Mike: BIG clue--I see the mind of Christ in the New testament, right where it has Always been. And as you, I and many others were taught, 90% of the bible interprets right where it is written without vp or anyone else's commentaries. After a life-time of reading and studying the scripture, in the Lutheran church, in the way and on my own for the last 18 years of my life.... I will take my chances on my own with the Lord's help, the Lord's spirit and the brain God Almighty gave me. WhiteDove--I would say with bigHeadloy, it was much more about his EGO and not dough...vp was the savvy one about money, not some dumb jock oakie. My memories of bhl going ballistic as I related a few pages back were in context of poor bhl having somebody challenge his status as head spurt-chall honcho at the way...I doubt if he knew jack-.... about BG's ministry or classes...
