Why not try it? just shut it down for awhile, take a break , no one will suffer for it really and pawtucket may find life will be better for it . I do not see the problem. This place is a social club wherefriends meet up for the most part you can pick and chose leave the chat room or what ever I certain other avenues are availabel for folks to talk on the internet. If you want later in a while open in back up or not. Take a vacation. why not? what is the issue really? Jesus calls us to peace and love and forgivness. the world i can be an evil place . bad things happen even to good people. We do not fight flesh and blood it is a war indeed between God and Satan and as a soldier I chose which army I can play in and I chose LOVE everytime. if a person "sins" or hurts me I can forgive them as the Lord forgives me and as he commanded. the relationship between God and His people is NOT a group thing we are like his children a family yes a group of sorts but He Knows each one so very well He sent a great teacher in Jesus to instruct us on how to live in His will. Then as our Father he raises us up to grow into the type of Son and daughters He knows is best for us God knows how we will be happy and blessed He is our father and He has a job to do with His children.

We agree then that whom God choses to forgive is between God and the individual . jesus is speaking to Peter about forgivness when Peter wanted to know who he (meaning Peter not God) should forgive. how many times should he forgive and to whom (enemys even!) not only forgive but love. one can be disgusted about anothers action and never ever want to interact with another again, that is up to your choices in life and who is another to say? we all will sit at the judgement one day and Jesus will let us know our own punishments and rewards then. somtimes sadly even now many find they pay for a hard and bitter heart. often times to late to make the amends we wish we could have. The records i read of sinners in the bible knew they had some issues in life with one another or their behaviours and that is what and how the bible is recorded how God turned things around for them in spite of what they did . I never said anyone who points out evil behaviour hateful or bitter I said to store unforgivness can cause a hard heart and bitterness within a person. Please do not twist what I write. Every person makes judgements every single day . I decide to accept jesus as Lord or not. The preacher can speak of all the hell fire they want and if a person does not chose to think it is true it isnt for them. An Ambassador is not a police force. Represent The love of God yet save Justice for the LORD only. big difference. God wishes ALL to be saved to the uter most .. he loves HIS creation yet it is a personal choice to chose His will or to worship HIM , again no forcing or threating allowed in his will . people make very wrong choices and that is the very reason Christ is needed today and forever.... people deny God people sin they play with the devil . In my thoughts we have no choice but to chose life or death we can not fight Satan alone and must have his will if we deny the most LOVING God. that is why Jesus told them what they chose to do was from their father the devil. I have made plenty of choices that belonged to satan in life the bible says we ALL have and the very mercy of God brought me redemption through Jesus christ. To spew hate and vengence back at the world isnt the solution , i was forgivien and Jesus says we are to for give others and love. reconciliation as in joining in with behaviours you know to be wrong for YOUR walk with God is not a requirment of forgivness. Do I think god forgives? yes . As far as repentance that is between a person and Jesus isnt it? I can not prove to no one I have a changed heart any more than i can prove God forgave me for anything. Personaly I believe god and Jesus can get the job done, my instruction is to tell other of His wonderous LOVE and grace and mercy for all of mankind. As far civil authorities of course we all want to live in order and decent society and we have political systems in place to maintain our society that has been a given for many years throuout mankind.... the church and state is quite seperate , I believe true Justice comes only from Jesus Christ. When Jesus walked the earth as a man in the flesh many thought he should have taken on the political system of that day that didnt do gods will and they hoped he would begin a revolution and a war. he didnt then and he wont now . this is not our day to win any position , we have already won a new kingdom a new life , to help people we offer the only solution we have and hate and critical analysis how who sins more often just isnt it.

I do not define forgivness as a reconciliation , Jesus is a personal Lord he deals with individuals were they truly live, God and our Saviour know what a person thinks and believes regardless of what we may understand to be their part in the plan. I believe that is why Jesus tells to never seek vengence, be He will do it, but that takes trust in His mighty throne as King of Kings.. and more important releasing the control people think they have over one another. those who believe they aremini Christ's compete with the lord for his job . Jesus told his disciples to not glory over the devils but to glory in the fact we have life eternal etc. For me it is about the attitude he had on how He commands we interact and witness to the world at large and basicly hate and power trips do not fit in his speech or testimony .As he lay dying He prayed for those who murdered him and forgave the guilty one that hung next to him on the cross. it comes down to faith and grace and love . God loves His creation, He gives the role of Justice to christ not the rest of His children Iwould say for good reason. Taking matter in their own hands and demanding people to be good never really worked for God almighty much less those with attitudes that want to force change that are in the same boat with the rest of the sinners which would include ALL but the Risen christ. much conflict over who is who and how much they matter in the bible. no one person is the winner or loser such is the attitude of religous folks who want to rule others using the name of God and the very grace christ paid for. the bottom line unforgivness breeds angry bitter people who want to fix and repair a broken world that only Jesus and HIS LOVE can save.

When our Saviour Jesus Christ talked to Peter about how many times he should forgive he doesnt have a seminar or a post on just who and for what he should forgive for he says forgive . the commandment to love as HE loves us (HE DIED FOR US!) is rather strong language on what the condition should be. See Gods love is just that big !if hate is where your mind is at it is difficult to find Gods love while the seeking of vengenance in the heart. the hard heart can increase and bitterness is rampant and peace is gone . everyone has been at that place, and the Lord asks us to pray when it happens to each one of us. it does not hurt the other party that one is filled with angry feelings toward them and if they chose not to change , what or how do you think you can force another to do to be different ? that is why forgivness is a personal feeling that a disciple can work on for her/his self only, Jesus brings great comfort in times of trouble . we can not change how other behave, and trying to control people is just what got so many in trouble while in twi. Jesus bring a sword and asks us to have peace and faith.

The problem with not forgiving is that it is the reason people become bitter and have a hard heart, to carry the burden of not being able to trust and all the other personal problems a person gets from unforgiving makes for a very difficult and often painful relationship with the Lord Jesus christ. Jesus commands us to love one another and it isnt about reconciliation he never went back and made good buddies with his enemys, it is about moving on in your own life and relationship with God, knowing how much Jesus forgave YOU, we can forgive others. moving on isnt about fixing the other person problem and /or making the wrong right(so many times this is not even possible like if somone has died or the hurt is so deep it can not be repaired imediately) but we can get to the point in our own head that God loves us so much He sent His son for us. and Jesus sent the comfort of the holy spirit within. it is all about trusting God not so much one another we are to LOVE one another while trusting God . Jesus didnt trust men he knew what was in them, yet he still commands we Love and forgive as He does each of us. When folks are angry and bitter and full of vengenace it hurts them as people... that is why Jesus says to leave the vengence up to HIM and just love one another. reconciliation is NOT a requirement of forgivness.

The guys name is "tool" he has been the #1 subject for this crime since day one. He is dead. When the child was taken from the mall they sought him as he was a convicted molester , but the police dept fouled up the investigation so badly they were never able to prosecute him. the new police chief said today in the press release that if he was alive today they would arrest him for the crime . to me this makes it so much worse they knew full well who did it but yet he was free from conviction , John Walsh is to be praised for the work he has done in helping find criminals in most wanted.

Ophra is in the richest woman in the world group , Im not even in the ball park to compete as MOST others. and that is my point, she can not play like the common folk when she is far far removed from common in society in many respects including money. has nothing to do with lack of very very few is in her "bracket" as far as income. The application for our new administration has a application that addresses this issue. IT IS and always has been an issue for anyone who does not want or need any information on a personal level in the public eye to be used in any manner that may cause legal trouble or even embarrassment . One of the many question on the application asks have you now or at any time kept a diary of your thoughts or feelings that could in any manner embarrass this adminstration? Can you think how many individual and whole corporation have been brought down to nothing in the name of a few notes? it isnt just email that is subject to intense check it is all and everything one decides to write . be careful , the one bit of information or adivice i did keep in my life is never write anything down that may one day be used as information against you. what one associates with and who is vital information to those who make a living on exposing others to the public. on a personal level i have experienced this: After i was marked and avoided I kept a diary of my feelings about the ministry its leaders and my pending divorce. twenty years later my son found the note book and read it. think about what I said ? much? it was not a moment i needed in my life and my son had no business knowing my own personal thoughts in a very difficult complex time in my life. i regret he was exposed to it. at the time of the writing it did help i suppose but not worth the cost in the picture of the potential harm such writing can have . call me radical , i work in a school at times, I hear the teachers and para's talk and chat amoung one another, you would want to think they are professional and could keep their mouth shut about the students they can not they are just as much gossip and slanders as much as any other group if not worse. In middle school when my children where asked to write personal notes about feeling or family, if I felt it invaded our own safety or privacy i wrote a note to the teacher and told them they are not going to be given this information about my family and requested another question to complete the assignment. the teahcers often speak very ill of their student amoung their own selfs and the adminstration esp. if they consider your child noncompliant or more work than they want to muster on any given day. those records go into the student personal file which as we write is now going electronic for all the world to hack into and use against a person some day. think about it. if your world has rose glasses where everyone plays fair and nice and honestly then go it, but by chance you live in this place that will do or scrape any amount of anything to destroy another just for kicks like everyone eles then i warn you about the serious implication such confidence could have on your life or your childrens life some day.

Twi exalted sit above the very commandment of Jesus. because it was a "operation" a manifestation of what a PERSON can do. the more i look at the teaching and core of twi it was always about what people could do to appear very showy and capable of being like God. very little about what or how Jesus lived by example in his very human life. the bible talks about not looking for signs but to have trust in God SIT was s sign , oh I know all you "prayer warriors wont like to consider this as possible because it does feed the ego to think well i prayed so the mircle or whatever was all about my prayers and ability to talk god (in a strange and unknown words to me no less) into doing something. you feel powerful and able and you know JUST GODLY. well Jesus is the ONLY one who died. the only one who truly loved mankind and Gods children. for me to be thankful for the idea that this whole story could be true and we end up living eternaly never having to die is to love a Jesus did. a little speaking in toungues really doesnt compare. The reason I was attracted to twi was the fact they stated Jesus was NOT God, the baptist church I was raised in always taught Jesus christ is the son of god and twi theology flowed nicely with my ideals. Also while it may be true initialy Johnl went hook line and sinker on what vpw wrote as doctrine of bible research I believe when they got fired they were very angry middle age men with no hope of getting on with the only job they knew in life. so to bring in the others who had been thrown out and such they needed to stay on topic with doctrine or few would have fell in line with them so readily . now I know GS population will put the old hands on the hips and shout diffferent , yet consider in 1987 (I was there) people were in a much different mood about the shake up than the bold declaration of freedom from the cult mentality. some just wanted another group to carry on what they knew as truth and lifestyle . So John S and JOHNL filled a need and marketed it very carefullly and won those who felt it was the only way to worship God. very few walked or got kicked out of twi and said well now IM at peace and all is well with my mind and God many were confused angry and lost in those years either becuase of the ministry itself or the damage being involved had done to their personal and family life. Since then it has been well documented on GS about the ideas and different ministrys they chose to align with, some with serious damaging results. They did try different theorys on who and what and bible and God and all they do.. but in that process of rebellion lost some of the core believers and "partners " who bottom line fulldilled the need for money so they have to pull or lose the very ones who have supported their ministry from its beginning. The valley of Human need and what do we expect? this is a good thread and a good question , see that is/was the problem with twi.. we became super human mini christs MORE than conquers , as HE is and on and on it went. and we learned to turn off what the "valley" is what being fully human is. body soul and spirit gave us this lofty goal of never wanting or needing to be the lesser of just being a "soul" or God forbid natural man. We must put boundaries on our influences in life and socks has a good point in the fact you may have never been able to "help" this person. But did you have to HURT HIM in the name of God? I think some in twi really learned to hate in the name of Jesus and it was twisted . If a person aspires to be single in this culture and speaks clearly on why they are subject to being insulted and degraded as somhow not being as learned as those who enter into the institution of marriage. America loves any kind of co-dependcy even if your miserable and have to spend your life "working" on making a marriage ok to live with it is somhow better than those JADED singles out there. I will never forget. I was at a university in a class room when all the sirens in the city went off then as I watched out the window the city streets began to choke up with cars no one was moving. so he released the class and tv were in the hallways and we could not get through because people stood in gobs and watxched in horror as it all happened. i could barely drive, it was an hour drive for a ten minute route, my daughter was working in a federal building with children and they went underground to some place even they didnt know where to keep the fbi's and govt kids safe. i picked up my youngest she was waiting at the door of her high school and that was without a cell phone. we went home and sat in front of the tv and i said to her so afraid we are all gonna die today. i will never forget , ever.
