  1. President Rosie, what's the deal? Are your motives true and real? Are you leaving something out? Something we can't talk about? Where's the money that we gave? Does your Jesus really save? Or does he just invest it all? So you can play and have a ball? You lure folks in and then you strike The kiss of betrayal from a dyke
  2. Rosie is so full of gas that her face looks just like an foot when she stands in the pulpit she looks like a culprit who's about to conduct a black mass
  3. "Fierce Invalids Home From Hot Climates"...by Tom Robbins Robbins is the master of the absurd metaphor and colorful imagery...funniest book I've ever read in my life.
  4. Wierwille needed to have the adoration of people...the more people, the more he liked it. We were warm bodies that went oooh and ahhh when he spoke, we were props...we entered his world and went into orbit around it...it was all about him. As previously mentioned, there were many corps who were "in on it"...most of us walked around ignorantly, with a sh *t eating grin and a green name tag...the waytree provided for a pecking order and a chance to climb to a higher branch in the tree...it allowed us to flex our egos and feed into the groupthink stream of wayworld... ...and there's plenty of blame to pass around. We empowered him with our disgusting man-worship...but of course there's a difference between honest mistakes and dishonest mistakes. I tip my hat to the sincere, those who were honestly seeking God's will and to do the right thing...BUT, to those who sold out to the carnal debauchery and knew they were doing wrong...and knew they were leading others down the same road...a pox upon you all. There is a legitimate path in life that leads to Christian service...but it doesn't go through New Knoxville, Ohio... The bottom line is that cult leaders cannot be cult leaders unless there are cult followers.
  5. Twi has no business advising people on mental health problems or physical problems...hell, they're not even qualified to advise people on spiritual matters! In reality, the leaders of twi are loaded with mental problems of their own.
  6. Thanks one and all for the birthday wishes... I had a great day doing nothing but loafing around... :P
  7. Ralph is fine... If I could write LCM's obituary, it would say: _Former Oklahoma State bench warmer and defrocked minister, meanspirited and vindictful. Was handed a multi million dollar cult and ran it into the ground...spent his final years bitter and lonely.
  8. Im here to hit on women... . . . . . . . . . . . .just kiddin' :B)
  9. In the middle ages, holes were drilled into the skulls of people who were considered crazy... to allow the demons to escape...I would guess that Ms. Shroyer would probably suggest a different treatment to the problem but nevertheless believes in the same problem... Religious superstitions and intolerance have always resisted advancements in understanding...
  10. Remember it?...I lived it! When I married a fellow wow, I thought that it would be a piece of cake but instead, it was a poop sandwich We had clashing personalities, different goals, and NEVER should have been married. We both thought that having twi in common and the teaching on "any two belivers yada yada yada"...would be enough...it was not only NOT enough, it was the main cause of our downfall!...Twi ruined many marriages.
  11. As a Christian, I tend to agree with this statement...however...the GreaseSpot Cafe consists of Christians, agnostics, atheists and "others"...each of us may have our own purpose for posting the opinions that we have but the purpose of the GreaseSpot Cafe is to "tell the other side of the story"...there is no consensus and no "statements of faith" here...whether or not JL,JS,MG,KA,DG or anyone else "obeys or disobeys God" ...is only expressed here by individual opinions...This is not a Christian forum.
  12. Good question Hammer...perhaps the answer to that question lies at the center of this whole "cult thing"... Why do some people need a guru?...an organization that revolves around group think and provides a "support system" for their faith?...or is it really just a "support system" for the egos and wallets of those who perch at the top of cult mountain? Maybe it's time for some folks, who previously have been riding the coat tails of "God's special ministry/man/prophetess"...to venture into the land of faith without any man made mediators?...A personal relationship perhaps? Try it without any strings holding you up or any nets below you...you don't need anyone else to verify or confirm your faith. The bible is written to the individual...not an organization...it's meant to be taken and responded to on an individual basis. I'm not against Christians fellowshipping together...in fact, I think it's a good idea...but watch out for these control freaks who want to become conduits to the Almighty on your behalf...if you lay down with dogs, you will wake up with fleas.
  13. Bingo!...They will never apologize because it would be admitting to everyone that they were/are wrong...they already know that we are wise to them and their main concern is to continue the facade with those who stumble along blindly within the walls of twi's make believe world. We are portrayed as the "bad guys" and an apology would undermine that perception to the innies... It must be difficult to even attempt to pretend that they are God's special ministry when so many of their doctrines are ridiculously wrong and their ethical behavior is so coldhearted and deceitful.
  14. ...and with those final words, his body goes limp, the half empty drambuie glass falls from his hand and his eye shuts...but the glass eye continues to stare..........
  15. Well said Roy... ...Too often, people and organizations take the place of God...and people get hurt.
  16. Does anyone know the names of the victims?
  17. What makes this thread even more interesting is the fact that twi's secret internet police have been reading it also... ...Now suspicion will fester within their ranks...who are the traitors? Another purge?
  18. I think there's a copy of it buried at the fountain of living waters...
  19. Right you are Hammer...I think this whole dog and pony show (personal prophesy), is a left-over from waybrain. "All nine all the time" type of thinking...They had to have a gimmick, a magic show, something that not only seperated them from the boring, run of the mill Christians at church...but something that would dazzle the on lookers. There used to be these "fortune tellers" who sat on stage and would tell people remarkable things about their lives...as if they had some "spiritual insight". Actually, there are techniques to this "art form"...How difficult would it be to give someone a "personal prophesy" that contained relevant information?...How easy would it be to manipulate people with this "tool"? I hesitate to say that they deliberately make up their prophesies...but where do they get off putting such importance on this stuff that comes out of THEIR mouths? The old saying used to go..."The guy with the biggest stick makes the rules", but in this case it's..."Whoever has authority of the prophesies controls your life" Well, again we see the fruit of such foolishness...witch of Endor indeed!

  21. I have heard rumors from some of the diners here in the cafe, that Lingo is now here under a different name... ...that he frolicks through the various posts, prompted by self adoration, he seeks all those who adore him... he deliberately attempts to write in a different style...trying, I believe to sound somewhat "dumb" ( he shoulda just kept his old style )... ...this reminds me of the guy who faked his death...and then came back, after being raised from the dead at the morgue... ...What was his name again?... jonny, jonny, jonny...What are we gonna do with you?...I'm starting to think that you just made up the "oil money" thing too...didn't you?...I'll bet that you're probably getting food stamps...C'mon, you little rascal, fess up.
  22. My suggestion to Dot...is to move.
  23. That's up to them to decide...Maybe they should direct THEMSELVES to Jesus and ask him what he would have them do?... ...Considering the tangent that they have gone off on, it might be a good idea for them to "sit in the pews" for awhile and let someone else do the teaching and councilling for awhile? Christian leadership and charismatic personalities are not the same thing...
  24. ...We do. Welcome to the GreaseSpot!...there's free coffee for newcomers. :)
