Oh ----- and Jonny. Congrats on the catch and release. :) (I'd of been tempted to keep it, myself). But then again --- the last time I fished, was 37 years ago.
-
I LOVE paragraphs!! (Easier for *old eyes* to read). And Jonny -- I've told you twice how to post pics. Others here have done the same, and you've done it a time or two. I DON'T understand, why you still can't (if you truely can't). :)

I got it copied on my Mac. Here it is --- :)

Outfield --- Hey there! :) I don't know about you -- but pfal was a focal point in my life. I happened to embrace it (and the ministry that taught it) wholeheartedly. So did most (if not all) of the rest of us here. Now -- having said that -- I'll say this -- and it's NO accusation towards you -- OK?? :) This site is for those who need to recover from twi, and the effects of having been there. This site is comprised of folks who've been out of twi for a while, and some who have just recently left twi, and those that are still in. Nother words -- we're pretty much Alpha to Omega, twi experience-wise. Folks who have been out for (many years), may still have an *unscratched itch*, and are looking for some sort of clarification, thus the redundancy (seemingly) of topics here, when it comes to twi, and pfal. Those that have just left (or were M & A'd), want to know what the H*** is going on. Those that are still in (who have doubts), search this site for info. There's MANY topics discussed here, that have NOTHING to do with pfal. But -- here in the *About the Way* Forum, it's a topic that keeps coming up -- because it's impacted so many of us, in so many differrent ways, over all these years. And not only the class -- but the folks who ran it, the directives they were under to produce results, the stuff they did to attain those results, the mandates from headquarters, etc., etc., etc. So -- there's plenty of other forums on this (the GSC site) that deal with everything BUT pfal. Have you visited those, or seen the diversity here?? There's some mighty fine folks here. Seek, and ye shall find. God bless. David

Yup -- HERE'S THE COMMERCIAL.

There's a Blues Festival here in Duluth this weekend. Actually --- it started today. BAYFRONT BLUES. A whole passel of folks coming to town to perform. All the bars in town have blues acts booked for this week. Click the link above -- for a *look-see* at who all will be here. Headliner at the Fest Saturday night is Johnny Winter. Headliner at the Fest Sunday night is Booker T and the MG's. Given the Blues crowd here at GSC -- I thought you all might be interested. ;) (efs -- edited for spelling)

Uhhhhh -- would that be *stretched* coffee would it????

Perhaps (just perhaps---) Out There can start a topic about Mountaintop Gravy!!

I just posted this on an ex-JW board I'm a member of. There's a discussion going on there dealing with *limitations* and *boundaries*. This was appropriate there, and I guess it is here too. Lyrics to --- "Fifty Miles of Elbow Room" (Quote) Artist/Band: Iris Dement Lyrics for Song: Fifty Miles of Elbow Room Lyrics for Album: Infamous Angel Twelve-hundred miles, it's length and breadth, That four-square city stands. It's gem-set walls of Jasper shine, They're not made by human hands. One-hundred miles it's gates are wide: Abundant entrance there. With fifty miles of elbow room, On either side to spare. When the gates swing wide on the other side, Just beyond the sunset sea. There'll be room to spare as we enter there. There'll be room for you and room for me. For the gates are wide on the other side, Where the fairest flowers bloom. On the right hand and on the left hand, Fifty miles of elbow room. Sometimes I'm cramped and I'm crowded here, And I long for elbow room. How I long to reach for altitude, Where the fairest flowers bloom. It won't be long before I pass, Into that city fair. With fifty miles of elbow room, On either side to spare. Oh, when the gates swing wide on the other side, Just beyond the sunset sea. There'll be room to spare as we enter there. There'll be room for you and room for me. Oh, for the gates are wide on the other side, Where the fairest flowers bloom. On the right hand and on the left hand, Fifty miles of elbow room. (end quote). I wish I had the music/video for this, but I don't. The words will have to suffice. :)

Yup --- I recognized him right off the bat. Nice avatar!! Been seen with him a time or two myself. ;)
-
I agree --as I think of Lonnell J. and Claudete R. (in particular).
-
Does that help at all, Act 2??? :)
-
I actually had to put on a light jacket this evening when I got off work. Stiff winds coming in off of Lake Superior, and it's in the mid 60's temp-wise.

Good Lord -- I get charged (on occassion) $3.50 for 4 ounces of coffee -- and that TICKS me off! Hmmmm. Does this *Archangel cologne* have a name attached to the scent?? Gabriel? Michael?? Lucifer?? Makes ya wonder -- eh?? There is a new Pizza place here in town (and NO -- this is not about pineapple and pizza). The joint is called Pizza Luce -- and one of their billboards advertising the business read -- *A PLACE FOR THE TRAGICALLY HIP FOLKS TO HANG OUT*. They (BY ALL ACCOUNTS), have the slowest service, charge the highest prices, and are a sorry-excuse-for-a-business, yet they THRIVE --- because of their advertising. Go Figure.
-
 Eh??? (I don't see that on my Mac.) But then again -- you don't have Pineapple on your pizza, either!! (Mwuahhhhh!) ;)
-
Your welcome Waysider!! :) (hey -- it's REALLY EASY). Just put the http thingy in front of your url, and that makes your url a live link here at the GSC. ;)
-
Raf, Oak and Word Wolf -- for their undying tenacity for truth. Dot and Kit -- for their undying love, kindness, and prayers. :)
-
I tried to find that --- no success. Do you have a link??
-
(or) --- the estate of Elvis too!!
-
Krys --- Hehehe!!! I was (mainly) responding to Mstar. :) (Had to clean BOTH the screen AND the keyboard when I saw the above!)
-
Hey there Krys. :) Happy Birthday! Here's hoping it was a good one! My work week starts tomorrow. I'll see if Loren wants to say Hi too. ;)
-
Thanks for the link, Socks. Hey there Walking. I don't have any experience with that either. (And) -- I had never heard of this system before. Thanks for mentioning it. :) It looks interesting. I wonder if it would help a *normal guitar* sound better? Hmmmmmmm. (Too many innovations, SO little time!!)
-
Hey there Clay --- thanks for the heads up! ALWAYS better to err on the side of caution, eh?? I'd heard of this *do not call* number a while back, and made sure to register. For those wishing to do so online -- go to Do Not Call. :)
-
Hey there Roy. :) Among other things -- I voted for Family (as the top choice). This here is the twig I wish I coulda had, back in twi. Fine folks here --- every last one of them. :)
