I posed an honest question and not a smart-arsed, rhetorical, question. (That is ALWAYS what I mean when I say "honest question." I say that to eliminate any doubt, because I know how things here in cyber-space get misinterpreted. First of all, I felt that your answer was - an answer. I had no "like or dislike" about it. I asked "Who gets the glory if TWI is not exposed?" (A reverse of the question you posed to me, BTW.) You wrote: I have made no such conclusion. I am thankful for the opportunity to come here and banter with everyone. I've reconnected with some old friends and made some new friends. I can't speak for anyone else here - but in my book, that isn't "giving Glory." Perhaps, what I'd like to read from you is a post where you actually say something on your own instead of cut up someone else's post into bite-size pieces and then take little more than sound bites with very little substance to respond. Perhaps there's a balance here... IF someone at Wayland would see that they keep trying to do the same thing over and over again, all the while expecting different results....Perhaps then there might be room for change. Let me put that differently - not so much room for change as it would be an exchange. In other words, I still see a need to scrap some of the foundation, raze it to the ground, than go back to the beginning - start a new beginning. I truly wonder if there are those men and women there that can take an honest look at the past 50 years or so and see the wrong turns, without pointing fingers and blaming an individual. Maybe that is one of the values of looking at how each king in the OT made his mark - for good or evil.

Jesus said, "Why do you persecute ME?" How many times did we hear that teaching, from VPW himself. He taught that session with"Christ in YOU the hope of GLO-ree!" BUT - did he take it to heart? Did he realize that when he hurt, defamed, slandered, those his "keeds" that he was doing that to Jesus?

I'm going to venture a guess that johnj does more than just go after TWI. I see areas in the Bible where people are warned about false prophets, bad leaders, etc. This gets balanced with lots of "Good News." I know that johnj's life is not spent in hot persuit of TWI. Here's a question for you, Larry...an honest question: Who gets the glory if TWI is not exposed? Who gets the Glory if those who are still in and lurking don't get a peak at at least some of what is written in the various forums? According to some that have recently left, there are still lurkers that come to read and things like johnj's works have helped them. I'd say that from there, it takes those people to thank God for leading them to a place where they could find some reasons to leave. It also takes some of us here to make sure these folks see that God gets the glory. This can happen in many ways, as I'm sure you know.
