  1. I'm thinking old habits die hard ... people that maybe seemed to mean well in twi, but over looked a ton of bad sheet, are still willing to overlook bad sheet in their quest for ego mania nirvana moving the Word ... So many want everyone to give them money cuz they are some spurchal heavy ... I think they are heavy, as in a burden to be carried by well meaning folks ... as far as I can see, ABS giving was for special needs in the bible ... not to provide a nice salary and power structure ... people that abused the money before ... and their position of power ... are NOT to be trusted ... they may have piled some rose petals on their sheet ... but you don't have to dig very deep to know what you are stepping in ... People that teach freely and don't want your money or desire to control you are maybe worth listening to ... but I question even their motives ... call me a skeptic :) (actually I'm not 100% sure about the colors, but I think blue was the delusional pill ... which makes sense politically ;) )
  2. oh squirrelly one ... I appreciate your math/chem tendancies ... the answer is simple ... take the red pill those that are still in the matrix will not change, they will pontificate ...
  3. thx Rocky .. yeah, it seems plenty were willing to sweep a lot under the effing rug ... I guess it is too late to save it .. seperate stats for roids users and non roids users? when a roids guy gets a double, they make him go back to first? are corked bats still bad? glad Pujols wasn't listed ... he sorta fit the profile I guess, but was seen as good ... but Ankiel was such a great story ... now it is such a bad story .... if things go bad .. CHEAT ... that one rally makes me sick ... oh well ... pro sports went bad long ago ... give me replays of the gas house gang ... they weren't "pure" but they were better than the roids gang

    Gay Christmas Gifts

Add a word .. change a word ... I didn't say anything like your counterfeit quote, oh twisted one ... Don't you have a wife to help you decorate your own dam tree ?

    Gay Christmas Gifts

I may agree with Oakspear here ... these aren't things you are projecting as gifts you'd like, are they oh bumpy one? I'm cuddly with females, but I joust with the males ... I had plenty of chances at gay guys in the New Orleans volleyball scene, but it was the women in their short shorts, diving and digging, that did it for me. Hope you are not disappointed ... But if you are talking farm, well that is a whole 'nuther animal ...
  6. Well here is a little release ... I'm tired of all these effing hot shot roids guys making millions ... and bonds not giving a sheet about the fans ... I suppose all the names in the video could be replaced with some athletes .. but this may provide some comic relief ....do not click if the eff word offends you ... it it used twice in the video I think, but I could be wrong ...
  7. I see rick ankiel .. the comeback kid ... what a great story ... just take steroids and you too can make a comeback . well, if this is not verified, how can they list these guys? Can't they just make a list of exactly what is legal, and do major testing? Too much money involved for this to stay pure I guess ... support your local little league team ...
  8. Did the baby get the problem corrected? Yeah, it is a shame that common sense but difficult solutions were ignored/replaced with "just believe". One good person came to me with an eating disorder ... I shared what I could, offered support, and said "you really need to get professional help, this is over my head" .. years later she called and said she had, and shared some details, maybe intending to help me back :) I imagine I had some wrong attitudes about many things that stepped on people the wrong way, but I still think you have to look at even those that were in the corps as individuals, not all the same as you seem to indicate here I really think I saw my role more as protecting people from the wolves, not throwing them to the wolves. But there was the notion that the enemy would want to get the leaders ... though I don't remember living with that in any real terms, more just intoned as some sort of vague spiritual attack. (I guess there were those prophets hidden in a cave, back somewhere in the OT) It is a good idea not to trust "leadership" (whatever that means to you today?), but I don't think everyone in the corps fit so neatly into the same package even then.
  9. It was on 9th corps interim year that we were told .. something ... but we were to get food, shotgun, warm clothes ... ready to live in the woods for a bit I think ... I really don't know if the term Mal pack applied to that ... I think we weren't supposed to tell the WOWs, but I let it out that there was a story, true or not ... we even bought some junk silver, and sold it at a little profit a few months later ... I forget what they said ... some possible threat, be prepared ... I'm thinking it may have just been economic collapse, not really sure about the commie invasion part .. I don't think so ... ask Br1tt Lyinn ...
  10. Maybe she just was sparing you from the BS ... but sure, I was ready to offer up "my" little WOWs as human sacrifices ... LOL ... no really, we bought warm clothes for all, and some millet, it was kinda exciting ... and I think I paid for the clothes ... not all of us snobs were so quick to offer up the expendable ... unless I ran out of food or booze ...
  11. Nice item birdie ... I still think you have to get ice for your drink ... and if it is winter and you are in the cold, use snow, or scrape the ice ... in the summer where do you get the ice? And for us midwest folks, there isn't much sun in winter ... Solar cells are warm and fuzzy to think about, but really expensive and difficult to keep working. But that item would be nice for running the ipod ... and I guess you could recharge that blender on a sunny day. I'm thinking there would be other priorities though ... getting food, keeping commies at bay ... witnessing and undershepherding at least 8 hours per day ...
  12. Well if I have limited electricity, I'm gonna use it for music I think. Those blenders are power hungry, and I can mix drinks without a blender ... just sayin' But most important, how do I get my internet fix ... will they have Wi-Fi in the woods? And don't tell me I'll have to play card games with a real deck of cards ... :o I was in New Orleans with power out for a couple of days, and most of the city had vacated ... it was kinda cool since the storm missed us, though we had nice big waves and 55 mph winds. Still before it turned, I had a very real feeling that I might need my gun with services down and people vacating. Not for hunting but for protection. But during Katrina, which I missed, cops were taking guns away from citizens ... not sure what happened with that legal challenge. Now in rural Illinois, I still need a generator and supply of gas ... but we didn't lose power the last few ice storms, though many did. But I have wood and food, and I guess if things got real tough, hunting these cows would not be that hard. And there are 3000 bushels of milo in the bin. And 50 gallons of wine in the basement ... well, now don't all show up at my house in an emergency ... I don't take American Express ...
  13. Hap I was trying not to be too focused, but to intoduce the topic broadly. I was only aware that he had posted to a site for people getting out of fundamentalist type groups, so maybe he would have gotten better help here. :) I was just thinking that his site didn't help him, but maybe it actually hurt him, if there was a lot of Christian hate generated there ... I have no idea at this point. Depending on what he had written, perhaps the FBI was called too late. ... It is hard to relate to such extreme aberrant behavior, but still it seemed there might be something to glean from the situation ... and we are here to discuss anyway ... The home schooling aspect is something some on the right figured the lefty teacher unions would push as a contributing factor. Some would wonder if being in a large city public school is better or worse for becoming socialized and non-violent..
  14. If the fundamentalist group was the cause, there would be many more murders. His rejection may have been a trigger, but he was apparently only involved short time. The guy in the Norway killer thread ... not sure about him. Perhaps the parenting will be looked at ... did they push him too hard to conform? Or did he have the wrong chromosmes? Or was he not breast fed?
  15. Hey Hap ... I don't think I was alluding to that group being a cult, though reading those mesages FaintWhispers quoted now makes me wonder a little. But the main interest was simply that he was on a site with some similarities to GreaseSpot. It certainly seemed a topic that would be of interest on many levels. You said "SOME sites for people leaving SOME groups actually add to the rage for SOME people. Happens here as well." If rage is being ADDED here at any point, then that could be looked at ... why is there rage being added here at GreaseSpot? I don't know about YWAM, as I said at first, it seemed much different than TWI. It is larger and tied in with other churches apparently. Still I don't care for the controlling structure of even "normal" churches, so some of the inner working of the more fundamentalist groups may reveal more dogmatic and intolerant behavior than I would have thought from reading their brochure. Of course TWI brochures would present an innocuous image as well. They now say the killer killed himself, though the security guard shot at him, maybe hit him.
  16. Good one Doojable ... leave it to an art major to know that guy ...
  17. They didn't name the site, and certainly getting out of TWI is different than leaving this Colorado group, still this killer apparently posted a warning on a site for people getting out of evangelical groups. KUSA-TV in Denver reported late Monday that Murray posted several rants on a Web site for people who have left evangelical religious groups. The most recent post was on Sunday morning. According to the station, which did not identify the site, Murray wrote, "I'm coming for EVERYONE soon and I WILL be armed to the @#%$ teeth and I WILL shoot to kill. ...God, I can't wait till I can kill you people. Feel no remorse, no sense of shame, I don't care if I live or die in the shoot-out. All I want to do is kill and injure as many of you ... as I can especially Christians who are to blame for most of the problems in the world." According to KUSA, if the time on the posting is accurate, it was posted after the 12:30 a.m. shooting Sunday morning in Arvada and before the 1:10 p.m. Sunday afternoon shooting in Colorado Springs. Well, it was posted between the separate shootings. Hopefully no one here feels any such feelings for revenge, but it is of interest that he was on that site, yet apparently did not deal with his rage. I suppose more facts will emerge as to what he became involved in after he was kicked out of the group. I think there was something he was involved in that got him kicked out ...
  18. I think you weren't supposed to push on the button that said show all partners ... But as to the kool-aid stand, they were just lowly employees with twi, they have real strong incentive to push their product and retain their customers now that they get to keep all the money.
  19. ditto ... I guess that is abbreviated enough to be considered "fair usage", though I would not be surprised if they take it down when TWI complains. I guess the dancers had to confine themselves to moves the not so light on his feet Craig could do, like the goofy football drill. What an egomaniac ...
  20. so did they steal the ideas from that movie? TRavolta nominated for worst actor ... I bet Craig didn't do that ... :o
  21. I haven't seen any of that Groucho ... people have their own little pages where they can put up pictures or leave messages. I suppose I could go to a guru place, but I could do that on the internet too, I just don't go there. I found out about several people, and many details about them ... some I lived with or knew very well. Only one person said they had a fellowship, but I don't think they are guru's or run classes. Other than that it is just personal family stuff ... pictures of kids or houses or parents. If you went there looking for those other guys, I guess you found them. You could have just gone to their ministry goon site if your intent was to be disgusted. I haven't even noticed such promotion or regrouping, except for talk of doing some reunion in a couple years in Vegas. Now the AOS parody might be worth seeing, but I don't remember the ioriginal, maybe I blocked it out.
