20 years ago, I would have voted for number 4. Knowing what I do now, it was a SOLID vote for number 5.

As usual -- I am wrong again! :(--> I have to bow to the MASTER on this subject, and let it go at that. I have never heard of it frozen, and still remember the "first time", but if it can be frozen -- so be it!:)--> :)--> What would YOU rather "master" -- pfal, or moonshine preservation?? :D--> --> :D--> -

And yes -- it is always better warm. You can add it to anything then, but is best "straight up". Freezing it. --> Now THAT is ALCOHOL ABUSE! :D--> :D--> :D--> -

FREEZE IT?????????? No no no no no no and NO! --> Jars -- always jars with a screw on cap, so it is sealed. Keep it in the dark and it will mature. (hmmmm -- I'm in the dark about a lot of things, and I haven't matured!) :D--> I have a friend who kept his in jars in his garage under a pile of "junk" so his wife wouldn't find it, and when he "introduced" me to it, it was over 30 years old -- black as coffee, and smoother than water. :)--> :)--> :)--> -
Was there once for a weekend in '79. Don't remember exactly what we were fed, but I do remember it was pretty "bland". :(-->

Invisible Dan -- I think you nailed it. Hopefully JP will not be as "brash" and "forth-coming" about his intentions online as pjroberge has been, concerning his lawsuit. JP is going up against a well oiled machine, and discretion is paramount, and NOT "nutless" as Schuks says.

One more myth, then I'll get out of the way for others to have their say! :)--> "If the windows to your house are dirty, it is spiritually unclean inside". This was prevelant here in the Northland back in the early 80's. Never heard this from Hdqtrs, but DID hear this from WC in the area at the time, so naturally I assumed it eminated from NK.

JT -- sounds like a good Hypnotism technique to me! --> Yes -- creepy. :(-->

Another one is ------------- Any musician who was truely accomplished was "seed suspect" -- ie. -- there was no way they could play that "lick"/"scale"/"phrase", etc. without being "possessed". I remember docvic playing a piece of music (somebody on guitar) for us one time, and there was a complicated musical lick/phrase in the tune, and once it was done -- he smugly stated that no human could play that well, thus we just heard a devil spirit doing a guitar solo. --> I don't remember the tune/artist/etc., BUT I do remember thinking at the time -- "anyone who practices could pull off that lick, me included".

--> --> --> Never heard that one before!!!

Well -- THAT didn't take very long!! :D--> It was the home run, and his team won as a result. Sorry Tom, I know I said "this month", but I was quoting PBS -- which turns out they were wrong, and YOU were right.

Tom and Psalm -- Nope, and Nope. ;)-->

Back in 1993 (this month), Charlie Brown accomplished something he had never done before. Anyone know what it was? :)-->

Hiya Kit! :)--> Shellon beat you to it. -
I had heard they did the entire bible, not just the New Testament. 3 volumes makes more sense, if it was just the NT.

What does it mean to be a "grease spot by midnight?"
dmiller replied to ex10's topic in About The Way
From the Fantastic Four eh?? I remember them vaguely (I didn't read too many comic books as a kid), but that "clobberin' time" phrase rings a bell. It fits that this greasespot phrase came from a comic book. --> -
Galen -- those are some big "pontoons" Daniel has !! :)--> CW -- was thinking about that soup. Sounds like the meals they served while on LEAD!
