Certainly if by wiping out all the posts here, all the bad feelings would also be wiped out .. then it would be good. I took that as sorta the initial bumpy (the troll) hypothetical thinking. from wikipedia ... As a speech act the term troll is sometimes used as an ad hominem argument, attacking the poster rather than the content or issues of the post. But here many posts are about areas of disagreement ... and many questions are to stimulate debate. It seems a pretty fine line as to when that becomes trolling. Despite the desparate state of health care, that you were able to slip away at the ripe old age of 88 seems a testimony to the benefits of learning to eat healthy, if not the miracle of modern medicine and its $4 pills. Certainly borscht and nut milk allowed you to live so long and well. And while the third world is slowly acquiring internet access, it is awesome to know the after world has been wired ... is that broad band I hope? The good thing about a terminal hematoba is you avoid the many other indecencies that occur to 90 year olds. While a less merciful doc may have allowed you to suffer terribly through your 90's, you left this world of sound mind. Sure heroic efforts may have allowed you to survive and suffer with this ailment, while other ailments became more pronounced and exasperating. But to bow out gracefully earlier, you can enjoy your 90's from the other side with none of those pesky organs that are no longer able to carry a tune. So I bid you adieu .. I hope there is no prohibition in heaven ... if your connection from beyond stays active, there may be some other questions forth coming.

I didn't know what spoofing caller ID was ... so went to wikipedia. ... caller ID spoofing can make a call appear to have come from any phone number the caller wishes. Because people are prone to assume a call is coming from the number (and hence, the associated person, or persons), this can call the service's value into question. Used to be you could block your ID, but people could block receiving calls from blocked IDs. Now it appears you can pretend to be another number (any number it seems), and there is consideration for making it illegal to spoof your ID. Don't ever give any private info to anyone that calls you.

It is sometimes considered more "sporting" to bow hunt. It is more difficult but I would imagine it ends wounding more deer. They normally wait some time before tracking the deer, so they don't spook it into running a couple miles instead of a couple hundred yards. Of course there are other types of slow death we accept in the US. Rodents are considered more vile, so poison for them is more acceptable, and it serves a human health purpose. Catch and release for fish is nice ... I'm sure they enjoy those hooks in their guts. I guess it is a little nicer than breeding dogs just for fighting. But domestic livestock gets coddled ... fed a good diet, predators chased away ... like those happy California cows on TV. Chickens are more confined, but still kept happy so they produce ... perhaps they like the crowded bar type atmosphere. Does this indicate the US culture is better?

I'd say "black white other" has usefulness and is certainly scientific, as long as terms are properly defined.
