George, I IN NO WAY want a man to talk to me like a girlfriend!!!! I have girlfriends for that. I said that I want a man to LISTEN. Show an interest. Now if he can't do that, it won't matter how big his peck (or the other "peck" ) is. He could be Sean Connery - but if he can't or won't find the time to listen to me and have the guts to be honest (while being civil,) - well, he will have absolutely NO sex appeal! End of story. After all, the question was directed to each of us to answer.

See? I actually asked a question like that once. Hubby lied and said I looked fine. Later on I saw just how bad I looked and I was furious with him. He said that was a "no win" situation. I told him that I wasn't looking to win anything - I wanted to know if I should wear that dress or pick another. He just as easily could have said - "I've seen you in dresses that are more flattering." Honesty without the soul-stripping. And yes, Ex10 those things are sexy.......

OK, here's what I find sexy: A man who LISTENS! I mean really and truly listens. He doesn't have to talk (because I know that you men have a lower word quota than us women) but to have a man listen and really pay attention to what I say, wow! A man that knows and understands the difference between honesty and soul stripping. Some call this transparency. When there are no hidden agendas, there is true honesty and true intimacy. Very sexy! BTW - my 14 year old has observed that most of the guys that she has had a crush on ( based on looks mostly and then a sense of humor) have usually turned out to be jerks. I'm glad that she's learning how to see past the obvious.

Ok, I'm going to try a different approach here - please bear with me...

I'm weighing in here - but only breifly. I would like to think that he had the opportunity to accept Jesus Christ. I don't know if he did or niot - and quite frankly, my opinion doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is what is between Al Zarqawi and God. Regardless of the outcome, we are to pray for our enemies. I usually pray that God has free reign in their lives to do as He sees fit. IMHO that leaves my ego out of the whole matter. Isn't there a verse that says that no one knows what is in the heart of a man save that man himself....????? Seems like a waste of time and energy to speculate on this man's heart in his final moments. Again, I'd like to believe that he had BOTH the opportunity to accept and that he took advantage of this opportunity. I'll let God determine the justice of the matter either way. After all, His ways are not like our ways.... Then again..... he never did have the class.........(tongue placed firmly in cheek here!)
