You know, I could see the reasons why twi didn't want hundreds of questions before or during the pfal class. They did say that our questions would be answered. And, those early questions were answered in session 12.....at least, most of them. The early 70s weren't like THIS!!! Even in the 80s, the infesting legalism wasn't anywhere near like it is today in twi!! Innies ratting out other innies......waygb monitoring this website......"shutting down the openness" of jb's website.......amazing!!! The stayed mind is the CONTROLLED MIND.

Questions, questions, and more questions.........and twi is UNWILLING to engage in open dialogue. Anytime twi comes forward into an "open forum" situation.....they jeopardize their position. Therefore, twi sidesteps ALL questioning......if at all possible. Questions are the product of THINKING.....and twi discourages thought-provoking questions. Questions are signs of discontent.........and twi demands obedient followers. Questions help to uncover facts...........and twi desires to stay hidden. Questions engender changing...............and twi doesn't want to change! Questions bring reality into view.........and twi distorts reality. Yeah, ex10......its a surface-smiling scenario way to exist. Don't they READ their bibles anymore? The book of Acts gives accounts of setbacks, challenges, sickness, imprisonment, death, etc.......and this chronicles the acts of the apostles. What's the point in learning about "more than conquerors" if there is nothing to overcome???? If everyday is fine and life is "great"......then who needs to overpower obstacles?

Yes, Thelema......the distinction is made! When twi comes out "in the open" to explain itself, it differs greatly from its magazine definition. And, you must keep your "club membership"....current.

dmiller.....good point! Twi's bogus doctrine on "the law of believing" is the culprit. The premise of their foundation is skewed. If "the law of believing" works with a mathematical exactness and scientic precision.....and "confession of belief equals receipt of confession".....THEN, of course, one should and would harness every word he spoke. BUT.....twi's premise is fraudulent....and the trickle effect works its way into the minds and personalities of all involved. Stop drinking the kool-aid. Have a Coors instead!! :D--> :D-->

There has been lots of discussion on the New TWI Website thread. Seemingly, this website is for "bless sharings" and little else.....in other words, half sharing. As long as you give "bless sharings" in twi.....your membership is secure. The thought-police are in the fellowships, in the larger meetings, in the hallways and on the internet to MONITOR innie thoughts! That is twi's first line of defense!! An innie CANNOT have full sharing fellowship within twi.....THEY WILL NOT ALLOW IT. Positive sharings are allowed and negative outpourings are silenced. Class attendence is heralded in a newsletter.....and yet, concerns of accidents, hospital visits, spousal abuse, deaths, etc. are shunned and quickly silenced. Half sharing is a plastic way to live. :D--> Always smiling faces, tell lies.......they don't tell the truth. (that song, ya know) Who really wants to go to a website or fellowship.....where it's like, "hi, how are you?" "Great! How about you? Great!" (both smile at each other and part) And, this is repeated over and over and over again. Not me!!! No thanks....I'll take the good with the bad. Helping others is a strong witness to God's goodness, mercy and grace. Why would one's faith be lessened by involvement? Full of faith and full sharing is a life fully lived! skyrider

I suppose ya'll are right. After clawing her way to the top.....she's not likely to give up her place and be a bystander. Besides, it's not like she really DOES anything except oversee board meetings and teach a few times a year. Gooooollly, she could do that well into her 80s........just like the pope.

Jim....so true. This incident in 1980/81 was more telling of wierwille than anything else. I had far more respect for David that night........and alot less for wierwille.

David did NOTHING to warrant such ripping, scathing, verbal abuse that night. NOTHING! Wierwille just didn't want to hear it. As best I remember, the book The Tracker was written by Tom Brown....and later, he took enterprising steps towards seminars for those who wanted to learn foundational and advanced techniques in tracking. This tracker book was suggested reading for corps. Maybe wierwille had visions of running his own "advanced tracking seminar".... until David endorsed Tom Brown's. :D-->

Jim.......I was there too. Wierwille went ballistic......because many of the corps seated up front with vpw were LEAD staff and had specifically gone to this tracker school to learn some things. All was fine until Dxvid Dxwxxd said that this tracker guy's class was better than LEAD. Yes, wierwille had a ....y fit, yelling and pointing and stomping back and forth, and glaring at David......said he was possessed!!! Another stunning memory that one doesn't tell wierwille that SOMEONE ELSE'S CLASS is better than veepee corps stuff!!! David wasn't possessed........sheeeesh. This 8th corps guy loved the outdoors, he built his own cabin, he was well equipped in all types of outdoor situations.....and is now a successful businessman. If anyone was possessed in that meeting.....wierwille got my vote. :D-->

Sunesis, Yeah, looks like ole donna found her a cozy niche....that's for sure! Whatever she does that is "so special"....I've never seen it! But looks like the abundant sharing is keeping her in pearls and bubble baths there at the corps chalet. Alot of hard earned money going to a woman that "whisper's sweet little nothings" for the queen to hear....or whatever she does. No accountability at that place!!! If the field innies only knew........*sigh* What a ripoff. Sad. :(-->

Belle......now there you go...giving them some ideas. If donna becomes, say, vprez and stuff, then she can assign rosie as HER "special assistant." Just keep the special status going. Plus, donna would warrant staying in the corps chalet for another 6-10 years!

And, she is SO SMART..... --> More than likely, the next class will have 4-6 teachers....handling the 12 session class. Are they going to COPY CFF's format?? Isn't ANYTHING at twi original anymore??

Belle....actually, I am speculating that by October of 2006.....the 66 year old rivenbark will be ready to step aside and watch from the sidelines. With emeritus status, she will still be favored to chair in those boardroom meetings and carry no spiritual responsibility. Oh, her burden will be so light......and then, she and donna can travel and shop, shop, shop!!! ;)-->

"Recovery" hardly seems the right word from where I sit.....but I suppose, some innies might think so. After all, lcm DID publicly admit to an extra-marital affair.....and lcm DID get stripped of his twi-prez job.....and lcm DID hit the road for Toledo.....and lcm DID lose a couple of lawsuits against him and twi. In jockeying for position, Rosie did get to the head of the pack. Of course, it could easily be argued that -- did she really help "recover" (twi) in a race that was fixed? Perhaps, Rosie's presidency can be touted as an act of "recovery." But she'd better hurry up......because some of us speculate that she only has about 20 months more in office. The 64th Anniversary of twi, in October of 2006, isn't far away. And, she's got a few more things to do before conceding her throne. Most importantly......a NEW FOUNDATIONAL CLASS must be put in place. Since twi is a class-based organization, it seems that each likes to initiate a foundational class "to mark their territory." It's one way of establishing the borders around their legacy. Plus, a new class will be one more defining way of stating that she distanced twi from martindale. Go for it Rosie. You've little time to waste. Besides, few innies will ever find out that you knew as early as 1995 that martindale was having sex with other corps women. Rosie....you KNEW....and yet, you kept silent. You KNEW and stated as such in a 1995 deposition. You KNEW that lives and families and reputations were being destroyed. And surely, whatever you KNEW......donna KNEW as well. At the very least, if twi gets another foundational class in the works.....it will be a distraction from the pitiful numbers of new recruits and inresidence corps.
