Winning is emerging from adversity (perhaps "battle-scarred", but still emerging) on your feet. If you endure trials, and are still walking afterwards, you've won. The battles and adversity will continue, so "winning" is an on-going entity, and not a one time deal.

True, but that does not mean we cannot hold twi-2 accountable for how they use the "gift given in love". From what you are saying, the Sower in Mat. 13 may as well toss his "seed" anywhere, and expect a good crop because his intentions were right.

Oldies -- thanks for the info! Just got out the box of Way Mags from the basement. I have 42 of them, and all in good condition. Plus I found a second set of pfal books, and the syllabus' for foundational, intermediate, and advanced class I forgot was here. And also found "Life Lines" (quotes from chairman docvic), and "The Living Word Speaks". I may be able to retire early! :)--> :)--> :)--> -
