I have my desk a glass desk set up in front of my picture window. they sit on it andwatch the bird feeders . I also have a squirrel feeder on my window with a suction cup it is a cone shape thing that you put corn in and they love to growl at the squirell and pretend they can get them through the glass while the squirells tap with their nails and smile and mutch. catuion if you decide to feed the squirrels to keep them out of the feeder it goes like this .... they bring their friends , instead of changing their habits. you can buy a perch for cats at wall mart or anywhere that sells cat stuff that hooks right on to the sill all cats can NOT resist the temtation to see and smell fresh air. well unless they are blind or something . they have these plastic aquariums that look real too that cats love to watch. with fish that run on batteries and do not need to be fed or cleaned! since the kids moved out my cats do indeed watch tv, i know it sounds strange and weird if you have a busy house to understand this but if im watching a moving with cars or people my cats will sit or lay down right in front of the tv and watch the whole show , YES they are watching the tv show, they are my company and od what i do . I think they like it.

"At first, people think it's frivolous, but when they see the results, they know that it's substantial," says Ballner. "We're not talking about deep muscle manipulation, we're talking about techniques that promote bonding." Make slow movements and apply gentle pressure so your cat feels the calming effect. 4. Speak in soothing voices When cats experience something stressful, such as a trip to the vet or groomer, Ballner suggests repeatedly speaking or singing to them in a slow, low-pitched voice because it reminds them of the comforts and consistency of home. As my cat gets older he seems to have some trouble losing a few extra pounds around his middle. I can relate. So one day my son and I was talking about why I like the cat so much and my son sounding rather jealous of the cat Asked" Is it because he cant talk ? " I thought for a minute and confirmed the thought (as the baby of my youth now a mouthy man knowing every answer to my life son of mine was getting on my very last nerve) said " why yes I believe it is. I was "born again" at a very young age. It has taken me a life time to try to learn who Jesus christ is to me and to my life. I do not weigh these days Im living as much as the PROMISE of eternal life in a kingdom with Jesus and God. that is the plan of what god did when he raised Jesus to be the christ of mankind He saved us not from this world but for the one to come. do I think christians can and do make a difference in this time? yes I also believe it to be true of all of God's creation because i believe they Jesus christ and god are in our life to stay in everyones life for our good

All I know is after I was marked and avoided I felt marked. still do. and i live in a freedom not granted to many in this world, this is a fact I praise god for in spite of the trouble i had while involved intwi. It doesnt do me any good toblame twi, oh i could but i rather prefer the mind set of relishing in a changed life for good. I see people trapped in mind prisons all the time not just church or bible groups. The reason i had made the mistakes i made intwi is because I was young and stupid and niave I thought the people involved loved an wanted the best for me I still believe that. I didnt know or trust my own self enough to make good choices. I still very much trusted people to be good people and wanting the best for me. I lost the ability to believe that last sentence and never got it back and in some ways it is a blessing because i rarely get fooled again and have witnessed many be tormented by the same type of denial i had back then , but i often wonder what my life would have been if i could even for a fraction trust folks again like i did back then. i cant anymore

sister dog had a tumor in her leg and she growled and barked at it and bit at it. tis true as dooj said but if the vet doesnt find anything it could be she is just antisocial . my mom tried to adopt a cat from a foster home and she ended up going back into a cage because she di not like to be around anyone and would hide and not eat or be healthy.

God changed the ruless big time for His love for Him and us. but of course some who want to spew about other and their sins may never need the grace mankind lives within. hmm if you do not need the grace God granted us BECAUSE of Jesus christ you wont need Jesus christ and all He accomplished for us, and that is the ONLY manner anyone will see eternal life NOW in this time of grace. but if you do not need the grace that is ok you do not need it or Jesus Christ , Maybe your the one who never really Knew him. God still gave it to us all. the rules changed He (jesus christ) made it possible for us to now KNOW him , before as he was walking the earth as a man they couldnt KNOW Him they can not believe He was raised from the dead , HEWAS NOT DEAD. yeah, I know but at the time I believed it was gonna make my life perfect because they had alot of answers , so what I sold was a "good" thing. and i still do not think IM going to hell because i believed in a bible class. But to this day I really can not endorse much in life .

I went to a Renewed Mind LIVE Class with Walter Cummings, this was a huge affair in a very large Hotel with thousands of people, ok so i go out in the lobby to look for Rev. Cummings and what do I see a teddy bear, a fluffy teddy bear , i went back in and sat down in this huge room full of people and began giggling, I was not frightened but it was real. Im glad you shared. geez im not the only one.

Jesus also said turn the cheek and if somone wrongs you take the wrong etc... You point out he "confronted" the religous leaders I believe because they were in oposition to God not so much what Jesus was doing which indeed is Gods will. If I know Im am doing Gods will for my life and a man or woman disagrees I have no need to offend him/her, let him beon hisown way it is all grace. and in turn If i happen to offend another with my choices why would he/she need to take offense with me? Now if it is a law or danger something clearly another should protect their own persons that is such common sense. Anger is not to stay Jesus saw many repent from sin and he didnt say well now i chose to be offended because your a sinner he said your forgiven of your sins. and they then went on their life and he is. He didnt write a book about how every detail of their behaviour messed up their life or His. He didnt become angry to hurt another to feed his own ego to force change when no change was to be done, He made them awatre of where they were disobedient to God, to show them how in their inability to lvoe another they didnt Love God. and guess what? they continued on with their plan and did end up completing their mission to Kill HIM. Even in his righteous anger Jesus was unable to change the will of man. and I believe that is what paul is saying he is saying i am not going to be in a position to offend anyone , life in itself is enough taking care of the LORDS business without distracting the "prize" with anger and strive and hate. But the fact another sins does not give me the right to be offensive towards them, I am not the KING nor the judge we have Jesus who plays in the vengence role of life who can see the heart or the will of God truly but the spirit?

The word "bitter" sounds like a lemon and sour and no good for nothing. I like to think I can live without bitterness but i cannot the bible says to THINK no evil well try it sometimes even one dy think no evil. but i see and hear evil all the time. but im suppose to think lovely thoughts? I do not think i can do it. I do not trust anymore and God is still on the throne, i often wonder what will ahppen next. Im thankful but laways on a edge of a diseaster. and im suppose to deal with offense like i did when i was five years old and unaware of just how bad and worse life can get? I cant do it.

When i left i felt closer to God, probably because i forgot what twi taught about the certain people loving me because they wouldnt speak to me. Are you sure your not confusing how people felt about you and you felt about people in twi, with how god feels about you and how you feel about God? TWI taught a show it was always a show a class a manifestation a teaching always a show something people could do.. god doesnt need a show.. talk to him pray with your understanding to a God who you want to know, and relaxe jesus christ knows your feelings of betrayal and will comfort you. you do not need a show .

I do not believe God is bigger than i can "fathom" or understand tho. and i do not blame Him for dead babies either, as I believe He is a loving God. Is there dead babies, yes, did God cause it to happen ? no i do not believe so. so im not angry at the idea of a God being mean or without love for me. I think knowing and believing in God is much 'harder" or difficult than leaving life up to a chance without hope.

He may have became to ill to find food depression, or poisin i suppose a bad mushroom can be toxic but wouldnt the autospy show if it was something other than a bad flu bug or berry? i guess i will have to read those links or the story to know, but i know this it take a VERY large will to starve to death. it seems like if he was a all able he would have ate soemthing if he wasnt ill, even if he was lost . eat a fly a bug a worm a rabiit something it was summer and wild life was about. my father used to serve us turtles eew but they ate them.

some of my twi friends had their older children in the birthing of their babies and they did show the movie and all. i was grossed out just by the pictures ok? not my cup of tea i had c-sections and didnt open my eyes for the one i did have natural..no not so cool for me soo we did that. my little one was only about 6 and she had her face right inches from that kitten poping out mommy didnt care she wanted her to hold her but i said um no. eww a little . i was done about the time she ate the placenta my daughter stayed in and watched for another i left and went outside to smoke a dam cigereete.

Did anyone ever consider he might have had that adventure with suicide in mind? I personaly have witnessed several yes several people perform suicide willingly by starving . No not an eating disorder, suicide by the only means to the end of the circumstance they are in, in nursing homes or the elderly or terminal will DECIDE not to eat and barely drink to be able to die. Not hunger strike which is a behaviour to incite with the person losing wieght but not dying, true suicide with a sound mind. At a certain point in the process the brain becomes ill and literly starved to thepoint it is difficult to make choices or to think but when food is available they will still refuse and then die. If he did have food available and chose not to eat that is suicide, he may have gotten to weak to hunt or fish, but contary to what people think the feeling of hunger does NOT go away until they die neither does thirst. We see the third world countries and the babies with the extended stomach etc. they are malnutritioned not starving they will stay alive with minimal food and suffer brain and organ damage but they are not really starving to the point of death until they do... have enough damage the heart or kidney gives out. anorexia is about the same . true starvation is the most horrid and I mean HORRID thing one has to ever witness and endure it is painful and tormenting and just an awful awful thing.. the last few hours they scream in pain unless given very serious pain drugs such as morphine to minamize the discomfort which slows them down and makes death enter more quickly. If he had food available why didnt he eat was he depressed did he go up there to die? it does happen more than people want to hear about.

i think my cat is abnormal tho.. he was born so my children at the time could witness birth. they were curious so my sister had a pregnate cat and we went over there to see it her cat sat on the couch and gave birth to my girl washed her up and my daughter picked her up. no i wouldnt reccomend this for all cats but her cat was so people friendly she didnt mind at all. i think she knew she was having babies for us to see. she then had the rest later that night on my sisters pillow, there mom is less thanthree pounds and a very strange cat, only goes outside to get laid really, just had a kitten at age 16 awhile ago. how cute huh? Just one tho. so i really do think my cats are special "family" type pets that are not into normal animal behaviour because their mom isnt normal and we took them home at 3 weeks.

if i do not scoop well my cat will also poo in the tube. the darker side of pets I suppose

I have a cat that meows constantly she is always in my face i mean in my face with screaming out meows. esp when i get home. I have another who honest to god roars like a lion would only when he fights and that is the only time really sometimes when i talk to him i get a deep meow but mostly a roar where it is long and deep and growling kind of frightening i have seen people at my house go up against a wall when they have heard him. my sister had a cat that never meowed he often tried but it was a silent meow and no noise would come out.. but he had a very loud nice prrrrr. I cant use catnip either because this husky cat who acts all manly pees on himself when he smells that stuff and it makes me mad as hell so no catnip for him .

I know for me I believe in an almighty God. but i do not have a butch of restrictions and rules on who or what God is . it is a very personal thing, but one I believe we can share with others with love. "believers have throughout history doubted God or if He can do as He promises, this is not something wrong or new to the idea of who we are and who has a say in our life. the psalms speak of utter hopelessnes for situations and they write as He doesnt hear or care or has left them alone. for me to not believe isnt possible why? because i did the one thing twi said not to do, I asked God and Jesus Christ to prove to me they are real, and they did . and continue to do so. it is good enough for me.

It sounds like your doing well with the kittens, maybe time will help they are still young. have you tried food rewards? works for my beast i think he would be willing to set himself on fire for a treat. I will tell you two storys of how this has gone, I am a cat person and have to pick because i have many. My mom took in a cat that had been in a cage brought to foster care as a kitten , the cat lived in the cage for about 6 months . the cat went under the bed as soon as she got into my moms home and never ever came out not even to eat. they had no other animals and my mom Im certain spent 20 hours a day talking and coaxing her it just never worked and she went back to the foster care and will probably live out her days in a cage. My daughter took in a cat she should have fixed but didnt and she let her out occasionly and the cat would come back etc... then one day the cat took off .. and it has been a year or so and my daughter can still go into the woods and call that cat and she will come to her,,,, say hi be petted but not go home with her, she likes the wild life to much now. she is fed and watered by a neighbor who has a near by barn . not the outcome i wanted but it is better than going to the shelter and being put down or going into another home and leaving again without her girly parts to help her make friends. my other friend spays and neuters wild cats or cats left to fend for their self by people she then releases them back into the wild.. she can take up to two or three years to just "pet" one of them she often has twenty or thirty she knews well in various locations, it is odd but if they are injured or sick they will go up to her and allow her to take them to the vet oftentimes. I think they know she will let them go back to their "home" she does take in cats and socialize them to try to find homes if she thinks it is possible she leaves them in her basement for at least 8-9 months graduly increasing the exposure to people and life with them again, she has been successful in many cases. I think she is an angel, so do the cats. I learned so much about cat behaviour and why they do what they do from her , but ultimeltly our friendship ended when i slipped my mouth one day and said to the effect of "it is only a cat". she has not spoke to me since. I should have known it was heartless on my part considering her life long work, she never had children and was never married. I doubt we can be reocnciled. and im ashamed . ferral cats or wild cats have a very predictable pattern, and can be taught and socialized in most cases, but they can also be inbred and taught to never trust a human , my friend has an easier time with the skunks that tend to hang out with the cats in the wild they love the food and will come right up to her for the canned food she offers once a day she says they are much easier to trap or handle than the cats that have been abandoned by a human lol .

I knew something was wrong withthe athletics of the spirit show, to this day , i have never seen it and i went to the rock the year it was released and they had tents playing on the tv's something in me deeep said no! my kids saw it the coordinator played it for them at childrens fellowship. i never saw it. it also was a gut reaction.. i do not think i missed much really. these days is choose not to analize my life to pieces id rather just live, then everything was under something as far as wrong or sinful or "off". i still find it funny smoking never was a sin? The FBI says the fire began INSIDE the house and it was most probably set, that is also a mass sucicide. that story has always bothered me on many levels and a few did get out of the fire and live today and they still believe he was who he said he was as a prophet and live by his words. never the less how it started they didnt leave, the reports i read about said they didnt want to leave and most where in one very large room and Knew it meant death again they stayed because they believed the teacher was telling them life was not worth living without him. whenever anyone says that word "like he is wacko" i think of them.
