I have a Sears charge card, and have used it for: A lawnmower; A hot water-heater for the house; An alternater and battery for my truck; An oil change for my Subaru; And am thinking of getting a new stove; And I've never had any problems with payments, or their billing practices. (Then again), this is not their MasterCard, but just the regular charge card.. And I never get anything there I can't pay off in one month's time.

One thing I would like to point out is that almost every post here has been edited. Something I would like to suggest is that we get a 10 minute *grace period* after hitting "enter"/ or "add reply" (such as was in place on the other site), so that we can fix small typos, etc. and not have it show up as an edit. I only have the reply screen here, and I see things better once they are posted (full screen size), rather than this smaller page to post on. Perhaps the *front end* of the edit feature could be *edited* too?? David

Well -- with all due respect HCW -- if you owned the property, you could do as you wished also. I don't like it any more than you that permission is needed to visit a grave site, but that is the card twi is playing, and Sami just eukered them all by playing by the rules to achieve what she was looking for. She trumped their *ace in the hole*,and walked away with the jackpot. Even though the *private property* issue was front and center, she found a way to get around that, and perhaps smoothed the path for others in the future, who might choose to do the same. I don't undersand why this is an issue for you. But then again -- do you have loved ones buried there that you might like to visit?? Sami seems to have paved the way, and most successfully I might add, regardless of Private Property Issues. David

Allan -- I have an honest question for you, ok?? :) Aren't you doing the same thing?? I'm not trying to belittle, castigate, or any of that other *good* stuff, but I am trying to show you that you are doing the same that you accuse others of doing. Like I said before --- try being kind with hospitality, and forget the animosity. No one ever (in their right mind) will respond to hostile attacks in a positive vein. I know for a fact I would not. If your message is important enough to you to get across to others, do yourself a favor, and deliver your message seasoned with grace, love, and understanding. While it may not be totally accepted, it will surely be received in a more favorable light. And if it is received in a more favorable light, folks will be more willing to hear what you have to say.
