Without naming names -- I can say I knew 3 or 4 in the *Above average* category. Most were average, and some resembled the brick. ;) I did have one that qualified as an *Einstein*. And it wasn't intelligence, but rather the love he gave. That spoke more than intelligence ever did, but he was intelligent because of that. :) (edited for spelling ---- grrrr!)

If I recollect correct -- lcm was in *charge* at the time. but --- that was also the time frame when he, Don, and Howard were issuing *apologies* for their *possession*, as noted by CG. I'm guessing they didn't want the apple cart to be upset. (Just my imo).

HERE'S WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. Personally --I think they should have added a last section, saying how all those that don't agree will be tossed out on their @$$. But that's just my imo.

Bumpy -- maybe I missed the point of the video, eh?? I realize you're in Africa, and facing a whole different set of issues, than we here (in the U.S.) are. For what it's worth -- yes -- it would be WONDERFUL to *spin* back in time. Right all the wrongs, that sort of thing.

For those who haven't read or seen it --- THE ADULTERY PAPER by John Schoenheit can be read here, at GSC. In an extra comment to those found on the opening page, I can add that *leadership* (back then), made the claim that --- "If you read this paper, you will get possessed." Lovely, eh?? Last I heard from twi about this particular subject was --- Ya gotta open up your mind to them (devil spirits) before they (devil spirits) can *come in*. Well -- whoop-tee-dooo. Here's an excerpt that leads to *possession* --- Yup -- you just got pozzezzed by reading that there. No wonder the *fine folks* at Hdqtrs got out of the sack, to denounce this paper. (edited to add *devil spirits* in the sentence after "Lovely, eh??"

I don't imagine he had to practice hard at all, to sound sincere in that line.

There ya go! He'd need some power for his machine though. Would he plug it into a current bush?? ;)

I never got *abused* like that, but it came close. Living about 850 miles from headquarters, I never interacted with the *higher-ups*. I remember hearing the $h!t coming down about all the sexual impropriety. I was in contact with some friends in Indiana who had reams of paper trail about it. They sent me what they had, and it wasn't a pretty picture. I've still got all the documents here. Short of the long of it is -- I stopped going to twig. I've always been a loner, and they never did figure out how to *control* me. So when I started "not showing up" for fellowship, there wasn't much they could say. The only thing they could do was say -- "Don't listen to dmiller", to those still in. (Somehow -- they had figured out that I had heard the truth). The last person to try to castigate me was Chr!s Gr@nlich. He was the area leader here, and gestapo Nazi if I ever saw one. He did lcm proud, with his intimidating ways and face melting tactics. Fortunately, I'm a big guy. At 6'5", I can step in REAL CLOSE to a person, and invade their *personal space*, like nobodies business. Needless to say -- the accusations fell kinda flat when I was in THEIR face, staring down at them, while they tried to accuse me. If anyone yells at me -- they better have a damn good reason. I don't tolerate BuIIsh!t. Especially from twi.

To me --- this e-mail (in response to Ted's letter), says it all. NOT trying to politicize anything here. It's common sense, that if the gunman KNOWS that there is a possibility of retaliation ---- he'd choose a different location for his madness. Granted -- these BOZOS have a death wish (since they usually end up committing suicide), but an armed populace would deter them from killing more than they would like to. Gun free zones ONLY apply to law abiding citizens -- which these perpetrators obviously ARE NOT.
