I heard at the time by some strict lovers that VPW was upset of the state of the minstry he knew the top leaders were amock ,this is from the later Chris Geer crowd, and he "gave up the ghost". out of pure discouragment and of his knowing because God told him the ministry was toast. . i do not know how or what VPW thought this is just a story after he died when people didnt get why he died so young etc. Even then a M.D. would be able to have a detailed time line on how the cancer had progressed and the probable outcome. i think vpw knew this and acted as any dying man would with a terminal illness. i do not want to think he "gave up the ghost" because of discouragemnt but rather the cancer had spread to his brain pretty close to an eye ball and he lost the battle.

Well i have plenty of truth in my life i cant proof in any way. a couple big ones off the cuff big fat cats who have over ate their entire life should not be put on a diet and you sleep at night with your eyes closed. my truth i live it i sling it around as a gospel really. want to see arm which is flesh and blood which i can prove in a court of law. they bleed when biten . then there is that web page or book written about the succes of a healthy diet and excersize for a happy pet. their truth is not my truth. i love my children and grand children very much i can show it but i cant prove it esp. when they were teens. in a case like that i hope in my own truth. facts can be proven or not truth is relative i see a difference.

Jesus says He brings us peace. How many times were peaceful while doing what twi wanted? not much. it was all stress and strain and gosh just to much . two different court systems. to very different set of rules are involved. civil court is used for compensation ,mostly money. zoning ordinance and etc.. are city town or county laws. at least evidence was given to the best of their ability. and they do say you cant fight city hall. I believe your absolutly right the fact twi has money is the very reason they settled out of court , civil lawsuits can last years and years with the sole purpose of draining any resources. so clearly we agree on why twi settled , why did the other party settle they had no money and could have carried it on for years? such is our system ask any prison inmate how many law suits they start? In the case of a messy warehouse that is zoning laws and they can and do make quick work, if the inspector feels and has testimony somone is breaking a law already written in the books and can prove it the JUDGE DECIDES. in the case against the the way and LCM a JUDGE never heard the case in fact no one has heard the case and the settled for money, or fight for years and keep losing money, it often happens that way. that is why many mega churches have insurance and dr's and comapnies incorporate etc.. if any money is to be had it can be taken. Insurance is demanded for your car and home because the bank will not risk losing the money they loaned you to pay for it. the mcdonalds coffe spill now allows us to read with every cup it is HOT and dangerous. sometimes civil suits are brought on for a "cause" and that may have been the case with the allens they wanted to tell the world the way can be sued and they did. They wanted everyone to "know the truth" I doubt that only because they settled for an undisclosed amount of money and agreed to not disclose any fact findings of the case, if it was that POLITCAL or testimonial of do good for the little way people, they would not have settled. you think they settled because they ran out of money? I think they settled because they got some money. the truth will never be known tho will it? civil court is risky for all parties , sometimes / often times actualy the losing party is to pay all attorny fee's . these cases take time and the attornys get paid with the settlement or order from the judge. if an attorny doesnt feel the percent he can make off the case is worth the case they will and do tell their client to settle. If the attorny doesnt like the amount of risk they are taking as far as winning or losing they will tell their client to settle. twi definetly has assets to pursue... so it makes me wonder how strong the case was.

to set the guessing right again. my "story" is not on GS and never will be. i thought i was the only one who went through what I and my family did in twi. I think it is like that at any place people get together. like ex said human nature. We all know those people at our jobs ,or in our family, we watch what we say, about something or other too, because she is friends or bedfellow with the bos or will tell a story to mom and da you do not want to discuss with them. people do stab each other in the back. it is common . I think I draw some comfort when i pray with "understanding" which means with words we all recognize such as Father my hear t is broken and in need of healing etc. those praying with me also understand the communication and can have love and compassion towards one another which helps comfort our souls and helps us love one another better. if somone just comes up to me and sit i would rather think they are a FREAK and to get away from me please. not the same type of outcome really.

As always the problem is how you define what "truth " is. If a poster without idenity on a public board claims an incident does that make it "truth" for you? some do some dont . it is wide open as far as these venues go, so consider it from both perspectives no one can get "attacked" if no names are used or the person is dead. Also no truth is assumed if no names or facts are presented. I look at this way because i was involved with twi I have a filter WE ALL DO , and each decides what mya be truth or not. but truly if it is slander one would have to be prosecuted, again with the nature of the internet and no names or facts it is a little chancy to say the least.
