Wow!!! I don't add sugar to ANYTHING! Try cinnamon on quick oats, cream of wheat, or whatever, instead.

I don't google much these days. I use DOGPILE instead. ;)

I have never *dodged* your questions, nor did I here. The only *dodging* you see me doing, is in your mind. Sorry you see it that way -- my questions (like all the other's here) to you have been straightforward, and uncomplicated -- asking you about something you had just stated. You are the one making this complicated, and doing the dodging -- not me. -

Ck -- sorry bro -- everything said here is true. IMO -- what you are looking at is your perception of something, versus someone else's actual experience, of the same thing. For the record -- I liked vpw and lcm -- however even though I met both of them personally I knew them MOSTLY by their teachings I heard on tape. I never knew them *up close and personal*, like some of the folks here. But you know what??? Even the *tone* of the tapes started changing after a while. If you want to hang on to a pipe dream, and say that all they taught was good and that they did their best -- have at it -- I won't stop you, but your idea that all our experience's are *bs* is the same as ignoring the sworn testimony (in court) of a mafioso testifying against the mob he used to work for. No doubt the *mob* might have done some good -- but the *insider's* testimony can't be ignored. The same applies here --- at GreaseSpot. ;)

Nice one, Mo. Jesus certainly prayed, fasted, planned, while working toward a goal --- but I never do see scripture saying that He operated something called a *law of believing*. I've heard others say that He did, even offering scripture as *proof*, but without seeing that phrasing in the bible -- it can be nothing more than one's private interpretation. (Just an IMO -- but one I will hold to.) -
1st half is over. If it continues like this, Gators are gonna be fed some Bruins for dinner.

UCLA isn't doing so hot right now. But it's early in the 1st half yet.

Mike -- I did not *plagiarize* that line from Raf. It is something I have always said, believe, and find to be a MAJOR stumblingblock propounded first by docvic, and secondly by you. If believing equals receiving -- why don't you believe for World Peace (or even a less *noble* cause, in the interest of humanity??) Reason you don't, is because you can't --- and neither can I. -

There --- is --- NO LAW OF BELIEVING!!! (regardless of what docvic, or you say.) -
Can someone say *Amen*???
-
Ann -- I can't open them anymore either. Seems like they were all *lost* when GSC moved to this new site. There were some good ones there, only a few remain. :(

Ok -- I'll go over, and take a look. (But all the same -- brain scientists, and pfal seem to be somewhat of an oxymoron.) -
Self-insured --- or Self-assured???
-
Safari -- I agree. My folks (also in their '80s), still depend upon themselves rather than others. And the young folks of today??? Hmmm. Seems MTV has a greater allure than current events do.

Rooting for the Gator guys here.

A friend of mine has two dogs, and will feed them nothing but Iams. She says they get sick, if she gives them other food. Go figure.

In my foggy memory -- I'm thinking it was Japan as well.
