  1. No --- when docvic passed, the flamboyance, used-car-salesman mentality went 6 feet under. Lcm tried -- but he was inadequate. The *truth* docvic offered came from others, and continues to live in their written works. It was around before his *ministry* began. *Truth* does NOT revolve around docvic.
  2. Ha!! Bob has a warped sense of humor -- but he plays autoharp. What can I say?? Debbil spurits ABOUNDED!! Things showed up, things disappeared, toy ducks turned into real ones!!! :o :o :o But DAMN!!! I had a fine time fellowhipping with them there!!!
  3. My assignment at work today -- take XXXX client to the David Copperfield show tonight. (ps -- bring a book -- we (the company) won't pay for a ticket for you. Your job -- sit in the lobby, read and wait until the show is over, then get the client back to the house.) I got the phone call early on to bring a book to work, as that was the scenario for my day at *work*. Dutifullly --- I drove XXXX client to the show, watched as they went in the door, and then found a comfortable chair in the lobby, and settled down to read. Familiar face (fellow picker here in town) materializes, and says "Hey David!! Haven't seen you for while! What's up?" Me: "Hey there Bob, not much." :) Bob: (knowing I work where I do) says -- "So is a client of yours here?" Me: "Yep, but the company won't pay for a ticket for me, so I get to read!" Bob: "Well hey -- do you want to see the show? I've seen him twice, and it's awesome!" (woops -- I forgot to mention that Bob is the operational manager where this was taking place). Me: "Nawww -- that's ok. Bob: "Nonesense. I'll walk you through the gate" :) Me: "Well -- if it's really ok ----------------- Bob: "You forget who you are talking to. Follow me". We walk up to the entrance gate, and Bob tells the lady there: "This *young man* (cough!!) lost his mother, and we're going in to find her!" Short of the long of it is -- I got in for free, got to choose my seat ----- and yes --- the show was awesome!!! Just wanted to share that with y'all.
  4. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. (That speaks volumes). I (we) don't know what you are doing. And given the fact that you have told me MANY times that the film was only an *introduction* to the books ---------- It surprises me that you spend any time there at all. :) And I agree with Tom -- you owe Mo an apology.
  5. Autumn here -- and it is my favorite time of year too!
  6. Heh heh --- my kind of *limit*! ;)
  7. Ex 70's --- HELP!! We need clarification here! :)
  8. I thought question 1 was *rating* twi, not which one you were *in*.

    Farewell

Satori -- I never figured you were the original either. But that never stopped me from listening to what you had to say. SATORI IN ZEN BUDDHISM CLICK THE LIGHTNING BOLT.
  10. You're pretty well liked over there -- excepting for Craw!!
  11. I don't get it. I just DON'T get it. What a load of -----------!!!
  12. Roy -- I put a happy birthday thread up on JWO for you. Ppunkgoddess has already responded. :) I'm sure more there will add their *wishes*, in the next few hours!

    Farewell

I looked up sychronicity, and got ERROR from Webster's. They (Webster's) were kind enough to offer this instead ---
  14. God first Beloved Roy God loves you! "with love and a holy kiss blowing your way" (the above shamelessly copied from your posts) I never thought I'd say that *holy kiss thing*! Must be a special occasion, eh?? ;) Have a good one! David

    Farewell

Sounds like Jung has read this book, Satori. Have you yet?? :)

    Farewell

Thank you for having been here. :) David
  17. If I recall, Jehovah's Witnesses were corraled into the camps as well. They were identified there by having to wear a purple triangle. A *mere* 2,500 to 5,000 JW's are thought to have been put to death. In a holocoust docvic claimed to have NOT happened. Rightttt. I wonder if docvic could sell that to the watchtower folks, as easily as he did it to twi??
  18. Tzaia -- Happy Birthday!! :) Thanks for all your past input on CES. Here's hoping life is treating you well. :B)
  19. Ex70's -- THE FAMOUS GSC PIZZA WAR IS HERE (I had to open my *yap* to Oak in post #22, and Raf took it from there in post #33) If you haven't seen this before, enjoy all 7 pages of *culinary discussion*! (It was a kinder, gentler GSC back then --- and Frankee (the thread starter) was actually Jonny Lingo --- taking us all for a ride!)
  20. Free2 -- Yea -- it was the *Overview Tapes* from JAL that finally *unlocked the door* for me too. BTW -- Welcome to GreaseSpot! Good to have you here. :)
