 yards long of deep snow and ice...winding hills all the way into town (6 miles)...even my dogs don't like it. My electricity has gone off twice today... Oh well...at least I don't live in New York state.

So...Jonny stuck his head in here to make a one sentence post...thanking the "friendlies"...still no clarification on his parting post in the politics forum...hmmm. I think I will stick with Sudo's remark of calling him a "toad licking coward"... I think that in a lot of ways Jonny in the personification of those who left twi but still romanticizes about the so called "good old days"... ...coolchef says "jl is a great guy with a great family". That may be so, but I am still waiting for an explanation to his shallow and empty parting remarks... C'mon Jonny, cat got your tongue?...or is all this attention that your getting just another "Eph 3:20" experience for you?...

My question is...if Mark G were to win his lawsuit, would the money he received restore his "soiled reputation"...or is he simply looking to trade in his ministry for money? Maybe Graeser can hook up with Martindale and they could start another offshoot..."The prevailing spiders?"

From what I understand, CES/STFI has not taken the same route of twi regarding "financial extortion" through the guise of a "10% God"...that's to their credit. I think that dmiller has been very honest with us and himself concerning this whole matter and I wanted to mention that..."these days" you have my respect regarding this whole messy affair and how you have handled it....you're one of the good guys. :) Now...back to our regularly scheduled program of bashing CES/STFI...

Since I happen to be one of the first to critize Jonny's "farewell" post on the politics forum...let me add a few more thoughts... ...I have not read any criticism of the fact that Johnny came into some money...good for him. The criticism was directed towards his attitude that BECAUSE he came into the money, he was no longer going to be a part of GreaseSpot...I didn't write the post...he did...and in my opinion, it sounded very shallow. I responded to his post by asking him for clarification...there was no response...that's his choice. It's no secret that Jonny and I have had an adversarial relationship in the politics forum...we simply see things differently...and that's fine. We also have a history of calling each other on the carpet and being very blunt with each other...and that's ok too...the politics forum is like that at times...and that's understood. My criticism of Jonny's "farewell" post is consistant with our "relationship" and it was not a cheap shot...to be honest, I was shocked at his post...I was telling him what his words were implying and how some people might take them...again, he made no response to clarify himself. If it makes some folks here uncomfortable to read the criticism of Jonny Lingo...too bad. If you are offended by my opinion...again, too bad. I did not intend to offend anyone with my opinion but if you are offended, too bad...I call em like I see em. Nobody has a right to NOT be offended...I find many posts here offensive (ie...Jonny's farewell post) and I accept that as being a part of having the freedom we have to express ourselves...which, IMHO, is far better than being a member of a forum where political correctness and not saying anything to upset anyone is the prevalent rule. I understand that there is a website where current twiers hang out and say "bless you" all day long...negative criticism is not allowed there...maybe some of you would care to check it out. and finally...I happen to like pork and beans.

Thanks Chatty...I think Jonny knew that a lot of his "fan club" didn't have access to the politics forum and he didn't think they would see this post... To Jonny, Eph. 3:20 means money from the petro chemical industry...I guess George Bush must be especially favored by God afterall...and isn't that where Saadam Hussein got most of his wealth also? (that is, before they hung him) As the oil companies are declaring record profits and most of us are going broke trying to fill our gas tanks...Jonny Lingo has been blessed by God!...Now I understand how all that corps training gave him an "indepth spiritual understanding" !!!

Chatty...What's not to understand?...Lingo announced that he hit the big bucks and was leaving GreaseSpot all in the same breath (politics forum)...Sudo is simply calling bullsh* t on him. It would appear that all of Jonny's "heart felt" friendships here at GreaseSpot were as empty as his wallet...but NOW that he has money...he ain't got time for any of us anymore... Personally, his "good times in twi" stories in the service of lord Vic, made me want to barf...but that's just me.

I'm glad I started this thread...I've had more than a few good laughs reading the various responses... ...I only wish I has a dollar for every hour I spent sitting through all the classes and seminars that twi ran...I would buy camp Gunnison and start my own cult. I've seen the movie "The Patriot" with Mel Gibson twice because I thought it was a really good movie...I sat through pfal about 20 times!...I finally got to the point where I was volunteering to do children's fellowship just to avoid having to sit through it again!...I kept finding excuses to miss sessions..."my car broke down", "I had to work overtime", "the dog ate my syllabus"...ANYTHING to get out of it! ...of course, this was before the days of severe public humiliation...the worst was when they made me the class coordinator! I actually had to be there for every session!...horrors!!! and of course what a "blessing" it was when little Johnny T*wnsend (a cross between VP Wierwille and Alfred E Newman) made a surprise visit during session 12...of couse it DID take the pressure off of me when the borderline schizophrenic failed to speak in tongues on cue...little Johnny took him into the next room ( I can still hear the guy sobbing)...and "ministered" to him...ah yes, what memories. ...and how could I ever forget listening to Martindale explain that the serpent seed was actually a "physical thing" inside the human brain! Oh begora!...to be young again!... and the funniest part of all of it was that in spite of all the classes, seminars, corps training, going out wow, etc etc etc...they STILL didn't trust anyone to make their own decisions about anything...everything had to be "cleared through" the waytree!...need to get a tooth filled?...better call your branch leader.

First of all, I'm not so sure that these guys (CES "leaders") are even sincere in what they do and say...but let's assume for a moment that they are... ...who in their right mind would follow these clowns? They seem to have more personal "issues" than most people I know...and they're supposed to be leading? Leading whom?...and to where? Personally, I think this whole CES "thing" would make a good sitcom on TV. Anybody who places their spiritual life in the hands of these guys is making a very sad choice. Wierwille set the pattern that all these guys follow...they tweak their doctrines so that they can claim to be "different" than twi...HOGWASH I say! These people decided not to attend a real Christian church because THEY wanted to be the "special ones" who stood on the stage and put on their show...they are self deluded egomaniacs with a false sense of humility... When you die and face the Lord are you gonna say "I knew John Lynn"? ...seek the Lord, forget the cults....IMNSHO.

During my time in twi, I did the colon cleanse 3 times... The first 2 times, I had good experiences and felt really great when it was over... but the 3rd time?...let me tell you: I had been following the program as I should have and was two days away from finishing it when temptation got the better of me...I was sooooooooooo hungry, I went to a Mexican restaraunt and devoured a large combination plate and washed it down with 3 beers!.... ...when I got home (about 30 minutes after the meal), I was pulling my pants down as I ran as fast as I could to the bathroom...it was like pulling the trigger on a 12 gauge shotgun! :o ( if you catch my drift)...after sitting there for about a half hour, I crawled to the couch where I laid there, white as a sheet, in the fetal position with chills, cramps and a general feeling that I was near death... my only advice...if you ever do the colon cleanse...FOLLOW THE RULES!!!

Jonny Lingo is leaving?...after nearly 3,500 posts?...and 4 years of hanging out?... Is the IRS seizing your computer? Maybe I was too hard on him in the politics forum? ...even as a junkie needs his fix, Jonny Lingo will be back...until then, be healthy and happy my friend.
