  1. Jonny...I don't know about all that. I agree with Rumrunner...Paw runs this place on his own dime...and he OWNS it. This isn't a democracy! This is an anti twi website...period. So many folks want to come here and romanticize about how "great" it was...PATOOIE! Many of us, in spite of those who want to cling to their twi memories of good times and giggles, are trying to warn people about the dangers of a cult. I thought that when Richeson started his elite, waycorps, bless you, you're God's best, let's all bullsh *t each other, bogus, website...maybe some of the twi "lovers of the good things that this insideous cult did for my life" jagoffs...would congregate elsewhere. ...not trying to run anyone off...I'm just sayin'...
  2. oh yes!...it's troubling to many of us...and I've sat down with JAL and talked to him...it seems to me that twi gave this guy a platform...they gave him "legitimacy"...and now he wants to recapture it...put it in a bottle and admire it. I don't see where he is focusing on "ministering to people"...I see him trying to justify himself and recruit. I can see through this offshoot crap like a cheap suit. It IS pathetic, to say the least. Is he really concerned about our "spiritual well being"?...or is he desperately trying to find followers?...Which is it John?...are you afraid of getting a REAL job like the rest of us have?...
  3. Well...yeah, that does seem to be the bottom line to this whole thing..."A FAITHFUL SON OF HIS FATHER IN THE WORD". Seems as though Lynn apparently buys into the "snow on the gas pumps" story...that is when God supposedly spoke to Wierwille, "I'll teach you the word like it hasn't been known since the first century, blah blah blah"... and Lynn uses this as his springboard in promoting the "truth we were taught"...AND are responsible for!...Apparently Lynn believes that we will stand before the Lord and try to explain why we didn't follow the teachings of a lying, sexual predator who stole his work from other people...and Jesus is gonna be ....ed! What Lynn is promoting is the exact same HOOK that Vic used to "get us all" when we first sat through pfal...he seems to be trying to make twi seem much more important than they were...in my humble opinion, twi didn't amount to a fart in a windstorm...either in the history of Christianity or even in the history of western Ohio. Why appeal to a concept that was central in the psychological framework of "waybrain"?...Why try to lend credibility to the past teachings of a cult? Why try to resurrect thoughts, attitudes and allegiences to a cult that was led by a false prophet, who taught destructive doctrines (law of believing) that only led to the manipulation and subjugation of his followers? Seems to me that a Christian minister need only concern himself with "preaching the gospel"...and not attempting to use the same techniques that Wierwille used in his marketing schemes...unless of course, Lynn has his own marketing scheme in mind?
  4. I remember huckster Vic teaching us about the lock box during the advanced class... Little did I know at the time that this was his "safeguard doctrine" to hide his sexual escapades as well as other nefarious acts... ...turns out that all kinds of filthy deeds were covered up and hidden by a fairly sizeable number of people who took Vics cue and hid their own sins.
  5. Really?...and I thought you were in twi.
  6. Perhaps someone should start a thread about Rosie and her involvement in the sex scandals?...the court records show that she knew what was going on?...put her feet to the fire.
  7. The old drunken pervert is dead with his glass eye still stuck in his head they buried him low near the fountain of woe where the worms finally found him and fed ...did someone say food fight?
  8. I think that the operative word here is "unity"...unified in what?...Jonny, for crying out loud this was a CULT! The nazis were "unified" too...so you had some good times...so what? This cult is STILL operating and deceiving people...why romanticize about the "good old days" (which I contend never really existed)...instead of contributing to making people aware of what is STILL going on?...they lied to you in God's name and hurt a lot of your brothers and sisters.
  9. I once took a class taught by Vic he charged eighty bucks like a dick he filled up my head, then he left me for dead but I wasn't quite dead...just sick
  10. I once knew a man named Pawtucket no, not the same guy from Nantucket this guy was slick as he picked up a stick and proceeded to start a website to reveal the truth about an insideous cult... sorry, that one didn't quite end properly...
  11. I once knew a man from Barbados who ate too many potatoes twice baked or fried, he ate them and cried "Id rather eat them than tomatoes"
  12. Today his diciples still live they have learned how to take and not give as they honor their master, their lives a disaster their souls leak like a sieve
  13. A man from the cornfield did rise with lust and greed in his eyes he fed them with honey as he stole all their money and left them all broken with lies
  14. The bible itself disqualifies them as legitimate Christian leaders...anything they had to say were empty words, never meant to be nourishment for a Chrsitian believer. They disqualified themselves by their behavior. You cannot seperate "what they said" from "how they lived" without compromising legitimacy. I believe that many of their doctrines were "doctrines of devils"...designed to subjugate and enslave the follower of such doctrines. To say that some of what Vic taught may have been "accurate" is akin to saying that the devil accurately quoted scripture when he tempted Jesus...or from a more pragmatic and common sense approach...why would anyone believe a word this man said after considering his behavior? Wierwille poisoned the well with his perverted thoughts and behavior...his "teachings" have absolutely no credibility and should be discarded as trash.
  15. Hi Mark...I'm not sure when this was first mentioned...Wierwille himself admitted to the corps during corps week that he taught his daughters what men might expect from them (by "fondling" them)...when they were about 12 years old....DWBH, Excathedra and a few others know more about this than I do... Today, if a father admitted to an audience that he had done such things to his own daughters, he would be locked up in jail...
  16. Happy belated birthday... hope you had a fun day...
  17. Whos got a barf bucket? God called you to follow an abusive deceiver?..."Those wonderful times"...??? Lemme see...I spent 13 years of my life neglecting my career and future so that I could sing kumbiya around a cult campfire? I think my years doing lsd in the late 60's was more beneficial to my life than the time I spent in a make believe world that was fueled, in reality, by deceit, sexual abuse, and exploitation...but that's just me.
  18. Ain't that the truth... I hear a lot of romanticizing about the good old days and all the wonderful friendships that were made during their twi experiences... I say BULLSH ****T! My twi memories include all the nights that I would dread the arrival of all the desperate morons that would soon be invading my living room. People that I would never, in a million years, have associated with otherwise. I found myself hanging out with people I didn't like and doing things that I didn't like...and seeing how "things" in the "ministry" didn't really "pan out" as expected...I think it was a total waste of my time. You could probably find more "together" people at an AA meeting or a Metallica concert than you could at a twi fellowship. Sure, there were some cool people here and there...but most of them were sorry arsed losers.
  19. Sure, why not?...What else WOULD they say?...Since the inception of Waydale and Grease Spot, twi has been in damage control mode. Their dirty little secrets have been exposed. Why didn't we confront Wierwille back then?...We didn't KNOW back then... and I must say...I've been around these forums for years and my opinion of Wierwille continues to drop more and more. The guy abused his own daughters!...for me, that was a new low...Wierwille was worse than most folks here realize. The guy had NO REGARD for anyone or anything except his own monstrous lusts...and he thought God was speaking to him?...can anyone say "Charles Manson"?
  20. Wierwille always modeled himself after Moses (mogster)...not so much Paul. He saw himself like an old testament manogod...instead of a burning bush, it was snow on the gas pumps. It seems consistant that Vic would be making prophesies about his family and receiving "revelation" about them as well...and of course, his family was nothing more than an extension of his enormous ego. If he really gave a rat's arse about his family, why did he screw around on his wife, abuse his daughters and cut his kids out of the family inheritance by giving twi all the assets?...they even lost the family farm... ...prophesies about the Wierwille family?...
  21. ...What gets me is that if I believed as Whitedove apparently does...I wouldn't come near this place... I would start a twig or something... Whitedove...honestly, why do you post here?...You're not with your "tribe"...most of us here hate Wierwille and what he did...and we also believe that he was wrong on most of what he taught...now, don't get me wrong...I don't speak for anyone but my myself...BUT, I've been here for quite awhile and I think I know the the general consensus around here...I think you do too! So what is it?...You enjoy being contentious?...You crave the attention of being "different"?...You hope to convert some of us? ( )...What's your point in posting here?...are you a troll with an agenda? ...just honest questions...
  22. WD...this book is a testamony of a first hand experience...seeing you were not there, you have nothing to offer other than expressing doubt as to the author's honesty. This is not your word against her word...that's comparing apples to oranges. Many people have written books relating experiences they have had in their lives...(and sold the books for money)...do you doubt EVERYONE of these author's honesty?...unless there is sufficient documentation to appease you?...If not, then why doubt this author's honesty?...does her story seem implausible to you?...do you already have a preconceived notion regarding the subject matter? You claim that you are not a Wierwille apologist but by casting doubt on this book's honesty...you are indeed defending Wierwille. Her story is consistant with numerous other stories regarding this man's method of operation...you have to have blinders on in regards to the context of everthing else that has been presented over a period of years...unless of course, you have an agenda (which I believe you most certainly do) in defending Vic the abuser...
  23. "it's no skin off my nose"...is that another way of saying that you simply do not care about the victims currently being deceived by this cult? Your right oldies...This IS the United States of America...and not only does this country afford religious freedom but also freedom of speech...and that is why I can say that twi, IMHO, is not just another religious denomination to choose from...it's a destructive cult that has destroyed the lives of many people and I DO have hard feelings...
  24. If that is truly your opinion, then it is MY opinion that you have abandoned logic and honesty in favor of your bias... ...and your agenda, which is to defend the monster Wierwille at all costs. Considering this is a privately owned website (not a democracy)...you should consider yourself fortunate to still be allowed to post here at all...if I owned this site, you would be gone...along with oldies. Which brings up another point that begs the question...considering the mission of this website, WHY would you want to be coming here to defend Wierwille?...By definition, you are a troll...it's my understanding that there are numerous pockets of glassy eyed Wierwille followers still sipping the koolaid in their "fellowships"...why not find one of them where people agree with your convoluted logic and your cult mentality?...instead of deliberately attempting to provoke anger with your pro-cult opinions...
  25. I've always thought it strange that twi would be able to sustain any followers at all...considering their "leader" is about as charismatic as the spin cycle on a washing machine...Twi was built on the personality of vpw...and today, they exist on the money that HE hustled...Rosie couldn't generate enough revenue to pay for lunch... ...it's the investments! all they have to do is maintain the facade of a ministry in order to maintain their lush lifestyles...
