Song -- Paw is Mike. And igotout offered condolences.

Ha! Flat better pack a winter coat! It's gettin' cold up here in Minnesota -- and tonight the snow is starting to fly. He might need snow-shoes, or cross-country skiis, to get outta here! :D-->

In the produce section of your local grocery, between the Red Delicious, and the MacIntosh apples. :)-->
-
Steve! ---- Thanks. I'll need to know where to send a card to.

When Paw offered the t-shirts for sale, he made it known that the sale $$ would benefit this site, and though he did not request the money, it sounded (to me) like it would be "a help" that would -- *grease* the greasespot cafe, and help it run more smoothly. I have one of those t-shirts, but if help is needed to keep the chat room up-and-running, I'll be right behind HAP, sending in a check, with no expectations of anything other than good conversation, with folks I can relate to. :)-->

Wyteduv -- the "draft question" was never raised by either Bush, or Republicans. It was however, introduced by the Democrats, before the election, to discredit Bush. Regardless of the "back door draft" mentioned here, the intial idea that you are questioning, can be found HERE. The light shines, for those who have sight to see it. :)--> and a PS here -- the two democrats that introduced the bill, voted against it. --> Where was their committment, if they were so right?? -->

As they say up here - Have a happy Hanna-Rama-Quans-Mas ! T'is the seasons, you know.

OE -- :D--> :D--> but as you see, it is still "sunny-side" up!

Ha! :D--> We have a booze cruise here too, but that merely refers to a scenic boat ride on Lake Superior for a few hours, where the main pastime is imbibing drink, while sailing over the drink! Our folks spend money, while you folks save it -- all in the name of alliteration. :)-->

Hap -- amen. I agree. And if money is the cause, I wonder if those of us that use the chat room can contribute. --> I went to the parachat link, and they suggested contacting the webmaster, or owner -- which is NOT AN OPTION. As you said, Paw has more pressing matters on his mind right now. Paw -- if I can help out???? :)-->

Socks -- and then there are those (in the state directly east of mine), who prefer to wear their cheese, on their heads! :D--> Ex10 -- sorry to hear about your loss also. :(-->

Daryl is so old, he remembers when the rainbow was in black and white. Daryl is so old, he planted the trees that Noah used for the Ark. Daryl is so old, he held Jacob's ladder for the angels. Daryl is so old, Adam signed his high school year-book. In the beginning, when God said "let there be light", Daryl threw the switch! :D--> :D--> :D--> HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Always good to see ya in the chat room. Hope this is a great one for you! Sans Souci!! --- Jerry Garcia

Moi??? Ha. Sans souci!! Merci! ;)-->

I don't think I would do much of anything either. Like Oeno says, living your life without them is a great way of avenging yourself, should you feel the need. I like your idea too, JT, of building the life boats. :)--> If I wanted to attack, I guess I could claim "biblical precedent" -- since I'm David, and they are a "Goliath". If I knew where my slingshot was, I could start looking for 5 smooth stones. Wonder if I'd find any in the fountain of living waters? --> :P-->

Thanks.

We also have a Fox channel here, but it is not the same as the Cable Fox News. These guys air sitcoms, sports, some local interest stuff, and only one or two short news reports during the day -- and not the ones like O'Reilly factor, Hannity's show, etc.

Am wondering if this is another "bought and paid" for thing, like the Terry Bradshaw commercial earlier this year? And yes -- Thank You Pat, for all your hard work!! :)-->

Galen -- I found this site - "Tapping The Admiral" about Nelson. Given it's content, this thread just might be moved to the Doctrinal Forum! :D-->

Yer right -- it goes on and on, transcends the ages, cuts through all the "crap" of the boundaries set up by each of us individually, and is a tune for all time. It reminds me of this one, by Roger McGuinn : rok on.

I heard this on the radio today, and found it at the very bottom of the page --- of This site. Notice, they returned with a full load of water, and a full crew, but little else. :D--> 6 months, over 194,000 gallons of booze, and 475 on board. That's over a gallon of rum, wine, etc., daily -- per person! Wonder if there was a "designated sailor" on board? ;)-->
