MS-13 is a nasty bunch of killers ... a civilian watch group with legal authority to carry would have some training. Are you defending the MS-13 killers over the innocent civilians "mixed up mosh"? It sure sounds like it. But it is revealing that your first line of argument is profanity and personal insult. Then you play the race card ... yes I know, we can't touch you because you married a latino, so us whities better STFU, right? While MS-13 kills innocents, you will righteously protect their civil rights. Then you diagnose Eagle ... you must also be a psychologist. I thinks you are way too full of yourself and way too wrong. Gawd help us. Reread your message mosh pit, and apply those insults to yourself ... the inner you is trying to tell you something ... 1. nucking futs 2. supporting MS13 murder of innocents 3. sick individual, need psychological help ... close to endangering others Are you already an MS-13 member?

Glad most seem to be fairing fairly well. I finally got out today ... the ground was warm and the top ice layer acted like a roof, so the crust under that melted. The ice was finally soft enough that the tractor tires bit in. I scraped the scoop of the old tractor along to get some gravel up so I don't slide off the bridge into the creek, and I can get enough momentum to get up the hill. :) My winter at Gunnison wasn't bad ... it was mild that year and I got to work with horses, which largely meant prying frozen poop off the ground and throwing it in the trailer behind the little jeep (I think it was) The solitude and the mountain view was kinda nice actually ... But I prefer being out of the cult ... it was really all a bunch of horse sheet ... Oh, and I had a dream last night ... TJ and excie were riding in a sleigh ... there was horse hockey all over ... and spiders crawling out of the of the horse sheet ... and excie threw tj out of the sleigh and he was skitchin through the sheet .. and she said .. you drug us through your sheet .. now it's your turn ... and some kid was skating alongside, doing little slapshots at tj with the horse hockey pucks, and they kept slappin' him in the head ... what does that mean? I would prefer interpreters that are at least 60% correct ... if you are a prophet / interpreteur in training, please put your interp's in italics, and note how much drambuie you have imbibed ...

Wow ... we got a little ice first, still OK down our half mile lane ... then an inch and a half of compacted sleet ... still rough enough to get traction and OK for walking, but you don't even break through the crust. Then another quarter inch ice ... Now that is bad ... we ain't goin' nowhere ... But we have power ... I need the generator and a better supply of wood after this, since this is the second big icing we've had this winter. Are you guys in this icy mess getting out ? ... Have you lost power (and recovered, if you are posting here I guess) ? I'm north of St Louis a ways ...

yeah, the road home Tom, since you frequently answer with not quite an answer, and with George's smirk, I figured you knew. Sorry if you didn't. But since you guys are so good, I figured you and George both knew it once you had the two clues. I was going to do "the road warrior" but switched to "the road home", which I thought I'd heard of. I should have checked the ticket numbers more carefully.

how does thoreau dome sound like thunderdome? if you knew it was tho reau dome, you maybe knew it was not thunder ...? did you solve it or not? I'd say yes, you solved it, but you answered in typical Strange fashion ... and now no one else wants to do your work for you ... you solved it ... you do the next puzzle ... that is how it is supposed to work ... instead of you solving it, but not quite answering, so someone else can post ... that is my personal word of prophecy for you

This seems like a good piece on Jefferson's attitude about Islam and sharia type rule. it also attempted to buy off the Muslim pirates by the payment of tribute. That this might not be so easy was discovered by Jefferson and John Adams when they went to call on Tripoli’s envoy to London, Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman. They asked him by what right he extorted money and took slaves in this way. As Jefferson later reported to Secretary of State John Jay, and to the Congress: The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise. Medieval as it is, this has a modern ring to it. Abdrahaman did not fail to add that a commission paid directly to Tripoli—and another paid to himself—would secure some temporary lenience. I believe on the evidence that it was at this moment that Jefferson decided to make war on the Muslim states of North Africa as soon as the opportunity presented itself. And, even if I am wrong, we can be sure that the dispatch of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps to the Barbary shore was the first and most important act of his presidency. It took several years of bombardment before the practice of kidnap and piracy and slavery was put down, but put down it was, Quranic justification or not. There is a lot more if you are interested, I won't bother to try to expound .. but it is a good read ... Jefferson went to war against those sharia guys, instead of paying tribute to their god ... my vague interpretation

helps whom? since you make money, you have obviously been degraded ... but yes, it is hdt :) oh, ok, maybe the strange one already got it ... maybe the movie is a little like Trax but the clues still give it now ...

he was a writer, philosopher sorta dome is right thinking The ways by which you may get money almost without exception lead downward. To have done anything by which you earned money merely is to have been truly idle or worse. If the laborer gets no more than the wages which his employer pays him, he is cheated, he cheats himself. If you would get money as a writer or lecturer, you must be popular, which is to go down perpendicularly. Those services which the community will most readily pay for it is most disagreeable to render. You are paid for being something less than a man. The State does not commonly reward a genius any more wisely. Even the poet-laureate would rather not have to celebrate the accidents of royalty. He must be bribed with a pipe of wine; and perhaps another poet is called away from his muse to gauge that very pipe. As for my own business, even that kind of surveying which I could do with most satisfaction my employers do not want. They would prefer that I should do my work coarsely and not too well, ay, not well enough. When I observe that there are different ways of surveying, my employer commonly asks which will give him the most land, not which is most correct. I once invented a rule for measuring cord-wood, and tried to introduce it in Boston; but the measurer there told me that the sellers did not wish to have their wood measured correctly,—that he was already too accurate for them, and therefore they commonly got their wood measured in Charlestown before crossing the bridge. Ha ... sorry, that is a hint ... but I thought it was interesting ... from "Life without Principle" It maybe sorta ties to twi making money from their endeavors ... or maybe "it was just the beer, I think" ... from that piffle 77 video ... I think ...

"Duck and I" great flick ... sequel to "My Pet Goat" I think ...

Heh ... well, I confide in the goats a little more than the cows, as I find they are somewhat more discreet. I wouldn't want my pm's posted either, of course that is why we use pm's or email. Here it seems going through the mod's is a good alternative if there is a problem.
-
I'd think you can repost a PM, but if they ask you not to, it is not courteous. However if you feel there was intimidation or an attack, it may be useful to warn others, or at least make them aware. I'm not sure where slander comes in. If you have a pm, then repost it, and it contains "bad stuff" about the other person, do you have to be able to prove that it was an actual pm? Here I guess it is traceable ... I used to think emails were like a legal document, like a fax. I'm not quite sure on that now either. It may be only certain, authenticated emails are legal. It would be nice to know eactly ... good question. I should add, after living near a small town, I now assume anything I tell Betsy the cow will soon be known by everyone that cares to know such dairy chatter.
